340. One day(2/2)

Both girls laughed heartily.

Ha La attended every class seriously, listened to every word the teacher said without distraction, took notes on every page, and worked hard with her classmates to prepare for the exam.

After class, Hala found Kate and chatted happily. They talked about Wharton's life, the news in the newspaper, and enjoyed the future together.

After school, the two made an appointment to walk to school together tomorrow. When they parted, Ha La still felt that everything was like a dream.

After she returned home, she found that Hewen was still sitting in the study idly reading. Ha La walked to the door of the study cautiously:

"I made a friend today."

Hewen smiled:

"Oh, how are your new friends? Is school going well?"

Ha La trotted out, poured a glass of juice for Hevin and herself, and excitedly shared her day's life.

Hevin listened to Ha La's words very carefully and occasionally asked Ha La two questions. The two of them laughed together from time to time.

Until the sun sets and the sky becomes dark.

Ha La dragged her tired body back to the room and lay on the bed.

She recalled the whole day today. She could remember what everyone said and when. Her life was very real and every second was meaningful.
