340. One day(1/2)

Hala opened her eyes.

She was standing outside the city gate.

She turned her head and looked behind her, as if she could see the palace deep in the city.

Then she turned around and headed towards the deserted land without hesitation.

"Crack."

Ha La heard a voice coming from behind.

She turned around slowly.

The girl covered her mouth with her hand and took a step back, her eyes filled with fear.

Lying on the ground was the carcass of a raven.

Ha La didn't dare to look any further and quickly turned around and trotted forward.

She ran and ran, forgetting time and distance, until her feet were bruised, her muscles were sore, and she was in a trance.

She bumped into a warm body.

"What's wrong? You're running so fast." The man's voice was gentle.

Ha La raised her head and looked at the man whose body was torn by sharp claws and had many bloody marks:

"Haven, let's go."

Hewen reached out and rubbed her hair, and asked seriously:

"Holla, you have not been injured during this period of time in Lower Wharton."

Ha La looked into Hevin's eyes and did not answer immediately, as if she wanted to find something in Hevin's eyes.

"I'm not hurt." Ha La and Hewen said seriously, "I won't be hurt."

Hewen smiled and pointed in the direction of the palace:

"Are they in that place?"

Ha La nodded obediently.

Hewen hummed softly, then stood up.

Ha La looked at Hevin cautiously from the corner of her eye.

A figure walked out of Hewen's body, and then walked in the direction Hewen pointed.

Hewen squatted down and asked Ha La:

"Where are you going now?"

Ha La pulled the corner of Lakhvin's clothes:

"Shall we go home?"

Hewen nodded:

"Home? Of course."

Hewen stretched out his hand and tore it gently, tearing out a small gap in Wharton's lower body.

He took the initiative to hold Ha La's little hand and led her into the crack.

Ha La closed her eyes as a conditioned reflex, with a little fear on her face.

But behind the crack there is only a warm fireplace and a soft rug.

She let go of Hewen's small hand and sighed softly:

"Oh."

Hewen asked without any surprise:

"Wait, it's you who will cook, or I who will cook."

Ha La said without hesitation:

"Hevin, just come."

Hevin nodded, then walked into the basement, and then walked into the kitchen with a bag of seasoning dust.

Time is ticking.

Hewen quickly served the fragrant vegetable soup, large barbecue steaks, and a delicious steamed fish.

"Holla, what do you plan to do in the future?"

Ha La was a little surprised:

"Are you thinking about this so early?"

Hevin put a piece of barbecue into his mouth:

"You may think that we are still far away from going to college, but in fact, time will pass by at a very fast speed without you realizing it. When you think about it when you get there, you will feel regretful."

Ha La took a sip of vegetable soup and asked tentatively:

"I want to paint. I've actually wanted to be a painter since I was a child, but I don't know if this job can support me..."

Hewen asked:

"Do you think you have talent? More importantly, do you like drawing?"

Hala said:

"I haven't tried it, but I like it very much. In fact, this is my dream. I hope that one day I can hold my own art exhibition."

Hewen smiled and said:

"If you like it, go for it. It doesn't matter whether you have talent or not. Study hard now, but when you get into the best art school, even if you don't have enough talent, you can spend your whole life pursuing what you like.

things."

Hala nodded solemnly.

Hevin stood up, walked to the wine cabinet, took out a bottle of wine, and poured some wine into a goblet. Then he hesitated, took out another goblet from the wine cabinet, and turned back to Ha La and asked:

"Would you like a drink too?"

Ha La said in surprise:

"Can I drink too?"

Hewen smiled softly:

"Of course, you are an adult now."

Hala said:

"Then give me a drink, Hevin."

Hewen also poured some red wine into another goblet, and then brought it to the table together:

"We haven't had a heart-to-heart talk yet? Do you still want to study at Wharton High School? Or change places."

Hala said:

"Wharton is fine, but it's not good if it's too far away."

Hewen said:

"Whether it's here or somewhere further away."

Ha La was a little surprised, but after thinking about it, she still replied:

"I still want to study here."

Hewen nodded:

"Then Wharton High School and Wharton University's School of Fine Arts are also quite good. You can consider this as your goal in high school. I believe that one day, you will be able to hold a grand art exhibition with your own abilities.

"

The two of them were chatting and eating dinner.

After drinking the wine, Holland's face turned slightly red, he staggered to the room, lay down directly on the bed and fell asleep.

In her restless sleep, the girl vaguely felt someone opening her door and gently covering herself with a quilt.

Its daybreak.

Hevin brought Hala to Wharton College.

The girl said goodbye to Hewen and came to her seat.

The girl with short black hair sitting next to her looked at Ha La and stretched out her hand:

"My name is Kate, nice to meet you."

Ha La showed a happy smile:

"My name is Hala, nice to meet you."
