At the junction of my hometown Hunan Province and Jiangxi Province, Li Ting, the inventor of firecrackers, is from our village (from the Tang Dynasty). The specialties here are firecrackers, fireworks and porcelain. However, the economy is not very good. Our family is even poorer. When I was in elementary school, I often couldn't even pay the tuition. This family background caused me to come into contact with computers late. In my memory, I seemed to have only seen computers when I was about to graduate from elementary school. I can't remember exactly when I was.

When I was in elementary school, I often heard others say the word computer. Everyone who talked about it was full of praise for computers. Gradually, I became more and more interested in this thing.

The first time I saw a computer was in the 1990s. My second uncle's family was in the city. At that time, he was the president of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. He bought a Lenovo early. The computer was so expensive that it seemed to cost more than 10,000 yuan. The top configuration at that time was 32M memory and 1.6G hard disk. Later, the memory was upgraded to *M and it could no longer be upgraded because the memory slot was full. I hope to use the most advanced Windows 95 window system at that time.

At that time, I saw my cousin sitting in front of the computer and making fun of it, so I was so envious!

I didn't understand anything at that time, but I wanted to learn it very much. Unfortunately, I was a small person and introverted, and I didn't have the courage to make this request to my cousin that seemed a bit extravagant at the time. So I stood behind him like a fool with wide eyes and stared at it, only seeing the figures inside were very beautiful. My cousin could use something called the "mouse" to operate on the "small squares" inside. At that time, there was no concept of folders at all. I only saw small yellow squares neatly inside, which felt very magical.

That experience left a deep impression on me, and I still remember it vividly. It should be at that time that I became very interested in computers and felt that this thing was too magical, mysterious and fun. I must understand this thing in the future.

Unfortunately, even if I wanted to learn, I had no place to learn.

This situation continued until the summer vacation after graduating from elementary school. I found a book called "Introduction to Computers" in the pile of old books I transported back from Er Bo's house. This book was used for training in Er Bo's bank, and I probably didn't read it much, so I just put it aside. I was so happy at that time that I held this book and read it carefully for many days.

In fact, the content of that book is also very simple, and most of them talk about theoretical things. For example, it talks about the structure of a computer that is called "Von Neumann Structure". How old I was at that time, and I had no foundation. This concept seemed too abstract, but because of my interest at that time, I could read it with relish and often imagine these things out of thin air.

From that book, I learned some vague concepts, such as the brief history of computer development, composition, and Wubi input method.

Speaking of Wubi input method, I spent a lot of effort to memorize the root of the characters. I remember that I felt that the standard formula of the king code was a bit incomplete, so I also modified it some partially, which is more suitable for memory.
