Chapter 93 Duel Lesson (2)
"Little wizards, I need you to follow the four directions of the academy standing in the stage." Felix waved his hand to remove the magic that restricted the voice.
The students in the audience were confused, and Felix walked to one side of the square gilded stage, "Slytherin, gather here!" Then he walked to the other side, "Ravenclaw, gather here!"
"Gryffindor, gather here!"
"Hurchpuff, gather here!"
When Felix walked around the stage, all the little wizards understood what the professor meant and they acted quickly.
"Ginny, here!"
Ron shouted at his sister, Harry looked over and found that Ginny was holding hands with a Ravenclaw girl, staying still motionless.
The girl had a string of weird necklaces hanging around her neck, which seemed to be stringed with some kind of bottle plug, and her long light-colored golden hair was being fucked in a mess.
Like Ginny, she didn't move at all. Harry even thought that she didn't seem to figure out the situation. She was staring at the little wizard who was constantly passing by her.
Ron squeezed over, Harry and Hermione followed closely behind.
"Ginny, hurry up. Uh... is this?" Ron looked at the Ravenclaw girl in front of him.
"I'm her new friend," the girl's eyes slid over him, paused slightly in front of Harry, and finally placed on Hermione.
"I know you, many people say that you should be assigned to Ravenclaw." Her eyes fixedly looked at Hermione.
"Is that so? I think Gryffindor is good." Hermione replied.
Harry and Ron looked at each other, and Harry said cautiously: "I think we should hurry up..."
Most of the little wizards have stood in place, which makes their small group of people quite conspicuous.
Even Professor Haypu looked over.
Ron pulled Ginny and trotted, and the girl suddenly said, "Luna, Luna Lovegood. My name."
Harry, who was running at the end, had to stop and introduce himself to her: "Uh, I'm Harry Potter."
"I know you." said the girl named Luna.
Harry muttered, "Is that right?" The scene in front of him was really awkward, and he hurriedly said, "I have a chance to see you!" Then he went to chase his friend.
Luna came to Ravenclaw's position slowly, and she waved at Ginny on the other side.
"Who is that?" Ron asked Ginny.
"My new friend," Ginny said shyly when she saw Harry staring at her, "We are actually very close, but there is a mountain in the middle."
"Ferret Mountain?" Harry asked with interest. He had been to Ron's house this year and learned the name from the twins, and according to Fred, one of their childhood dreams was to "ride a toy broom and fly over the ferret Mountain."
Ginny quickly looked up at Harry and whispered, "I need to go a little further north, their home is on the top of a mountain."
On the stage, Felix withdrew his gaze and muttered to himself: Luna, and the red-haired little witch, is that the youngest daughter of the Weasley family?
When the last little wizard stood up, Felix said, "Next we need to practice in groups. You can choose your partner, preferably in the same first grade."
The little wizards took action again, and Felix and Snape also stepped off the stage and sorted out the messy team.
"Two people are in a group, five meters apart."
Snape floated quietly behind Harry and Ron like a gliding bat. They were having fun chatting at this moment. Snape rolled up his sleeves and slapped them hard on the heads with both hands, "Concentrate, you two."
Harry and Ron grinned at Snape's back as he left, Ron asked in confusion: "How did he walk without a sound?"
Five minutes later, the little wizards lined up in an orderly manner.
"Everyone looks at me and chant a spell with me." Felix, who walked back onto the stage, said: "Be careful not to point the wand at your partner. Wave the wand in a small range, and then quickly pierce it out, like this-"
"Destroy your weapons!"
On the stage, a dazzling red light flew out from Professor Haypu's wand like scorching lightning.
The little wizards from all directions shouted in unison: "Get rid of your weapons!"
“Very good, keep going.”
"Destroy your weapons!"
"Note the angle of your wand and keep going!"
"Destroy your weapons!"
"Very good," Felix said, "Then it's theoretical knowledge about the spell, and I'll only talk about the most important things..."
About twenty minutes later, the little wizards waved their wands in a good manner, and no one succeeded despite the fact that they did.
Felix and Snape muttered in a low voice, and he spoke, "Little wizards, take out the parchment paper I just sent to you."
The little wizards took out parchment for no reason.
"——I exchanged views with Professor Snape. Your questions are mainly concentrated in the following seven. I will talk about them all and you can compare them yourself."
"Barke, please come on stage, I need your cooperation."
After talking for twenty minutes, Felix was a little dry-mouthed, but he knew in his heart that his words could only work for some academic masters, while more young wizards still mainly learn magic with "feeling" and "repeat".
So for the next half hour, he and Snape kept interspersing among the crowd, giving specific instructions.
"Miss Pate, you are not decisive enough to stab the wand. Think about my demonstration just now, and then look at what is on the seventh item on the parchment."
"Mr. Warren, your spell is not pronounced correctly. Yes, spells are not necessary, but that requires you to be proficient."
"This... your name is Neville Longbottom? You are too nervous, confidence is important! Imagine the scene where you successfully complete the casting, yes, I suggest you imagine twenty times in your mind."
Every ten minutes, he would call a few typical mistakes to go on stage to demonstrate. Felix found that displaying mistakes is more effective than displaying corrects - at least, many young wizards realized that they had made the same mistake after laughing.
"Thank you, Neville, your question is very representative. Also, Gryffindor adds five points."
"And you, Miss Vera, your movements are too stiff. Don't laugh. If Miss Vera shows one-tenth of her talent in ancient magical texts, she will definitely surprise you. Ravenclaw adds five points."
"Marcus... no matter what, don't imitate him. We should at least thank him for his courage, Slytheringer added five points."
Felix wiped his sweat and guided the problem not to be scary. What is scary is how to try to maintain the self-esteem of the young wizards and praise them in different ways.
‘I should prepare a compliment and write down all the reasons I can think of. In this way, there is no need to think about it temporarily…’
