Chapter Five Hundred and Nine Guidance
Black's Old House.
Penelo introduced Harry and the others to the defensive arrangements of the Future World company in the living room.
"Because of doing business, the sword castle cannot be hidden with spells here. Its protection is closer to Hogwarts. It will be much better to study the series of anti-thief waterfalls and anti-spellents. In addition, every employee in the company must master the most basic self-protection ability. Professor Happ chose the coma curse and the iron armor curse."
"Is there no disarming curse?" Harry said with some regret.
"Maybe he thinks it's safer to hit the dumb." Penelo himself said with certainty, "There are also some useful spells - such as the Light Fire Curse, Phantom Movement, Phantom Body Curse, Magic Text Iron Armor Curse and other magic, but not everyone can master these advanced contents, and it will take time to fully expand them."
Then, Penelo proposed to play the duel game.
They came to the training room on the second floor of the underground, which was larger than the fifth floor, and there was no need to worry about disturbing people.
"Who will come first?" Penelo stood in the middle of the room confidently.
"It sounds like you're going to have a wheel battle with us." Fred said, touching his nose, his tone a little malicious.
"It's the guidance." Penelo corrected seriously: "I have learned all the magic above without any of them."
"I saw Percy's shadow in her," Harry heard Ron murmur at Neville, "I should have thought of why she could stand Percy's workaholic? Because they are the same type of people."
Harry grinned, and from the corner of his eyes it seemed that Ginny stared at him through the pads. When he looked over, she had already turned her head away. Harry suddenly remembered the kiss last night, which should be a kiss, he thought about it with no certainty.
"Harry-Harry!"
He came to his senses. Everyone else retreated to the edge of the black stone wall, and Penelo was looking at him eagerly. He subconsciously held his wand tightly.
"Oh, Harry is distracted, this is not great - I'll be the referee!" Fred murmured first, and then said enthusiastically in the next second. "Three-two-one, start!"
"Armor Guard--"
"Bang!"
A red light hit Penelo's chest and instantly knocked her away. She fell heavily on the mat, and the wand in her hand slid across a graceful arc and fell into Harry's hand.
Penelo struggled to support his body from the cushion, looking incredible.
Harry himself was also a little surprised. His casting speed seemed to be faster, but he suspected that it might be an illusion.
"Brother, it's better to keep it a little bit," Ron came over and whispered, "Or Percy would rush down to seek revenge on you."
"I didn't use all my strength-" Harry explained in a low voice.
"I was too careless just now," Penelo said dissatisfied.
"Then, in the first round, Harry won; in the second round, prepare-" Fred performed his duties.
This time Penelo persisted for a long time. Harry did not dare to use the disarming spell anymore, but instead looked for an opportunity to use a soft-legged spell. Penelo fell heavily and fell to the ground and couldn't get up.
Everyone quickly surrounded her. Hermione recited a counter-curse and then took out the swelling-relieving medicine. Penelo's nose was bruised and swollen at this moment, and the others forced to stop laughing.
"You have completely mastered silent casting?" Penelo asked muffled.
"It has made great progress recently." Harry said embarrassedly. He was finally sure that he was not an illusion just now. He could only silently release a few duel spells he was good at, but today he felt surprisingly good.
Could it be the influence brought to him by Voldemort again? His heart was covered with haze.
"No traces will be left?" Fred asked worriedly, "I mean, if my mother knows-"
Harry took a breath and lost all his thoughts.
"Don't worry, I won't say it." Penelo shrugged, "It's not as skilled as human."
Harry's favorability for Penelo increased greatly.
Next, Harry and Hermione competed, shot spells from the tip of their staff, and spelled them all the way in the training room. After almost half a minute, no one spoke except for the sound of the spell hitting the wall.
"They are too familiar with each other, and sometimes they know what spells they want to use based on their feelings alone." Ron explained, "But Harry is in good shape today. You have to know that he is not as good as Hermione in silent casting."
"Can you do them too?" Fred and George looked at Ron carefully.
"Of course--it's a little bit short." Ron gasped when he saw their eager expressions.
"Look, Hermione is about to use combination magic, the one that Professor Flevy advocates, Oh, what is that?" He opened his eyes wide and unexpectedly looked at the sudden change on the field.
At some point, a series of palm-sized chestnut pieces flew out from Hermione's beaded bag. These chestnut pieces flashed with red, and the hot magic circle surrounded Harry under Hermione's precise control.
Harry felt something was wrong. He instantly released the high-level iron armor spell. The "flowing" magic text merged into the magic barrier. The invisible spherical barrier was filled with light green water waves, wrapping him inside. He raised his head, and Hermione was stretching her neck and looking at him. Seeing that he was ready, the magic wand suddenly stroked down.
The chestnut chips exploded around him at the same time, turning into dazzling fireballs.
Harry felt dizzy and the explosion did not hurt him, but the loud noise made him a little overwhelmed.
"What kind of magic is this?" He couldn't help asking when the fire disappeared, "It looks a bit like the magic circle."
"You're right," Hermione said happily, "it's just an unstable magical circuit that should have been avoided, but if you control it properly-" she made an explosive gesture.
"Turn the failed magical circuit into an offensive method?" Harry thought, this approach was not simple, at least it had very high requirements for manipulation of magic.
"What did you think of?" Ron on the side couldn't help asking.
"Well--I haven't read a lot of magical materials recently? When I reviewed my experience in learning ancient magical literature, I suddenly thought that the professor had pointed me in the first class." Hermione said with a smile, her eyes completed two crescent moons, and the success of the new move made her feel very good.
"I think he might have just demonstrated a wrong example at that time." Ron revealed the truth in one sentence.
Next was Neville and Ginny. Neville seemed to have imprinted the idea of a defensive counterattack in her bones, and she could hardly find any mistakes. Ginny took turns to try multiple spells, but she could not find any flaws. Moreover, she was not good at duels, and only knew to stand in place and release the spells in a daze. She angrily used her best bat spell, but was easily knocked down by Neville.
"Are you okay?" Harry asked.
Ginny shook her head and got up by herself.
"Your changes are so great," Fred said sincerely, "even I have itchy hands."
"When was the last time we fought seriously?" George pretended to be steady.
"If it weren't for the time you recited the hair curse on me yesterday with the test protective cap, I think it was the duel competition last school year. We were both eliminated, do you still remember?" Fred said seriously.
"That time did you fight with feces?" George also thought.
"But we fight too boring, it's like looking in the mirror." Fred said reluctantly that they didn't spend much time on duels, but the daily fights and quarrels made them much better than ordinary people.
"You're right, it's better to change someone else-" George replied, and then the two looked at Ron together.
...
Ron was beaten very badly.
"You actually persisted for a long time," Harry helped him up from the ground, "but Fred and George were really too compatible, just like they knew how to clone the art."
