Chapter 305 Parseltongue and Locket
"Tomorrow's Easter holiday ends, and the weekend will be in two days. How about that day?" Felix suggested.
"Isn't it possible tonight? Let's do it together, you and me." Sirius said impatiently.
"If that place was Voldemort's secret treasure land, would he let us leave comfortably?" Felix asked him back, especially, Felix had basically confirmed that it was the place where Voldemort placed the Horcrux. It was absolutely right to be cautious.
"Sirius, I need to make some preparations, so do you, you look a little impatient now."
"You're right, Felix." Sirius said last.
Felix smiled slightly, "Let's go, Harry is waiting for us."
One by one, one by one, one behind, walked into the fireplace.
In the old house of Black.
Harry looked at the scarily old house elf curiously, and he couldn't help but compare with Dobby. Although his appearance and clothes were completely different, the temperaments of the two were surprisingly consistent, both looked like the butler he met in the Muggle TV series.
Dobi's housekeeper's temperament is more obvious because he has one more small suit than the house elf in front of him.
"Hello, what's your name?" Harry greeted friendly.
Kliche pouted and muttered in a low voice, but Harry didn't hear it clearly. He took care of the white and clean strips of cloth on his body, bowed respectfully and said, "You can call me Kliche, a distinguished guest, welcome to Black's ancestral house."
Harry was a little embarrassed. He was not very comfortable with the welcome words of the house elf: "I actually, ahem, wait, Black's ancestral home? Is this Sirius' home?"
"That's right," said Kliche, "the young master was born and raised here. Although he ran away from home in ignorance when he was young..." He showed his cunning eyes, "but when he encountered danger, he still thought of this at the first time."
Harry asked for details with interest. He wanted to know more about the Godfather. When he learned that Harry was Sirius' godson, Kliche became more respectful and willing to say more secret things.
"The young master has been crying these days, and Kliche has heard it, but the young master refuses to admit it..."
"Klice! Shut up!" The fireplace flashed again, Sirius walked out of it, and as soon as he came in, he heard Klice slander himself, and his nose almost turned crooked. He strode over, picked Klice up from the ground, and shouted: "Don't mention it to anyone again."
Clicher respectfully said: "But Mr. Potter is the master's godson, and as your heir, he has the right to understand..."
"I said, no!" Sirius' lips shivered, "Go and make tea."
"As for the order." Kliche's figure flashed and disappeared.
Felix looked beside him for a long time, and a smile flashed in his eyes, "So, your relationship has improved?"
"Which eye did you see it? He still hates it so much..." Sirius muttered.
Harry blinked, thinking that he should tell Ron what he saw. Ron always believed that the house elves were servants of the nobles and only knew how to obey orders, but the two elves he came into contact with Dobby and Clicher had their own personalities.
It was their first time in the living room. Harry was curious about everything here and he had an inexplicable favor. Although the house was a little dark, maybe the lights were not turned on? After all, it was night now, and Sirius lived alone, so there was no need to waste it...
The air was a little damp and had a musty smell, which was nothing, just clean it up, and Harry felt that he could help.
When I came to the living room, it was a little brighter. The candles by the walls were burning quietly, and exquisite golden chandeliers were hanging from the ceiling. Harry suspected that this was made of pure gold.
"Do whatever you want, the room is a little messy." Sirius put away the scattered comic books and piled them aside. He stood there for a while, "Oh, by the way, I'll get the stuff."
Sirius left, and the sound of creaking and stomping on the wooden boards came from a distance. Soon his figure appeared again, and when he came back, he brought a heavy golden locket.
Kliche delivered hot tea at the right time, and he stood at the door.
"It's this thing... Master Regulus gave it to Clice and asked Clice to destroy it. But there was so much magic on the box, and poor Clice tried everything he could, but he couldn't leave any trace..."
"Klicche guessed that it should be opened from the inside, but I can't."
Harry looked at Kliche crying sadly, worried that he would suddenly jump up and punish him in the next second. But in a second, his heart moved and opened from the inside. He vaguely thought about what he had.
Felix leaned closer and looked at the locket carefully. It looked very clean and must have been cleaned by Sirius. There was a gorgeous S-shaped snake embedded on the surface, made of several small emeralds, emitting a slight light.
"S letter. A snake?"
Felix and Harry said at the same time, and the two looked at each other. Felix laughed, "We're right." He stretched out his index finger and knocked on the golden locket. His perspective began to change, and the color seemed to be washed away by rain, becoming gray. In his sight, there was dazzling magical brilliance, layer by layer, dense. At the innermost layer of these protective magic, there was a mass of extremely evil dark force, which was squirming like a monster.
It's a Horcrux, and...Felix discovered that this Horcrux was more active than he had seen before, as if it was about to jump out the next second.
Felix thought, it seemed that Voldemort had a different arrangement for each Horcrux, and the Horcrux in the diary was also very active, but what was active was the memories of the young Voldemort hidden in it, rather than the soul fragments inside.
As for the crown, it was even more secret. He saw no flaw at all. Combined with the characteristics of the Lavenclaw crown itself, perhaps this was part of the trick that made the person who obtained the crown fall into a silent attack.
Sirius stared at Felix and Harry, and suddenly they stopped talking, "What did you see?"
"If I guessed correctly, this should be Salazar Slytherin's locket, used by Voldemort." Felix stopped talking, and the locket trembled slightly, looking anxious.
"I've never seen it like this before." Sirius stood up suspiciously, pulled Harry aside, stared at it alertly, and the gold chain tied to the locket twisted wildly, as if trying to tie one of them to the neck.
"Sirius, Professor..." Harry swallowed hard, "I want to do something."
"What are you talking about, Harry?" Sirius asked, worried that Harry was affected by the locket and was looking at his godson worriedly: "Do you feel uncomfortable?"
"No, no," Harry was also incredible about the sudden idea that came to his mind. "It's the snake-god, I want to speak in the snake-god!" Sirius looked at Harry blankly, he had no idea that Harry had this ability.
"Just do it, let's see what changes are going on," Felix said calmly.
So Harry stared at the locket and imagined the pattern on it as a small snake. It was easy, especially the locket was still buzzing and rustling sounds. He opened his mouth and made a "hiss".
Felix is no stranger to this word. He heard it several times in the secret room last year, and it should mean
