Chapter 267 Avery

Recalling the palm-sized sniff that he had just seen, Felix knew that adult sniff was at least one foot.

Newt glanced at him and looked into the office again. Amos's voice sounded a little furious, "Where are those forms?"

"Can you help?" Newt said.

"What?" Felix looked at him in amazement.

"I need to feed them some potions... These three are a little weak, not as good as their brothers."

"Happy to serve," Felix thought for a while and found that the old man had a unique temperament, a feeling of seriousness and innocence that he had only seen in underage children.

“What should I do?”

"It's right to help me block it," Newt leaned his body, took out the silver pocket watch from his pocket, and then took out the thumb-sized glass bottle from the other pocket, unscrewed the cap, and Felix found that the cap was combined with a dropper.

"Just three drops..." Newt looked at the pocket watch with concentration, "I'm going to open it, Mr. Happ."

"Click."

The front cover of the pocket watch popped open, and a little black guy immediately came out, and it flexibly jumped in Newt's palm.

"Sniffing come!" Felix whispered, and Sniffing's flat palm kept waving, but found himself flying back in vain and being caught in his hand.

"Thank you again, Valen, you should be almost well." Newt looked at the little guy and said, Felix turned his head away and shouted softly.

"Hey, you can't speak like that," Newt said, then he looked up, "It's a bit uncomfortable for you to hold her like this, Mr. Hepp, not a grip, I know you didn't use force but it's better to hold it."

Felix changed his gesture.

"Great, open your mouth, Valen, you don't want to get sick, do you?" Newt said to Vulcan Valen. Vulcan reluctantly opened his mouth, and Newt dripped three drops of transparent potion into it.

Then he put the little guy back into the pocket watch, but Valen immediately poked half of his head out of it, "Oh, no!" Newt pointed his finger at its pink nose kiss, and looked at its shiny black eyes, "Call your two brothers out."

Sniffing unmoved, Newt tilted his head, "I insist, Valen."

It groaned reluctantly, and the pink nose kiss retreated and disappeared, and a messy sound came from the pocket watch, Newt seemed to explain to Felix: "They have a complicated relationship."

Soon, another half of his body was protruding out, although Felix could not tell the difference.

"Sar, give it to you." Newt dripped three drops of potion into his mouth, "It's Thorpe's turn next."

When he completed the task, he finally breathed a sigh of relief. Newt noticed Felix's sight and said to him: "Sniffing is a lively creature, very lively. Being close to people, of course, I do not recommend that you raise it personally, it will ruin your house."

“They are also interested in coins?”

"Yes, you can cause trouble when you are not careful. You can always shake up a bunch of shiny things from them," Newt said. "But you will be happy to be with them. You can compete with him to find coins to see who is faster...Their sense of smell is also very sensitive and can help you find people or some old objects."

Newt suddenly stuffed his pocket watch into his pocket and looked like he was tidying up the corners of his clothes. Two seconds later, a young man came out of the office. He was wearing a delicate and bright green wizard robe and a round badge on his chest.

"Mr. Scarmand, I heard Digory say you're here."

"I seem to have seen you somewhere," Newt said.

"Yes, because I've worked here... for several years," he looked up at the sign on the office door, "I'm Mr. McGniel's deputy."

Newt frowned, "Disposal of Dangerous Animals Commission?"

"We are not understood, but there is always someone to do it." The young man restrained the arrogance in his eyes. "Mr. Scarmand, the Iseron group in County Antrim is a little restless, you'd better go over and take a look."

Iseron is a pegasus with a maroon mane, and the talisman horse, Graling and the Theatre are recognized as the four most common types of pegasus.

"Oh... it shouldn't... this season is not a courtship..." Newt said in confusion.

"Who knows what those beasts think?"

"Have their leaders changed?"

"It probably doesn't...so I suggest you go there and investigate the reasons."

“Where is the environment?”

“No, either.”

Newt asked questions seriously, and the young man struggled to deal with it. His words became shorter and shorter, and a layer of sweat appeared on his forehead. In the end, even Felix, who was not very familiar with this Pegasus, could hear the contradiction in his words.

Newt looked at the young man for the first time, "Maybe...my knowledge tells me that you are lying...you want me to stay away from here."

The young man unnaturally moved his eyes away, but he immediately realized this and forced himself to look at Newt, "This is a very harsh accusation, Mr. Scarmand, as a pure blood..."

"Please forgive me," Felix couldn't help but interrupt him, "I always felt that your tone was familiar. Are you Chesterton?"

Chesterton turned his head to look at Felix with a hint of impatient expression, "Who are you? Didn't see us, we Felix Happ?"

His tone was distorted with excitement.

"It's me, Chesterton." Felix greeted.

The young man said at a loss: "Oh... Hello, I don't know..." After more than ten seconds, he finally calmed down, "Long time no see, Mr. Happ."

Felix nodded, "It's really been a long time since I saw you. You were the predecessor when I was admitted. Many of the words you said were impressive."

"Is that...I, I can't remember it very clearly," said Chesterton.

"By the way, what family are you from?" Felix asked bluntly.

Chesterton muttered.

"I didn't hear clearly..." Felix stared into his eyes.

"It's a cough, Ever," Chesterton said stutteringly, "Avery."

"The head of the Avery family is yours..."

"Uncle."

It was not a pleasant conversation, at least for Chesterton, and after a few words he tried to leave, "Mr. McNeill should need me..."

Felix stared at his back, and Newt stood quietly aside, and occasionally glanced curiously.

At this time, Amos finally came out, with a few drops of sweat hanging on his red face, "These forms have not been used for some years. They were taken out from the information cabinet of the previous officer. A bunch of borers are set up in it, and you are?"

"Felix Hepp, I work at Hogwarts," Felix said.

"Oh my God," Amos's eyes widened, "Are you a professor of ancient magic literature and the head of the duel club?"

Felix glanced at him curiously. Is this the parent of one of his students? He said: "It's me."

"During the holiday, Cedric Diggory, he is my son." Amos said excitedly, "The kid is a little shy, but he highly praised you. He told me that you gave him a lot of extra guidance in duel class... and the power of the spell is amazing..."

"Cedric? He is indeed excellent and also performed very well in ancient magical texts."

"He is also the captain of the Hufflepuff Quidditch team! I told his mother some time ago whether to join the Ministry of Magic or the national team after graduation... She asked me to ask my children for their opinions haha..." Amos said endlessly, just like all parents in the world, until a tall man hurried over from the other side of the corridor.

"Mr. Happ?" said the tall man, "I am Walsh who corresponds with you, you are finally here."

"What's wrong, I've got an hour in advance."

"Minister Fudge is waiting for you," Walsh Sidrik said, pulling Felix's arm, "Sorry, Digory, I have to take your friends away."

"No, nothing, the matter is important," said Mr. Amos.

Felixton staggered, Walsh staggered, "Oh, I'll say something," he looked at Newt, "Mr. Scarmand, I've been paying attention to Hager's case, and we have the chance to talk again."

Before Newt could speak, Amos had already spoken: "Is it the speech at two o'clock today? You are the Muggle expert mentioned in the department? I will definitely go and see it, Mr. Hepp."

Felix smiled at him and then left with Walsh.
