Chapter 155 Interesting Research

There were more little wizards surrounding the yard, and they looked at the group of examiners with awe.

Several seventh-grade students exclaimed out as soon as they saw Machiban’s wrinkled face.

"To be honest, every time I come, I am watched as a troll." TOFUDI muttered.

Felix smiled and said, "These people are in a hurry to see their Goddess Norns."

"I am not the goddess of fate, we are wizards."

This day is bound to be long, especially for fifth and seventh grade students, but Felix has done everything he should do, and the rest is up to them.

At 9:30 the next morning, the Wizard Level Examination officially began.

The spacious auditorium was converted into an examination hall for students to conduct theoretical examinations; several small rooms next to the auditorium were sorted out as classrooms for practical assessment.

The theory in the morning, practice in the afternoon, the whole process lasts for two weeks.

Felix took the time to glance at the other grades after class. The whole auditorium was quiet. Apart from the sound of the quill rubbing the parchment paper, there was only the sound of the gravel falling from the hourglass. He turned to teach the sixth grade wizards.

Felix strode into the classroom with a stack of parchment paper.

"We announce the results today."

The top students, led by Percy, Penelo and Geoffrey, dared not breathe, as if they were waiting for the destiny to fall.

"There are 33 test papers in total, 12 excellent, 17 good, and 4 qualified." Felix read out his overall score: "Congratulations!" He sent the test papers.

The male and female witches in the audience applauded violently, whispering each other, and were in high spirits.

"Of course, I have to mention one more sentence"

The students calmed down and looked at Professor Haip on the stage.

"This score excludes the practical bonus points. If you count these extra points... I think I need to correct it: 15 excellent, 18 good."

A new line of handwritten handwriting appeared on their test paper, which was a bonus for the practical part, and was about the application of the "practical magic text". The evaluation level on the paper also changed accordingly.

The male and female witches were very happy, and a huge celebration broke out in the classroom.

"We will explain the test papers in this class, and the next class will continue with the practical class."

...

With two grades of courses missing, Felix spent a lot of time more, and he spent all of this time in the library.

Until the morning of the weekend, he saw his assistant.

She is writing a paper.

"Is there any professor so inhumane? Is there still homework after the end of the period..." Felix looked at the busy figure and guessed in his heart.

There are less than two weeks left before the end of this school year, and for the lower grades, professors generally do not have homework.

In the evening, he solved the confusion.

The little witch said to him excitedly: "Professor, didn't you suggest me to check the relationship between the wand and the wizard? I also recommended a book called "Witcher and the Wand" to me?"

"It's true." Felix replied.

"I looked through it briefly before and found it very interesting. In fact, I was fascinated by it. Until the end of the final exam, I finally had time."

Hermione told him: "I want to write a related paper, not for publishing it just for entertainment."

Felix asked with interest: "Have you finished writing?"

"It's just a part, a lot of it is the information I copied, and I haven't formed a complete thought." She pulled out a stack of parchment from her schoolbag and handed it to Felix. "There are my smears and comments on it, as well as scattered ideas, which may be messy..."

"It doesn't matter."

"You can do something else first, like watching a movie." He picked up the 'half paper' and started reading it.

Hermione skillfully turned on the small projector, flipped through the small box, and picked up the film he liked.

After hesitating for a moment between "Wuthering Heights" and "Cat and Mouse", Hermione finally decided to watch something relaxing, the former was too heavy for her.

Felix applied earplugs to himself and read slowly. He soon discovered that this was indeed a paper for entertainment, which contained data on some of the wands of friends around the little witch.

For example, Harry Potter's wand is eleven inches, holly wood, phoenix feathers, soft and flexible.

The little witch gave the notation: 'Holly wood, a rare wand material, is generally believed to be defensive, representing patience and durability, and also symbolizing death and rebirth, suitable for those who need to overcome irritability and emotional impulses.'

‘Phoenix feathers are hard to tame.’

She drew two lines on ‘overcoming irritability and emotional impulses’;

‘But Holly Wooden Wands often choose wizards who experience dangers together and have strong spiritual pursuits, and their specific performance will be coordinated with the core material of the rod.’

‘The wands of holly wood with phoenix feathers are extremely difficult to make, and they will cause huge conflicts due to their different characteristics. But once this combination is formed, nothing can stop it.’

Hermione drew a line on her last sentence and put a question mark, which may be because she did not agree or had any questions.

There are also Ron Weasley's wand fourteen inches, willow wood, and unicorn hair.

The little witch's comment is: Willow, an equally rare material, has healing power (?), suitable for casting silent spells.

Unicorn Hair: Strongly rejects black magic, is very loyal, and is usually most in line with the first master.

She traced the lines on ‘very loyal’, ‘mostly fit with the first master’ and wrote a line of small words next to it, ‘Consistent with the situation of Ron and Neville, whose old wand came from his elder brother Charlie, who inherited from his father’s old wand, and the core material of the rod core was all unicorn hair.’

Seeing this, Felix was a little surprised. In addition to Ron Weasley, there are still people using old wands these days?

Or are they from two famous wizard families?

What did their parents think?

The surname Longbottom is not an ordinary character. Although it is not a pure blood representative, it has also produced many outstanding wizards, and their reputation has always been good.

There is also an introduction to Hermione's own magic wand in the paper: fourteen inches, grape vine wood, and the core of the wand is the dragon heartstring.

Here is a slightly sloppy note: ‘Grapevine wood wands usually choose lofty, visionary wizards who often do things that shock their friends who think they know them.’

Felix chuckled softly, and it seemed that Miss Granger was not very calm when she wrote this passage.

He then looked through it, and the following were examples of her classmates and those copied from the book "The Witcher and the Wand".

A little surprised that he also saw Hermione's guess about his wand: Professor Hayp, about twelve to fourteen inches, ebony, the core of the wand was unknown, maybe a phoenix feather or a dragon heart key.

Next to it is the abbreviation of two very small letters. Felix guessed that it might mean black magic, so it excludes unicorn hair?

‘The appearance of ebony is impressive, and ebony wands are perfect for aggressive magic and transforming techniques, choosing to be the one who has the courage to be himself, not follow the crowd, be independent, or immerse themselves in an outsider’s state. Their owners often ignore external pressure and have firm beliefs.’
