Chapter 148 Fantastic Beasts

Not long after, the male unicorn returned. It walked gracefully to the three of them, lowered its head and lowered its empty bucket.

At close range, Felix found its mane gleaming, as white as pearls, and even the gray Forbidden Forest could not cover the rays of its jumping body.

On the brown slope high above, a slender unicorn looked at them from a distance, next to it was a small unicorn with golden fluff.

"Look~ Look~" Hagrid couldn't help but rub his hands, and said with an obsession: "That's your child, isn't it, Rupee?"

The unicorn named "Rubi" rubbed Haig's hand intimately.

Soon, Ruby jumped up the slope a few steps and left with its family.

The mottled silver-white light followed their figures until they disappeared completely.

"I'll take you around," Hager said. "I'm fine anyway."

He looked at the black hound: "Yaya, you go home first."

Yaya bared her white teeth and made a "whimper" cry-

"Go, don't worry, I'll go back later." Hagrid's big hand stroked its head.

It was not until Yaya's figure disappeared that Hagrid realized that he was still carrying a bucket in his hand.

"I should have Yaya take the bucket back," he said in annoyance.

Felix tapped the wand on it, making it transform into a silver cane.

Hagrid waved twice with excitement - a silver light that was airtight, making a "swooshing" roar, almost hitting Belby's head.

"Beware, Hagrid!"

"Hug, sorry, I'm a little excited. Is your name Babyer?"

"Belby, Damocles Belby."

"Oh, uh, okay, Professor Belby."

In the dense jungle, Hagrid walked in front, with Felix and Belby following him.

They talked while walking—

"Hagge, I heard that there were werewolfs and monsters in the Forbidden Forest...is it true?" Felix asked with interest, skeptical of this, at least he had never encountered them while traveling with the magical mantra during school.

"You said that," Hager muttered, "It is true, but it is on the other side of the Forbidden Forest, not next to us."

Because of the production of wolf poison potion, Belby had a deep understanding of the werewolf group. He couldn't help but ask: "Why are there werewolfs living in the forbidden forest?"

Hagrid widened his eyes, stopped and thought for a long time, and finally he waved his big hand and said, "Don't ask me, I don't know. Most werewolf live alone, and I still know that there are people living with the wolf pack. I think they may be very sad..."

Several people skipped the topic and Felix asked: "Hagge, are there any interesting magical creatures in the Forbidden Forest?"

This question was exactly what Haig had thought, and he had a few names: "Eight-eyed giant spider, eagle-headed horse-body winged beast, Billy Viagra, Night Theatre, three-headed dog Luwei, Tebo warthog, tree-guarding pot, Hinker Punk, human-headed sparrow-tailed beast..."

Belby quickly wrote down some names that were dangerous when they heard them.

"There are many humanoid creatures, in addition to horsemen, trolls and werewolfs, I remember seeing a group of flower fairies." Hager said, "Of course, they are just the kind that looks very similar to humans, with wings."

Felix has learned about this creature, fairy or flower fairy, usually 1 to 5 inches, and looks very similar to humans - except that there is a pair of insect wings on the back.

They generally divide ethnic groups according to different types of wings, some are transparent and some are colorful.

Unlike the image of a fairy common in Muggle fairy tales, this creature has generally low intelligence, likes to argue, and cannot speak human language.

But Felix's focus is not here-

"Three-headed Dog Luwei? I seem to have heard this name somewhere."

"Ahem!" Hager coughed suddenly, and he explained in panic: "It must be because I heard it wrong. Have I mentioned it to you?"

Felix looked at him with a calm look. Somehow, Hagrid suddenly felt his eyes look a little like Dumbledore, and he scratched his cheek unnaturally: "Okay, I admit, I stocked Lu Wei in the forbidden forest. It was a three-headed dog I had. The specific situation was very complicated..."

"Hagge," Felix said softly, "As far as I know, the three-headed dog is more dangerous than the lone troll."

"Ah, this, that..." Haeger hesitated for a while, and finally said dejectedly: "Your words make sense, Felix. So I drove it deep into the Forbidden Forest, far away from the school than here. I went to see it once a month, poor Lu Wei, it was still so small..."

He sniffed sadly, tears flashing in his eyes.

Felix and Belby were silent and did not speak. The adult three-headed dog was at least three or four meters tall. It was a very dangerous magic creature and could fight against the monster one-on-one without any disadvantage.

...

With Hager's guidance, Belby's goal was completed quickly, and Felix also picked up a lot of miscellaneous materials.

They saw the tree-guarding pot that looked like brown branches. These little guys leaned on the magic wand tree and looked downwards;

I saw the family of winged beasts with eagle heads, horse bodies and wings that perfectly match their own name. Their bright orange eyes are particularly eye-catching;

There is also the Hink Punk hidden near a body of water, and the blue Billy Vigor that occupies an area...

Felix even picked up the big claw of an eight-eyed giant spider in a rugged and bent rock trail.

The sky gradually darkened, the only light in the forbidden forest disappeared quickly, and the trees seemed to turn black, and they were ready to return to the castle.

"The road is too far, and you may not be able to catch up with mealtime." Hagrid raised his arms, pushed the dense branches and leaves above his head with his silver cane and his other arm, and said in the rays of light.

As he moved, a golden light fell down, forming a dazzling aperture near the three.

Felix squinted his eyes and adapted to the sudden light.

"I have a better way, Hagrid."

He stretched out his hands, put one hand on Belby's shoulder and the other on Hagrid's waist—

"What?" Hagrid asked in amazement.

The next second, their bodies quickly twisted and disappeared from their place.

The branches that had lost their support bounced back suddenly, and several leaves fell down.

At the edge of the Forbidden Forest, not far from Haigrid's Hut, the figures of the three suddenly appeared.

Hagrid looked around the surrounding environment, and after seeing his hut, he shouted excitedly: "Is this a phantom shift? It's so convenient! To be honest, I have never experienced this magic before..."

"I heard past wizards in the tavern say that they think that those who use door keys and phantoms move on are fools - you have to spend at least half a day to get used to that disgusting feeling, but it is not as bad as they say."

Felix shook his head and took Hagrid to move the phantom, which was much more laborious than he himself.

After dinner in the auditorium, Felix returned to the office.

He took out today's harvest from the ring, and some magical plants were piled in the corner. He was about to visit Professor Sprout and ask about transplants and planting--no careful feeding is required, as long as it can be maintained until it is for his use.

There are also some materials for magical creatures, such as the Eight-Eyed Giant Spider's Big Eagle, the Feathers of the Eagle-Headed Horse-Winged Beast, and the Tail Needle of the Billy Viggo. He is all ready to try their magical characteristics one by one.

Just after eight o'clock, he heard a knock on the door. He pushed open the door and saw his assistant standing outside the door.
