This is human nature, to meet the needs of survival. In order to avoid oppression and exploitation, many people are willing to fight for it.
For our company, we provide much more favorable treatment than others and attract many talents to join our company, which is not allowed to do so. But is this enough? The famous Maslow demand theory tells us that people also need to have a psychological need of belonging, a need to be respected, and a need to realize their own value. If there is a better choice, everyone will go to a better company than us.
The development history of countless foreign companies shows that those who change jobs are not all for money.
