About the new book
Content introduction:
Zhao Cheng, a freshman in the history department of university, accidentally traveled to Mongolia in 1206 and appeared mysteriously in Genghis Khan's golden tent. The story mainly starts from the spring of 1218. As a Han Chinese, he is good at Mongolia. He has heard and witnessed all kinds of things that he has dealt with Mongolia and even the most powerful people in the world, but the seeds of rebellion have long been planted in his heart...
The Mongols, Western Regions, Western Xia, Jin and Song, one regime after another appeared before him, either to ashes, collapsed and separated, or resisted stubbornly, or became peaceful, or headed for glory.
Shaman, Mani, Christ, Islam, Tao, Buddhism and Confucianism either carry forward or innovate, or destroy, consolidate, or resist or rebirth.
The emperors, civil servants and military generals were either disdainful or shameful, or were surprised, or admired or fearful.
Loyalty and rebellion, massacre and pardon, union and confrontation, conspiracy and persecution, family feud and clan hatred, power and wealth, centralization and delegation, staged a series of heroic epics...
And under the world, a brand new emperor appeared.

The new book "Under the World" will soon meet with the majority of book friends. Since my first book was completed in mid-July this year, many book friends have urged me to release a new book. To be honest, this made me a little frightened.
I am a little worried now, to what extent the new book can satisfy all the book friends who have been paying attention to me:
Subject? Times? Characters? Story? Language?
The new book is a history. I will start from the last decade of the first generation of Khan Temujin of the Mongolian Empire. The protagonist will start from among the most powerful people in Mongolia to unfold his story. Because this angle may not be very likable, it may also make some people disgusted and rejected, but I am already prepared for this.
The same history may be different from different people. Some are gentler, some are extreme, some are lost because of points and faces, some are lost because of the other side. I will not beg everyone to agree with my views, but strive to express it more objectively. But I think it will cause controversy when it comes to ethnic issues. If the readers are brothers like Mongolian or Manchu, they may not feel comfortable when seeing similar YY novels and comments, but you don’t have to be serious with others.
History is history, modernity is modernity. We cannot think that our son is also a hero just because Lao Tzu is a hero, nor can we think that our son is also a bastard because Lao Tzu is a reactionary typical. Similarly, our failure to forget history and learn from history does not mean that we can equate all minorities in the contemporary Chinese nation with negative figures in history, nor does it mean that they should bear certain responsibilities; our talk about national unity and sharing the same great motherland does not mean that we must forget the history of suffering. These are two aspects of a problem. Only one aspect is about history, and it should be in line with historical dialectics.
The Internet is an open space. As the saying goes, there are all kinds of birds when the forest is big. Some people have loud voices. It does not mean that they represent truth and justice. Some people remain silent, nor does it mean that they agree or oppose your and me views.
The reason I gave you the vaccination is because I found many things that touched me during the process of writing this book. For example, some people are very sensitive and say nonsense like "The XX Bureau invites you to have tea". It is no big deal for a citizen to be politically sensitive. In many cases, we even need this sensitivity, but if the sensitivity without basic judgment and observation is a breeding ground for rumors and chaos.
There are many people who have a lot of so-called "disputes". After careful understanding, they find that it has nothing to do with the main line of the novel itself. However, on the Internet, there are always people who like to muddle water, and there are always people who "don't speak out" and "don't speak up" and deviate from the story itself. The same is true for the history of the Mongolian and Yuan dynasties. Those are issues discussed by historians. There is no need for amateurs to spend their energy researching and arguing. If you think mainstream historians are also reactionaries, royal literati or have ulterior motives, then I have to shut up.
The editor said that my new book is too literary. I don’t know if I would praise me or defame me? Haha, this may be what I call "style". If there is any. As long as some people like it, or borrow what I said when I wrote this book, as long as there is someone reading it, I can guarantee to write it and write it well, so that this new book will become my second complete book. This is my promise.
The historical time described in this book is relatively large in terms of geographical span, probably belonging to the slow-temperature type. Due to limited personal abilities, there are inevitably omissions and inappropriate points. I hope all book friends will forgive you!
