Chapter 209 Sugar

Under the starry sky, Captain Zhang, who had lost his boat, was smoothly sucking the noodles.

After eating for a while, she handed the small pot back to Lan Ze.

"I don't know why, but I can't eat noodles very well now." Zhang He said apologetically.

Lan Ze took it and looked into the pot. Fortunately, she ate all the green vegetables and only half of the noodles.

Lan Ze felt sad.

Damn little kid, he's become picky about food now. Sister Hehua'er wasn't picky about food at all before.

She doesn't eat eggs, and she doesn't eat much noodles. If she is a picky eater, she will easily lack nutrients.

So Lanze simply asked her:

"What do you want to eat tomorrow morning?"

"Sugar cookies."

"Sugar cookies?"

"I don't know why, but I want to eat something sweet right now. The sweeter the better."

"You should have told me earlier."

There are so many types of desserts, and it seems that it is not difficult to satisfy the tricky little animal in Sister Hehuaer's belly. But if you eat too many sweets, it is difficult to achieve a balanced nutrition, so you can only rely on commercially available over-the-counter supplements.

Moreover, eating too much sweet food is not safe and may lead to the risk of gestational diabetes. Physical examinations must be done more frequently. To be safe, Lanze plans to give her small meals with frequent meals.

Early in the morning, Lanze baked a lot of cookies.

Eggs are a wonderful ingredient. The ones with added sugar and those with added salt have completely different tastes.

Lan Ze took half of the sweetened dough, added a few eggs and kneaded it before baking a few cookies for Sister Hehua'er to try.

My sister tasted it, but she didn't dislike the fishy smell of eggs, she just disliked it: it wasn't sweet.

To achieve the sweetness of commercially available desserts, a serving of noodles must have at least twice the amount of sugar. Otherwise, human tongues, which have been tested by various strong flavors, can only feel slightly sweet.

Lan Ze used eggs as water to knead the dough again, then added sugar; then added a few spoonfuls of sugar with some flour and mixed it with oil, then used it as a filling. The baked pancakes were bright yellow and the sugar ran out when you bite them.

Sister Hehua drank sweet porridge and ate sugar cakes, and was very satisfied with her breakfast.

It seemed that Zhang He was in good condition after eating enough.

So, after Lanze cleaned up the kitchen, he went to the studio and started working.

It's all simple things.

He first checked the progress of the automatic deduction of radiation-resistant microorganisms in the background, and then began to browse the language logic algorithm.

Sister Hehua came in for an inspection, then ran out to do her own business.

Lan Ze worked for a while, put down what he was doing, and went out to see her.

She is looking into renovating her home.

Taking advantage of her good condition now, she has already started to take action.

The buzzing sound of tools came from the cubicle in the tool room. Once inside, the inside was filled with dust generated by cutting boards.

Lanze saw Sister Hehuaer wearing a dust-proof isolation mask on her face and thick overalls. The cutting machine was used in a very standardized manner, so she would not accidentally injure herself.

So he went to the kitchen, picked up half a cup of sour plum juice with sugar, covered it with a silicone lid, inserted a straw, and put it in the tool room where his sister could see it. Then he went back to his room and continued his work.

After looking at the algorithm for a while, Lanze began to rebuild the program framework for automatic patent application.

The one he scribbled on a while ago is not very useful. During the period after his sister came home, he spent most of his time playing. The little things he found time to do during play were the most urgent ones. This little thing was put off.

.

The program framework was written and linked to the biology thesaurus he bought with money. It was time to try running it. He stopped again and went out to see Sister Hehuaer.

Zhang He works very efficiently.

The boards have been broken and piled together. Sister Hehuaer also took off her mask and was busy at the workbench.

She is making a simple control circuit using the laminating machine that was moved out of the kitchen. The laminating machine was originally used at home to seal plastic bags.

She broke the wires and took out the thin copper wires inside. According to the circuit diagram she drew, she placed them on the thin plastic sheet, connected them, and then covered them with another plastic sheet. She rolled them into the molding machine and made two sheets.

The plastic pieces are soldered together and become a simple circuit board.

For more formal circuit production, if you hire a professional company to customize it, it is not worth it to only make such a small piece.

You can either mix a pot of ferric chloride yourself, use paint or correction fluid on the copper circuit board, draw the circuit, and then soak the whole piece in to corrode the unnecessary copper. This is actually quite wasteful.

Moreover, it is better for pregnant women to have less contact with chemical reagents. Although ferric chloride itself is not toxic, the impurities in it are not known. It is also easy to stain, which makes people feel uncomfortable.

When Lan Ze came in, Sister Hehua picked up the awl and started drilling holes in the plastic sheet. After that, what she had to do was very simple. As usual, she just used solder to solder the components and she was done.

"What do you want to eat for lunch?" Lanze asked her.

"Sugar cookies." My sister replied simply.

"Keep eating the sugar cookies, don't you want to eat anything else?"

"What else can be delicious?"

This is a good question.

Commercially available sweet desserts are not very healthy, with too much oil and sugar, and a small amount of preservatives.

Frozen semi-finished products are better, so you can buy more.

Lan Ze thought for a moment, "Would you like some fruit? Lean meat?"

"Fruit. When I hear the word meat, I can't eat it."

Lan Ze went into the kitchen and made some sweet soy milk. Then he cut a cantaloupe, picked small fruits from the existing fruits at home, cut them in half, peeled and cored them, and put them on a plate. Considering his sister's current taste,

He sprinkled another layer of powdered sugar.

As for the remaining half of the fruit, he threw it into his mouth and ate it. He is now a fat man who eats very efficiently.

He makes a lot of sugar cookies in the morning. As long as they are baked, they can become crispy again immediately.

He placed the sugar cakes in the air oven, set the time, and then began to study the recipes. On the bracelet, he found several frozen buns with sweet fillings. Some of them were made of rice flour, and the outer shell was as transparent as crystal.

The color of the filling could be seen through the outer shell. It was colorful and looked particularly cute. So he placed his order without hesitation.

Then, he couldn't help but play with the dough himself. He mixed a basin of noodles and let it ferment. At this time, the sugar cake was also baked.

It's a good time for lunch.

Sister Hehuaer did not come to the kitchen empty-handed.

She moved the cut boards into the kitchen. The materials were not big or heavy, but rather fine.

After moving it once, she turned around and left the kitchen again.

As a result, a bunch more were moved in.

"Why are there so many pieces?" Lan Ze was a little worried about her body.

"Make tables and chairs for the kids. They are many and small, so how many pieces of materials can be used?"

So Lan Ze went to the tool room with her. Lan Ze moved the remaining boards, and her sister took the tool box.

After eating sugar cookies for lunch, Sister Hehua did not leave the kitchen.

She was in the kitchen and started putting together furniture on the spot.
