Chapter 211 Shadow Rhino(1/2)

In less than two minutes, a group of soldiers arrived. There was a word "Yun" on the left chest of the armor. They were all from the fifth realm.

One of the team leaders at the peak of the Five Realms inspected the two bodies and took out a mirror.

After the two men's blood was smeared on the mirror, the mirror surface rippled, and then the playback started from the man casting the spell.

The mirror replayed the entire incident completely, with no detail missing. After the captain understood the general situation, his face looked very ugly.

"Catch his two companions." The captain said solemnly.

"Yes, a few soldiers were ordered to leave."

The captain laid the two bodies in the middle of the street and waited quietly.

About a moment after burning incense, several soldiers came over dragging a man covered in blood. Han Fen could barely recognize from the bloody face that he was one of the female monk's companions.

The male monk had no strength at all. After the soldier let him go, he knelt down in front of the captain.

He tried hard to raise his head, and said in a vague voice: "Please... you, let me go, I... I... didn't make any trouble."

"You've crossed the line." The captain said solemnly.

The man was stunned for a moment, but he didn't know where he got the strength from, and he pounced on the captain. In his hand was the same thin poison-absorbing needle as the female monk before.

However, he faced a captain who surpassed him in terms of cultivation level, magical powers, and actual combat experience.

The captain's index finger touched the man's eyebrow. The man's movements suddenly stopped without any warning. A look of fear appeared in his eyes. He wanted to beg for mercy, but found that he could not speak at all.

"Actually, I admire people like you." The captain retracted his index finger, but the man remained motionless. "You may be as weak as an ant, but you have the courage to wave your tentacles at a lion."

So after the captain spoke, blood oozed from the man's ears, eyes, nostrils, and mouth.

With a "thud", the man fell to the ground. Even though he was dead, the hand holding the thin needle did not relax at all.

The captain glanced at the crowd watching around him and knew that the effect he wanted had been achieved, so he stopped talking nonsense.

"Pack up the bodies and leave," the captain ordered.

The soldiers put the bodies into their kits, and one of the water-attribute soldiers controlled the water flow to clean the blood on the road, and then left.

"Captain, that man just destroyed his kit during the pursuit." The soldier in charge of loading the body said after checking it.

The captain's expression did not change at all, as if he had expected such a scene.

"It doesn't matter, this is the style of people like them: decisive, ruthless, and fearless. Once such people become strong, they will be very difficult to deal with..." the captain said slowly, with a look of memories on his face.

"Since their hearts are so strong, why do they just do this kind of unattractive thing...I mean, they shouldn't just be like this." The soldier asked doubtfully.

"Because their hearts are not big enough." The captain shook his head. "They have a set of fixed principles, which are based on the premise of not suffering a loss. Before death, they can kill another person who may have harmed him, although he

There is not enough evidence; they can destroy their own tips, otherwise others will take advantage. These ideas are correct." The captain paused here and looked at several soldiers who were listening attentively.

"They usually target new monks who enter the city. They are constantly familiar with the entire process and have sufficient experience in dealing with every situation that may arise." At this point, the captain suddenly stopped.

"But, that's all." The captain said and took out the kit of the man who died in the inn. (After using the time mirror to replay the whole process, the reason why the man swallowed the kit was naturally known)

He poured everything in the kit on the ground, and after a while, a hill piled up on the ground.

A small number of ghost coins, a change of clothes, a few inferior ghost tools, a few sixth-level elixirs for healing, some materials for performing witchcraft...

"No matter how smoothly and perfectly they did the job of robbing the new monks who entered the city, they only got these trivial things." The captain's voice revealed a strong disdain.

"Think about it for yourselves. Is there anyone here who is poorer than him?" the captain asked.

The soldiers shook their heads. To be honest, they didn't expect the man to be so poor.

The captain said no more, but the soldiers' hearts were not very peaceful.

At this moment, they seemed to understand what the captain meant when he said his heart was not big enough.

"Thank you, captain." The soldiers thanked each other one after another, with sincere tone and respectful attitude.

"Yeah." The captain responded.

"The corpse..." the soldier lowered his voice.

The captain turned to look at him, but he didn't expect that the other party had such a hobby. "Just deal with it." There are so many weird people in the spiritual world, and being interested in corpses is not that special.

The captain is too lazy to worry about those things.

"Thank you, captain." The soldier's face beamed with joy, and he was extremely excited.

Watching the team leave, Han Fan felt indescribably complicated.

He should have breathed a sigh of relief. All the three people who were targeting him were eliminated and he no longer had any worries. But the two monks from the fifth realm died like that, which made him somewhat sad.

Han Fen found an alley and sat down against the wall.

There was a beggar a few meters away from him. The two looked at each other and quickly looked away.

Until night covers the sky, there are fewer and fewer monks on the street.

There was a faint light on the streets in Yun City, and the illumination range of the street lights was only about five meters.

The night of Hades, the morning of Hades.

Han Fan was also thinking about the three people.

When the pair of soldiers used the mirror to replay the whole process, they did not hide it from the people around them. Han Fan also saw the whole process through it.

Recalling that I entered the world of spiritual practice when I first entered the Zongheng Realm, I experienced several major dangers on the verge of life and death. I tossed and turned all the way, from the righteous path to the devil's path, and from the Zongheng Realm to the underworld.

He began to worry that one day he would die somewhere.

Maybe it was because someone was plotting against me, or maybe it was because someone was plotting against someone else and I got a peck in the eye.

It was late at night, and there was not a single monk on the street. After all, no one wanted to walk outside at night like the underworld, when they couldn't see anything.

Han Fan turned his head and took a look and found that the beggar was no longer visible, but his consciousness could sense that the person was still there.

The night watch monk started walking on the street with a blue lantern, saying "Evil spirits retreat." His voice echoed through the streets and alleys, and his clean voice gave people a sense of security.

On the second day, Han Fen finally waited until dawn.

To be on the safe side, he went to the Monster Trade Union again.

Now he doesn't even have the money to buy a map of the surrounding areas of Yun City, so he can only check the approximate location of the Shadow Rhino in the Trade Union Alliance.

After taking note of the location, Han Fen quickly left the city.

Unlike the Zongheng Realm, monks cannot spend the night outside at will. Unless they have some special treasures with them, they will really not be able to come back once they step into the underworld.

Fortunately, it was just a basic mission, and shadow rhinos were not too rare. In addition to their huge size, Han Fan quickly saw... a group of them!

A group of shadow rhinos are by the lake, some are drinking water, and some are lazily basking in the sun.

Han Fen tried to move closer, but the shadow rhinos ignored him after seeing him, so they continued to do what they were doing.

Han Fen walked closer again, but still ignored him.

He didn't know the opponent's strength. Monsters were different from strange beasts. Without understanding, he didn't dare to act rashly.

After thinking about it, he picked up a stone and threw it. It hit a rhinoceros on the back and bounced off. The rhinoceros turned its head and glanced at Han Fan with disdain, as if laughing at his naivety.

Han Fen's head was full of black lines... He felt that his IQ was being suppressed.

So Han Fen sat not far from the group of rhinos and watched them quietly.

The monsters were psychic and already had spiritual intelligence. Han Fan stared at them secretly, and no one could bear his malicious eyes.

One of the rhinos also had a bad temper. He couldn't stand Han Fan's lewd gaze, so he got up and walked over to him.

Han Fan felt happy, the opportunity had come.

The shadow rhino walked this way, and he slowly moved away from the rhino group.

The rhinoceros could sense Han Fan's cultivation. According to its perception, Han Fan was not in any danger, so it didn't care at all.

But after seeing Han Fan avoiding him, the rhinoceros became impatient and quickened his pace to catch up.

However, Han Fen also started to speed up.

They were already about a thousand miles away from the rhino herd, but it was not enough.

This shadow rhinoceros was very angry, and Han Fen kept hiding like a bug.

The Shadow Rhino made a sound, stopped suddenly, nodded and walked back, not chasing it anymore.

In the introduction to Shadow Rhino, one feature stands out in particular: laziness.

If you can take two steps, never take three steps; if you can lie down, never stand.

Han Fen was anxious. He finally found an opportunity, how could he let it go so easily.

In desperation, Han Fen directly activated Jiu Xing Tian Xia to rush over, and the sword Gegla gave him appeared in his hand.

I didn't think much about it at the time, so I just stabbed it.

I don’t know if it was a coincidence or intentional, but I hit the chrysanthemum.

No matter what kind of monster or alien beast it is, it is extremely fragile. After Han Fen was given such a blow, the Shadow Rhino burst out with a heart-rending wail.
