Chapter 3 3. Let's just say my grandma can fight with Batman(2/2)

The detonation of the micro EMP bomb instantly disabled all electronic equipment in the car.

The Lincoln, which was speeding at high speed, lost control and rolled twice on the street like a drunk snake before hitting a fire hydrant on the street.

"Bang"

The car door was violently kicked open, and four or five gangsters armed with submachine guns jumped out and shot at Batman in a daze. The old man who swung over from the telephone pole attacked and punched Batman one after another with the fear of close combat.

fall.

It was simply a one-sided massacre.

Wearing a black tuxedo, a tall hat and a monocle, with a sharp and weird nose, and carrying a black gentleman's umbrella while walking, the gangster Penguin, who looked like an elegant and proud emperor penguin, took advantage of the chaos to escape from the other side of the car.

He came out, holding a suitcase in one hand and an umbrella in the other, staggering forward and running away.

Batman beat his bodyguards and subordinates behind him, but Penguin didn't even look.

But this guy wasn't just running away. The moment the master eliminated all his men and threw two batarangs at him, the little Penguin turned around and opened his Bulgarian umbrella like a prophet.

There were two clanging sounds, and the seemingly weak but tough umbrella actually bounced the batarang away.

Then the Penguin pulled the curved umbrella handle, holding the open umbrella like a machine gun, and fired several shots at the charging Batman.

But the master is also experienced in many battles. When turning his body, he uses his cloak to defend himself and speed up the approach.

"Shua"

The snow-white blade popped out from the head of Penguin's folded umbrella, and the short gangster also felt fierce, as if he was grabbing a short spear, and stabbed Batman three times in a row, but was killed by the master.

He used the sharp blade that popped out of the fighting gauntlet to block, then twisted the umbrella handle switch, causing the umbrella head to spurt out blazing fire, finally forcing Batman to retreat.

"That thing is on you! They won't let you go!"

The Penguin, who was sweating profusely, distanced himself and kept shooting with his umbrella, and shouted to Batman as if he was at the end of his rope:

"But why don't you let me go here, bat.

I can pretend this didn't happen, and I can get over there. You know, my place is the most orderly place in Gotham. I just want to make money and never mess around.

Haven't we been living in peace and harmony for the past few years?"

The master didn't answer.

The cold-blooded Batman is not a superhero who likes to talk during battles, which is part of his deliberately gloomy style.

Penguin saw Batman retreating and hiding in the shadows, and he cautiously grabbed his umbrella and kept retreating.

He is under great pressure.

Almost all of the attention was drawn to Batman hiding in the shadows in front of him, ignoring the fact that there was a thin figure hiding in the flower bed on the other side of the street behind him.

Mason, who was lying in the grass, squinted his eyes and quietly raised the engineering gun in his hand. The combat auxiliary aiming frame had locked on the short Penguin, and the preset trajectory also drew a red dotted line in front of his eyes, like a straight line.

The line falls between him and Penguin.

This is actually the first time that Mason has actually met his nominal boss, excluding those previous meetings.

"Bat! Stop hiding, come out!"

The Penguin, who was forced into a desperate situation, shouted at the top of his lungs:

"Other lunatics in this city don't understand you, but I do! I know you draw a line for us, and as long as we don't cross it you'll tolerate us living our lives in a gray area.

I promise you, tonight was just a little accident.

I stabbed your little lover, but it was just a misunderstanding. You don't know what's in that hard drive, right?

You'd better see it with your own eyes.

Then you will understand that we can actually cooperate.

Our city is in danger!"

"Whoosh"

The batarang thrown from another corner interrupted the Penguin's murmur, and Oswald turned the umbrella head with a roar and fired wildly at the other side.

The moment he turned his back to the street, Mason decisively pulled the trigger.

There was a soft bang.

The bullet rotated out of the barrel at high speed, flew dozens of meters along the preset trajectory in an instant, and bit the Penguin's hand like a poisonous snake.

The Penguin jumped up on the spot with blood and pain everywhere, and his two severed fingers danced on the ground like dying snakes. However, he was knocked down by Batman who descended from the sky in the next moment.

The bulletproof bat cape bulges over his enemy to prevent a second bullet from flying over and killing him.

But Mason had no intention of continuing to shoot.

After he fired the shot, he stood up from the grass in an elegant manner. He held the gun in his left hand and raised his right hand. As he walked towards the master, he shouted:

"That shot was my resignation to Penguin. You said, actions are more important than words."

The young man looked at Batman, and Batman looked at him.

When their eyes met, Mason dropped the gun in his hand on the ground and said:

"The whole city knows that you don't kill people, and I don't intend to kill people in front of you. I just want to tell you that Mason Cooper, who worked for the Penguin Gang, is dead.

I just want to live a peaceful life from now on."

Batman didn't answer.

While inserting a sedative into the neck of the Penguin who howled like a pig, he glanced at the two bloody severed fingers at his feet.

In the dim street, he said to Mason in a mute voice:

"No, this shot will make it impossible for you to live a peaceful life again, if you know how the gangs in this city deal with traitors."
