Chapter One Hundred and Thirty Six: The world worships Kongchen Daojun(2/2)

The temple looks quite grand and occupies a large area.

The main hall is strict, with long corridors that turn back, and groups of Taoist priests with their sleeves tied up are busy inside.

There are even many families who have built houses nearby, saying that this place is protected by gods and monsters do not dare to approach. The ruins have vaguely transformed into a prosperous town outside the city.

"Hurry up and hang it up."

"Crooked! Crooked!"

"A little to the left."

Finally, amidst cheers, the red silk on the plaque was removed, and three large golden characters were written on it - Daojun Temple.

The doors of the temple and the main hall were opened, and the light shone inside. You could see a tall and majestic statue of an immortal sitting cross-legged on the altar in the main hall.

"Get out of the way!" A tall man squeezed in hard.

"I, Wang Datou, will decide on this incense today." The man with a ferocious face firmly grabbed the clothes of the person in front of him.

"Come in and stop them all." A certain wealthy gentleman waved his hand, and his servants rushed in together.

People from one floor to another crowded into Daojun Temple, and the door frame almost fell down due to the crowd, and everyone looked so fierce that they looked like they were trying to kill people or rob goods.

In fact, they are scrambling to get the first stick of incense.

Not only in Yanding Mansion, but also in Taoist temples throughout the Great Zhou Dynasty, various statues of Taoist Lord Kongchen were erected.

Some are riding donkeys, some are holding swords, some are standing, and some are sitting or lying down.

For a time, the Zhou Dynasty's belief in Kongchen Daojun became popular in all quarters.

Without the statue of Lord Kongchen, the incense would be much inferior to other places.

Even in all the offices in Sitian Prison, the statues of Dao Lord Kongchen are placed above Lord Tao Shenjun, and statues of Lord Dao are hung everywhere.

As if overnight, Taoist Master Kongchen became the founder of Taoism in the world.
