After the words fell, something was placed at the door, the footsteps gradually faded away, and there was no movement outside the door.

"A character from the South?"

Her long golden hair fell under the bed, and the girl stuck her head out.

"Is this a letter Mr. Wizard wrote to me?"

The girl carefully climbed out of bed, opened the door with a creak, and the candlelight from the corridor came in. She saw the paper seal lying tightly on the ground.

Taking the paper envelope back into the room, Isabel lit the candle on the table, opened the paper envelope, and poured out some shredded paper.

The girl was stunned for a moment, then rummaged around inside with some hope.

After a while, she finally found a familiar name inside.

"It's really Mr. Wizard's handwriting."

The girl rubbed her eyes, with joy on her face.

She carefully spread out all the pieces and tried to piece the letter back together.
