Frankness is good, sincerity is good, authenticity is good, I believe in the sincerity and true teaching. (Seeking the Tao) --- The Tao of Giving Up

When you enter the religion and understand your moral character, you can make progress by remaining calm. (Enlightenment) --- Be willing to follow the path

Calm down desires, be at ease with the status quo, and then come to understand your virtue. (Cultivation of the Tao) --- The Way of Giving Up

Note: (925 words in total, including punctuation.)

There are three types of Tao: low-level [Tao of attainment], intermediate level [Tao of giving up], and high-level [Tao of giving up].

1. [Get the Way]:

Human nature and uncultivated cognition are called "humanity".

The "Tao of humanity" is the "Tao" of selfishness. Looking at all things in the world from a selfish perspective, only thinking about "gaining" yourself and not wanting others to "gain", this is the lowest Tao.

1. Cosmology: At the beginning of the universe, all matter was packed in one place, and it only thought about gaining, not giving up. In the end, it was overwhelmed and exploded.

2. Laws of biological development: Any living thing that wants to possess resources for itself will eventually perish.

3. Human society: Those who only care about their own humanity and ignore the humanity of others will eventually be eliminated.

4. Thoughts and things, including friendship, love, and selfish ones, will be abandoned.

For example: Confucianism: "fullness brings harm, modesty benefits", Taoism's "shooting the first bird", Buddhism's "turning a fool into a Buddha", Christianity and Catholicism's "selfish Judas"...

Two, [the way of giving up]:

After people integrate into society, they realize that the selfish "human way" cannot develop sustainably, so they pursue balanced and peaceful coexistence. This is the middle way, called the "way of heaven."

"The Great Way" emphasizes equality and mutuality. It is the way of chivalry, the way of justice, and the way of fairness. There is giving and receiving, and a balance is achieved.

1. Cosmology, when applied to the universe, is the law of conservation of mass. Where there is positive matter, there is antimatter, which balances and restrains each other.

2. Biological theory, applied to the law of biological development, means that some will die, some will be produced, and metabolism will occur.

3. The theory of human society, when used in human society, means that when talking about one's own humanity, one should also consider the humanity of others.

4. Only those who value equality, mutuality, justice and chivalry in thoughts and things, including friendship and love, can develop harmoniously.

For example: Confucianism's "ritual", Taoism's "Tao", Legalism's "Dharma", Buddhism's "Buddhist Scriptures", the "doctrine" of God and Christ...

Three, [She Dao]:

People want to prove themselves, so they work tirelessly towards a goal. And that goal is not premised on harming anyone else's interests, but is beneficial to oneself or others' "Tao", even if they fail countless times, even if they have to

The selfless "Tao" of giving up one's own life and never giving up is the "Tao of renunciation".

1. Cosmology: No matter how developed the universe is, it will eventually die. Finally, a new point will be created, and a new universe will be created, with no beginning, no end, and an infinite cycle.

2. The theory of biological development: sacrificing one's own interests to give other organisms room for development and renewal from generation to generation. For example, the way of parents.

3. Theory of human society: Don’t be afraid of sacrifice for the benefit of others. For example, our martyrs and revolutionary leaders are absolutely selfless. How can people with selfish intentions know the nobility of others?

4. Thinking about things, friendship and love, they are all about letting go or cherishing what you have. They cannot be seen through by ordinary people or outsiders.

For example: the "holy" of Confucianism, the "god" of Taoism, the "Buddha" of Buddhism, the "Allah" of God and Christ... all kinds of selfless people.
