015: Worthy of being the one with the most dunks among the four major centers(1/2)

Every summer before the age of 37, Patrick Ewing would go back to Georgetown University to train for a period of time.

There are no annoying New York media here, no harsh fans.

Here, he can train easily like a freshman without any distractions.

This period of time is often the most exciting for members of the Georgetown University basketball team.

During this period, they can train with NBA-level super centers and play training games together.

Moreover, training with Ewing always inspires these young people.

Ewing seemed to be telling everyone with his actions: "Here, this is what I do, this is how I work hard, and this is how I succeed."

Anyway, every time Ewing comes, the whole team feels like they've been pumped.

Assistant coaches all joked: Ewing is the best cheerleader at Georgetown University.

He boosts morale better than those cheerleaders dancing in short skirts.

No, even though the team just returned from playing away from home yesterday, even though Thompson has already announced that he will take a rest this morning.

But when Thompson arrived at the arena at 8 a.m., he saw that most of the players were already there.

Sweat it out with Ewing, the greatest player in Georgetown history.

How can you not be excited? If you behave well, senior Ewing will take you to the Gold Club for a night of fun?

It’s worth all the hard work!

Naturally, Shay arrived at the training facility early in the morning and kept paying attention to Ewing, thinking about how to give him a hard blow.

The task was for Shay to cover him once, steal him once, and force a turnover on him.

A steal and a turnover forced can be regarded as one task.

In other words, there are actually only two mission objectives.

The two mission goals seem very simple, but looking at Ewing's big elbow...

I’m afraid this system doesn’t want to change the host!

However, Ewing's impression so far is quite gentle.

It is extremely inconsistent with his rugged appearance and fiery playing style.

Ewing doesn't talk much in private, and when he does, he's very polite.

This would be a Chicago brat training with a young man, and he would have to enjoy squirting on everyone first.

"Hey Dikembe, come on, let's fight some!"

Not sure if he was bored practicing alone, Ewing suddenly waved his hand and asked Uncle Mu to pass.

Uncle Mu ran up to Ewing and looked at Mourning proudly.

There is a sense of superiority on his face that says "I've been fooled but you haven't".

Everyone also stopped what they were doing and turned their attention to the two of them.

One-on-one started, Mutombo attacked first.

The one-on-one duel between the two started from the edge of the three-second zone. Centers in this era put more emphasis on their one-on-one ability in the penalty area.

Uncle Mu sat two steps in with his back turned, then turned around and hooked his hand.

But his touch was too stiff, the basketball bounced out of the frame, and Ewing immediately grabbed the rebound.

The moment he grabbed the rebound, Ewing habitually waved his iron elbows.

Adopt a "whoever gets closer will die" attitude.

After grabbing the board, he swings his elbow first. This was a habitual move for centers in the 1990s.

Even if I hit someone, it was because they hit my elbow with their head, and I didn't commit a foul.

Shay swallowed. If he was hit, he might not be able to taste the saltiness of his brain.

After getting the basketball, Ewing ran outside the three-second zone and waited for Mutombo to defend him.

Then, Ewing pushed back hard and used his elbow to hit Mutombo hard in the ribs.

Shay stood aside and could hear the muffled sound after his elbow hit his ribs.

I'm afraid all the ribs are broken.

Ewing, who had always been gentle, seemed to have completely changed at this time, becoming extremely wild.

"Is this how you defend? I'll kill you, idiot!"

Ewing was extremely violent and no longer polite.

Even against Mutombo, whom he knew well, his attack was very vicious, as if he wanted to completely destroy the opponent.

After Ewing took two steps, he turned over and shot a jumper.

Unlike Mutombo, this angry-looking King Kong has a soft touch that belies his appearance.

Faced with Mutombo's blockage, he still threw the ball easily and hit it accurately.

After the goal, Mutombo clutched his ribs in pain.

But Ewing had no sympathy for his junior.

Instead, he showed off his scary biceps in front of Mutombo.

"You're a coward, come again!"

Ewing's roar echoed in the training hall, and Mutombo also looked at Ewing angrily.

The two of them were face to face, as if they were about to fight.

Shay turned to look at head coach Thompson, only to find that he was chatting with the assistant coach as if nothing had happened.

Now Shea knows why Georgetown tends to produce big, tough guys.

This coach is totally unfaithful to big men!

You can fight however you want, just don't beat me to death on my basketball court.

After that, Ewing faced Mutombo again.

When people think of face-up offense, they will immediately think of Olajuwon, who plays like a guard, or the Admiral, who has the athletic ability of a small forward.

But in fact, Ewing's face-to-frame offense is also top-notch.

After using two triple-threat moves to shake Mutombo's center of gravity, he immediately accelerated his breakthrough.

Mutombo followed immediately, giving Ewing only half a body of space.

But that's enough for the unquestioned No. 1 center in the league last season.

Ewing immediately took advantage of the situation and jumped up to prepare for a one-handed chop. Mutombo naturally did not hesitate to give in and jumped up to stop Ewing.

In the air, the two collided heavily.

But because Mutombo was still too thin at this time, he was directly knocked to the ground by Ewing.

Mutombo, who was like a mountain, collapsed and fell to the ground in embarrassment.

Then, with a "boom", the sound of Ewing pulling the rim echoed throughout the entire court.

Ewing easily dunked Mutombo, the future four-time Defensive Player of the Year!

After scoring the goal, he yelled at Mutombo who was sitting on the ground and beat his chest.

At this moment, he looked exactly like the guy masturbating on top of the Empire State Building.

Shea knows how strong Mutombo is defensively. In the last game against Duke, Mutombo completely dominated the paint.

In the NCAA, he is an invincible human shield.

But in front of Ewing, he was like a little crispy man who fell down at his word.

This... how can I cover him!?

Mutombo struggled to stand up, and after only two rounds, Shea felt that Uncle Mutombo was already falling apart.

Is this the rivalry of the 1990s?

"Okay, okay, let's all warm up. Next, we'll start fighting in groups."

Thompson stood up and clapped his hands.

Everyone is excited because Ewing will also join in the confrontation training!

Shay had just seen the destructive power of the Glaring King Kong. If he and Ewing Hard Steel later, he would not be able to complete the mission even if all his ribs were broken.

Otherwise, give up on this mission. Anyway, the system doesn't say there will be any penalties for not completing the mission.

But the three essence fragments rewarded by the mission made Shay very greedy.

Now Shay is just three Essence Fragments short of winning a lottery.

Since one person can't handle Ewing...then let's do a multi-player campaign!
To be continued...
