Today is gone, let's rest early

It’s gone today. Let’s go to bed early.
I sat in front of the computer in agony for several hours. I was stuck on a short plot. I wrote and deleted it, deleted it and wrote it, but in the end I was still not satisfied.
Counting that I owe one update, the total number of chapters I owe becomes four chapters.

I also want to take the opportunity to talk to you about something.
Recently I was forced to realize one thing: schedule is an issue that must be faced squarely.
In recent months, it has become the norm to go to bed at 3 a.m. and wake up at 12 noon every day.
I originally thought that as long as I kept a regular schedule and got enough sleep, it wouldn't have much of an impact.
But now I have to admit: this is not the case.
Staying up late coding really helped with the birth of inspiration at first, and many good ideas emerged that I was satisfied with.
But staying up late for a long time is causing disastrous effects, not only problems with work, rest and physical health, but also depletion of inspiration and enthusiasm.
Previously, when I thought of a fun joke, I couldn't wait to write it, and I felt excited and happy.
It's easy to write with ease and it's very smooth.
Now I often sit in front of the computer, thinking hard about filling in one or two short plots. I am stumbling when writing, and my concentration has obviously declined.
I finally realized that the passion for creation also needs to be combined with the passion for life, and it also needs an energetic body to support it.
Working behind closed doors, turning day and night upside down, and writing novels is the only thing left in my life. I’m afraid it’s not sustainable.
In order for me to have a longer creative life, and to carry out the next creation with more enthusiasm and energy, I have to correct my work and rest habits.
This time it’s true, no matter what, I have to get my work and rest back.
I hope to get back to the standard typing time of 9 to 6 when I first started writing, and try to squeeze in some time for exercise, and preferably get out of the house and do something other than walking the dog.
Everyone, just take me as a warning.
Finally, I wish you all good health and happiness.
Chapter completed!
