Chapter 1459 What grades can I get this time? It depends on whether God can give me a favor or not.(1/2)

The 2011 World Track and Field Championships will kick off this weekend in Daegu, a country with cold. Since the first Helsinki World Championships in 1983, countless exciting moments have emerged in the history of the 13th session of the World Track and Field Championships. Here are the five memorable moments in history selected by Reuters:

1. American athlete Powell broke the Bob Bemon's record in 1968 at the Tokyo World Championships, setting a record of 8.95 meters, directly increasing the record by five centimeters.

2. Kitty Hawks athlete Edwards broke the world record with a score of 18.16 meters at the 1995 Gothenburg World Championships, while his second result was 18.29 meters, setting a new world record! At present, the world's best triple jump is still 18.29 meters. Edwards won the Olympic Games championship in 2000.

3. In the 1999 Sevilla World Championships, Michael Johnson, Forrest Gump, won the World Championships for the fourth consecutive time, and shortened Reynolds' 1988 world record by 0.11 seconds with a time of 43.18.

4. Carl Lewis set the world record with 9.86 in the 1991 Tokyo men's 100m final, but that was just the beginning. In the end, six athletes opened the 9.96s, setting the highest record for the men's 100m race.

5. At the 2009 Berlin World Championships, the Jamaican Flying Lightning Bolt broke the world record of 100 meters and 200 meters, proving that the amazing performance of the Beijing Olympics in North China is by no means accidental. The world records of 100 meters, 9 seconds 55 seconds and 200 meters 19 seconds 15 have not been broken yet.

Will there be the sixth classic scene this year? Will there be a miracle that belongs to Daegu?

Let's wait and see.

The United States won 120 gold medals, 66 silver medals, 64 bronze medals, and 250 medals, becoming the champion of the World Track and Field Championships in history. Russia ranked 2nd, with 37 gold medals, 52 silver medals and 43 bronze medals. Kenya won 3rd place, 31 gold medals, 27 silver medals and 25 bronze medals.

At the beginning of the 21st century, the United States divided the score with Russia 5:5 in the 2001 World Championships, but ranked second in the gold medal list because it did not win enough medals. In 2003, the United States defeated Russia, which ranked first with seven gold medals, in 2005. In 2005, the United States defeated Russia with 14 gold medals, the latter won 7 gold medals, and this result was far ahead in the medal list. In the 2007 World Championships, the Americans won 14 gold medals, leaving Kenya far behind, and the latter won only 4 gold medals. However, in the 2009 World Championships, the Americans were blocked by Jamaica and only won 10 gold medals, followed by Jamaica, with 7 gold medals.

Our delegation has won 18 gold medals in history. In the last session, Bai Xue and Liu Xiang won the 17th and 18th respectively, ranking 17th in the World Championships total medal list.

The 2011 World Track and Field Championships will be held in Daegu from August 27 to September 4. A total of 24 events were set up in men's events. Among the World Championships records in these 24 events, the super-track and field superpowers in the United States and Kenya each occupied four seats, and Jamaica, a new sprint force, also dominated three records.

So far, the oldest record in World Championships history is the men's shot put. In the 1987 World Championships, Swiss player Guensel set a record of 22.23 meters, and has not been broken yet.

Daegu World Championships recommendations:

Recommended events

Men's 110m hurdle

Match time: Preliminary match on the 28th, Final match on the 29th

Following stars: Robles, Oliver, Liu Xiang

Attention: ★★★★★

Robles, 12.87; Liu Xiang, 12.85, Oliver, 12.95. Three top masters of 110-meter hurdles compete in the same field. Just thinking about it is enough to be exciting.

In the past two seasons, Oliver has created 18 unbeaten records since the end of August 2009 to May this year, and it was the limelight. However, with Liu Xiang and Robles returning from injury, Oliver's situation has become increasingly serious. This season, Robles defeated Oliver twice in the Diamond League Paris and London, with a clear psychological advantage. Liu Xiang and Oliver's competition is even more intense. The Chinese Flyer, who has achieved a little success in the seven-step barracks, took off strongly in the Diamond League Magic City Station, ending Oliver's winning streak. But soon, Oliver defeated Liu Feiren with 12.94 seconds in the Eugene Station - the first and only two in the first and only two in the season - and defeated Liu Feiren to retaliate.

It can be said that the battle between three people and Mars collided with the Earth will surely become the most exciting performance.

Man 100 meters

Match time: Preliminary on the 27th, semi-finals on the 28th, finals

Following stars: Bolt, Powell, Su Shen, Guy, Zhao Haohuan

Attention: ★★★★★

Whether it is the Olympics or the World Championships, the men's 100-meter sport fight will always be the focus of attention of the whole world.

At the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, Bolt broke the men's world records of 100 meters and 200 meters in succession with 9.68 seconds and 19.28 seconds. At the 2009 Berlin World Championships, Bolt continued to improve the men's world record of 100 meters to 9.55 seconds. This year, he opened 9.53 seconds in Lausanne, and was in good shape.

All humans seem to pin their hopes of challenging the limit speed of 100 meters of human body on this Jamaican. Arriving in Daegu eleven days ahead of schedule this year also proves the record-breaking belief of Jamaican Flying.

For Bolt, there must be a powerful opponent stimulation to make his small universe explode.

Fortunately, Su Shen, Powell and Guy are all there, and this game is still the continuation of Berlin in 2009.

Let's see if Bolt can continue to cut through the night sky in Daegu, and also see if our Chinese sport Su Shen can make a breakthrough in the World Championships and win the first silver medal in the 100-meter World Championships to make up for Daegu's regrets.

Recommended events

Women's 100 meters

Match time: Preliminary on the 27th, semi-finals on the 28th, finals

Following stars: Jetel, Meyers, Brown, Chen Juan

Attention: ★★★★★

Among the 47 events in the World Championships, the largest number of participants is the men's and women's 100m competition, of which 80 men signed up and 79 women's 79 women participated in the preliminary competition. If Bolt's family dominated the men's 100m event, the women's 100m show a trend of competing for beauty.

The woman will see if Chen Juan can continue to make breakthroughs this year and win a better OW competition ranking.

In the US Track and Field Championships in June, Jetel, 32, won the championship with a time of 10.74, and she had previously set her season record with a time of 10.70. Meyers finished second with a time of 10.83. In this competition, the biggest contender for the Americans was Jamaican, Campbell Brown, whose best record for the year was 10.76 seconds, while Stewart of Jamaica also made her best record for the year, up to 10.87 seconds.

...

When the flower-growing family delegation went out to adapt to the venue, the entire venue was filled with fans of "Liu Xiang".

Hanlianshe reported on the whole process of "Liu Xiang arrived in Daegu" with the "Yellow Bullet".

"At around 1 pm, there was a cheer and a 'Come on' shouting in Chinese outside the Daegu International Airport. We knew it was Liu who came."

Han United News Agency commented on Liu Xiang, while Han Guo News website conducted a wonderful live show of the game after Liu Xiang arrived in Daegu with a set of vivid pictures.

"I hope Liu must defend his Asian self-esteem!"

This is the overall argument of Cold Flow Media.

It can be seen that in this world competition, Han Guo has no one, so he can only hope that Liu Xiang, who is also Asia, can perform well. In fact, only Liu Xiang has the possibility of winning the gold in the entire Asian short track project type.

""The 2004 Athens Olympics, the 2007 Osaka World Track and Field Championships in Japan, and in Berlin in 2009, Liu fought alone and won the championship for all Asia. This time it was the home court in Asia. I hope that we can still wait for Liu Xiang to win the championship for Asia in 4 years!"

"Asian Economy" may be the honor of interviewing Liu Xiang's family in Hanguo media. The magazine quoted Liu Xiang's famous saying "no regrets, no burden" before the start of the game to follow up Liu Xiang's performance in the Daegu World Championships. When Hanguo reporters asked Liu Xiang about the topic of the World Championships, Liu Xiang gave a simple answer: "I don't have any pressure, I am very confident in myself, I want to complete the competition easier, I will do my best and leave no regrets."

This chapter is not over, please click on the next page to continue reading! What level has Liu Xiang become this wave?

As soon as I got off the plane, the words "Liu Xiang, the man's 100-meter hurdle is the supreme, welcome to Daegu" were even written in Chinese on the LED screen at Daegu, which is enough to prove the high standards of the reception of the organizing committee.

On the way from the airport to the hotel, the reporter found that the streets and alleys of Daegu were full of posters of the World Track and Field Championships. Surprisingly, the protagonists in the poster were mostly Liu Xiang and Robles, not Bolt and others who were 100-meter sprinters. Even the huge poster was still Liu Xiang’s C position. Logically speaking, in such an international competition, the 100-meter sprint should be the highlight, so why was it snatched away by the 110-meter hurdle?
