Although city-states could be built in desert areas outside the city, mortals could not enjoy the protection of Lingshan spiritual energy, and their lifespan was far lower than those living in the city. For this reason, the new mortals gradually set their minds on the ground. Instead, they dug up dungeons underground and settled in it, enjoying the nourishment of the earth's veins that were far better than the ground. The population also increased sharply, and soon it was approaching half of the population on the ground, and even more.

The believers on the outer nine vehicles on the ground of the Dharma Protector and God are all possessed by all the sects of the Buddha Realm, and no one has the absolute advantage. Therefore, the magic arrays of the high-rise buildings on the ground almost cover all the magic arrays of the Buddha Realm mandalas, so the outer nine vehicles are filled with various Buddha Yuan and Buddhism. Because the magic power of the Buddhist Dharma here is too mixed, coupled with the catalysis of the spiritual energy of the Lingshan Mountain, this place becomes an extremely special seal. Mortals will not have any problems in this urban area, but as long as they are practitioners in the Buddha Realm, no matter how high their cultivation level is, the Buddha Yuan in their body will appear abnormal, and the longer they stay, the more obvious it will be. This abnormality is good and bad. When encountering good, it may help the practitioner break through the bottleneck of the realm. If it encounters bad, the less likely it will be to damage the meridian soul, and the worse it will be to become a demon, and the more evil it will be burned.

Because this will inevitably start various Buddhist formations on the high buildings on the ground. If a practitioner of the Buddha Realm fights back, it would be fine if the high buildings are not damaged. If the high buildings are damaged or destroyed, then even tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of believers' lives are tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of karma contained in it, the cause and effect karma contained in it will definitely make the Buddha Realm powerful people who have great achievements like Sun Xianzhi who have the title of great achievers also feel difficult.

Because of the acquired barrier like the Nine Vehicles outside the city, if you want to go to the Sumi Lingshan Mountain, the outside Buddhist world practitioners can only find another passage, and the underground part of the outer nine vehicles as dense as a spider web becomes the best choice. Unlike the above part, the entire Nine Vehicles outside the city is in the hands of the Bodhisattva Vehicle, and the believers here are also believers of the Bodhisattva Vehicle. In order to facilitate the practitioners of the Buddha Realm to enter and exit the Sumi Lingshan Mountain, the Bodhisattva Vehicle has specially opened a passage underground that can only be accessed by the Buddhist world practitioners. This passage passes through the entire Nine Vehicles and reaches the Compassionate Affiliation City where Guanyin Bodhisattva is stationed. The other end of the passage is the only desert oasis city-state Pure Land Acropolis around the Sumi Lingshan Mountain.

As for the other great achievers who have achieved the three bodies, in their opinion, walking into the underground passage is like placing themselves at the feet of mortals, which is a great humiliation. They will never walk from below. They will often mix in mortals with their body-responsive methods, and pass through the nine vehicles outside from the ground to the twenty-seven Acropolis.
