After all, the cost of flue gas treatment is very large, not just one-time installation costs, but the consumption of electricity used by the factory after production, the cost of chemical preparations and other consumables. The higher the efficiency you want, the cost will almost double.

In this emergency situation, the first thing that comes to mind is import plans, outsourcing the smoke treatment. Although the bidding is time-consuming and labor-intensive, it is always better than being killed if it fails to meet the standards. At this moment, Hengdian took out a bunch of certifications.

In the certification of authoritative institutions, the desulfurization efficiency of edr reaches 98%. Of course, this is the data under certain conditions, based on various objective parameters. In fact, the desulfurization efficiency is stable to float between 92% and 98%, which is enough.

Hengdian Environmental Protection Equipment Company, the first benefit of falling into northern Hebei has finally emerged, and it has a close connection with North China Bureau, Jibei Power Plant and Beimo Company. Finally, the process is completed. Unit No. 3 of Jibei Power Plant is a unit expanded in period 2. During the self-inspection process, smoke and dust slightly exceeded the standard, and the out-of-stocking basically met the standard, and the sulfide seriously exceeded the standard, which is a long way from the new standard in period 2. However, this situation is very common. Environmental protection cannot force you to stop production, that is, turn a blind eye and catch a new power plant tighter, but in time, this problem must be solved.

The denitrification system remained unchanged and only involved two major parts: dust removal and desulfurization. It also adopted a low-key and stable attitude in the quotation. The final quotation was almost profitable. Although the normal quotation in Hengdian's plan was about twice that of this number, the most lacking thing is still recognition.

The elites of Hengdian Engineering and Hengdian Environmental Protection were also transferred to northern Hebei to focus on this transformation project.

Among the two major systems of dust removal and desulfurization, it is further divided into flue gas, compressed air, ash transport, desulfurizer slurry preparation, by-products, water circulation and other systems. It also involves precise pipeline design. It must be proficient in power plant design and equipment use, and the test is extremely comprehensive and meticulous ability.
