Chapter 883: The first day of the tripartite talks!

September 21, 1932, this may be a day that should be recorded in history. China, Japan (Manchuria), the Soviet Union achieved ceasefire negotiations after the Northeast Anti-Japanese Democratic Alliance and the Japanese Kwantung Army fought!

Negotiations are almost semi-public, so except for not promoting, accepting interviews from reporters, and not holding press conferences, basically everything is transparent.

The Northeast Democratic Anti-Japanese Allied Forces attended the negotiations, including the team leader: Ying Ruoyu, Deputy Team leader: Gu Weijun, Lin Zhongdan, Contact Assistant: Yan Baohang, and two Russian and Japanese translators.

On the Kanto Army and Manchukuo, the negotiator, the deputy chief of staff of the Kanto Army, Major General Kenji Doihara, Special Affairs Representative Colonel Yumi Moriyama, Senior State-owned Manchukuo Colonel Tada Jun (temporary absent), and then on the Manchukuo, the Deputy Chief of Military Affairs, Wang Jingxiu, the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Transport, General Kiyoshi Kiyoshi, and the Commander of the Border Defense of the Manchukuo Army and the Commander of the Jilin Provincial Border Defense, as well as adjutants, Manchu translators and several entourages!

Then, the Soviet Union, the special envoy Simanovsky, the Communist Party of Russia, the Special Representative of the Far Eastern Republic, the Special Representative of the Far Eastern Republic, the Colonel Tuchevsky, the Consul General in Harbin, and the Consul General in Harbin, Karin, Keshenko, etc.

The address of the talks was chosen in a huge ammunition warehouse in General Baimao’s Mansion. The ammunition had been cleared and some renovations were made!

Because it was a secret meeting, it was naturally rejected that anyone else was unrelated to enter.

For this talk, China specially created a long table with an equilateral triangle, providing five seats for each change. There are a total of fifteen seats.

Regarding the location arrangement, China took the initiative to sit in the main position in the center, while the Soviet Union and Russia (Manchuria) were on both sides.

Lu Shan’s usual position is not to recognize Manchukuo, so if Manchukuo is to be listed separately, he will not recognize Soviet mediation, so he can only put Japan (Manchuria) together!

When the negotiation begins, the first step is to get to know each other and say hello to each other so that the right title can be found when formal negotiations are launched!

"Before the negotiation, we want to clarify one thing, then who will we discuss with?" As the leader of the Chinese representative team, Ying Ruoyu straightforwardly exposed the core issue and did not give the Japanese a chance to speak!

Kenji Doihara's face suddenly became cold. The other party's question was very sharp and hit their point!

If you talk to Manchukuo, then the Japanese side can only be an observer in the subsequent negotiations and cannot express any opinions. Even if there is any opinion, they can only say it privately!

If Japan is the main body, then it is obvious that what Japan said before internationally is bullshit!

Which sovereign state needs another country to negotiate with domestic opposition?

Isn’t Japan’s actions equivalent to admitting his aggression against Northeast China?

Facts are facts, but it is different if you say them out. Invasion also requires finding a high-sounding excuse, which is also a common practice internationally!

Wang Jingxiu, the deputy military and political chief of the Manchukuo negotiating group leader, looked at Kenji Dohihara with timidity. Now the power of the Manchurian political and diplomatic power is in the hands of the Japanese Kanto Army, so where do they have any power?

"According to the authorization agreement signed between the Great Japanese Empire and Manchuria, the security of the Great Japanese Empire will be under the responsibility of the Great Japanese Empire, so this negotiation should be for you to negotiate with us as the main body!" Kenji Doihara thought for a while and said slowly.

"That means that no matter what decision the Kanto Army makes, Manchukuo must accept it, right?" Ying Ruoyu asked.

Kenji Doihara's mouth twitched. He didn't want to answer this question, but the other party obviously would not let him go. He thought for a while and said, "Any agreement and decision we reached will be negotiated with the Manchukuo. Only when they are recognized will we finally sign the agreement!"

"Then according to General Doihara's meaning, we have agreed upon the conditions, and then we need the Manchukuo to agree and then sign it?" Ying Ruoyu said.

"Yes!" Kenji Doihara thought for a moment.

"Haha. General Dohihara, this is impossible. We do not recognize the existence of the Manchukuo regime, so the agreement we reached does not require the recognition of the Manchukuo!" Ying Ruoyu sneered slightly!

"When General Ying's wishes, the negotiations will be held between our two armies?" Kenji Doihara asked in a deep voice.

"General Doihara, I know that your country has not recognized Manchukuo yet, right?" Gu Weijun suddenly asked back.

"Yes!" Kenji Doihara nodded.

"Then, we ask the first article that your country will give up recognizing the legitimacy of Manchukuo. This is a prerequisite for our army to negotiate with your army!" Gu Weijun said slowly.

"Your side wants our country to give up recognizing Manchukuo!" Kenji Doihara was shocked. He had a bad premonition. The Chinese people probably had formulated a very strict negotiation strategy and required the Japanese Empire not to recognize the legitimacy of Manchukuo. This is probably their first step!

The representatives of Manchukuo were extremely frightened. If Kenji Doihara really agreed to this, then their disaster would have happened!

Now it seems that the Japanese are very likely to agree to this, because the matter that had been agreed upon was suddenly postponed, which is a sign of remorse!

"That is, only in this way can we have the premise of negotiation!" Ying Ruoyu said, "Also, Manchuria is China's Manchuria, not Japan's Manchuria. Japan has no right to station troops on our territory. This is a wanton trampling on our sovereignty and invasion. I hope General Doihara understands this!"

Kenji Doihara's face was gloomy and unsure. Not admitting the impact of Manchukuo was not clear in a few words, because this would overturn the justice of all Kanto Army's actions in Manchuria!

"Your army's requirements are too harsh, and we cannot agree to this point." Kenji Doihara said heavily.

"Then there is nothing to talk about?" Ying Ruoyu shrugged.

"Can you two listen to me?" Merinikov, as the mediator of the Soviet Union, would not be able to stand up at this time.

As soon as we came into contact, the smell of gunpowder was so strong that both sides didn’t want to give in at all. It can be imagined how difficult it would be for peace talks!

"I think you two sides should not argue on this issue for the first time. This is a big issue and can be left to discuss later. Let's talk about something practical first!" said Melinikov. "For example, to achieve a ceasefire, divide military buffer zones, and release or exchange prisoners?"

"Mr. Melinikov said it well, we can sit together. This shows that both of us are sincere in peace!" Yumi Moriyama said with a light lip.

"Miss Yumi said it well, General Ying, what do you think?" Melinikov asked Ying Ruoyu.

"A ceasefire is OK. You can divide the military buffer zone, and you can even release prisoners and replace prisoners. However, there must be a detailed plan for how to ceasefire, how to divide the military buffer zone, and how to release prisoners and replace prisoners!" Ying Ruoyu said.

"How come General British ceased fire, divided military buffer zones, and negotiated with the release of prisoners and replacement of prisoners?" A hint of joy flashed in Melinikov's eyes. The good start was half the success. It seemed that the Chinese were quite proud of their face.

Ying Ruoyu did not answer. Instead, he stared at Kenji Dohihara coldly: "It depends on Mr. Dohihara's sincerity?"

"We are willing to negotiate on the ceasefire and the division of military buffer zones!" Kenji Doihara nodded.

"What about release of prisoners and replacing prisoners?"

"Mr. Melinikov, there is an old saying in Chinese that you can't be fat in one bite!" said Kenji Doihara.

"Oh, I understand, General Ying, what do you say?"

"He is quite self-aware!" Ying Ruoyu said that in several wars, the Kwantung Army captured very few prisoners of the Dongkong Army. On the contrary, the Dongkong Army captured thousands of prisoners of the Kwantung Army, and there were also many Japanese suspected of spies. There were even senior Japanese generals, Kenji Doihara, of course, was unwilling to take the initiative to propose it. This was a very embarrassing thing!

"But our army just got the information. The Kwantung Army was frequently mobilized last night, pushing the front line forward almost three kilometers as a whole. It also ruled out a large number of cavalry reconnaissance teams. Could it be that they want to launch a large-scale attack?" Ying Ruoyu said.

"This is absolutely impossible!" Kenji Doihara denied.

"No matter what the Kanto Army wants to do, we will be with you!" Ying Ruoyu stood up and said, "Let's end this morning's negotiations. Mr. Doihara should understand his situation first before you come!"

"General Ying, please stay!" Melinikov hurriedly stood up and tried to stay.

"Mr. Merinikov, I don't think staying is meaningless for those who say one thing and do another!" Ying Ruoyu refused very politely.

Ying Ruoyu led the Donggong negotiation team to leave the court directly!

"Mr. Doihara, I want your explanation!" Simanowsky was very angry. It was the Japanese who took the initiative to ask them to mediate. Now, the Kwantung Army took the initiative to provoke at this time. What is this?

Kenji Doihara was also very annoyed. He just made a gesture. Why are these damn Chinese people so sensitive that they even shy face and don’t give face!

"Mr. Simanowski, this is just a normal mobilization, and the Chinese are too sensitive!" Kenji Doihara explained.

"Is that true? If I were you, I would be very sensitive to the large-scale mobilization of the army at this time. Mr. Doihara, I am very angry with your actions!" Simanowskiski said.

"Mr. Simanowski, we will make changes immediately. Please believe us!" Kenji Doihara promised.

"Two special envoys, in fact, this is just a strategy. In order to put some pressure on the Chinese people before the negotiations, we do not want to launch an attack. Please understand the two special gentlemen!" Moriyama Yumi explained.

"Miss Yumi's words are very sincere and trustworthy. Mr. Doihara, your courage is not as good as a woman!" Simanowskisky told Kenji Doihara with contempt.

Kenji Doihara suddenly felt a fever on his face, which was very embarrassing!

"General Doihara was afraid of misunderstandings, so he explained this way. After all, some words cannot be said so directly?" Moriyama Yumi saved the siege for Kenji Doihara.

"The Chinese are very angry now and they must eliminate their doubts, otherwise it will be difficult for them to return to the negotiating table!" said Merinikov.

"Mr. Melinikov, how can we eliminate their misunderstandings?" Yumi Moriyama asked with infinite charm.

"Does this Miss Yumi be free in the afternoon?" Melinikov's eyes shone...)
