The electoral system must be restricted, and the purpose of restraint is to take the justice and righteousness of the group of their era. The unrestricted complete universal suffrage system will inevitably make selfish desires reject justice and righteousness, becoming a group of people, a row of interests, and a division of fruits. Such a regime cannot last for a long time, nor will it have a solid legitimacy, it is just a piece of loose sand that is pinched together.
