Introduce some professional knowledge of fighting (1)(1/3)

1.1 Ring specifications

International standard rings are used during competitions. They should meet the following requirements:

1.1.1 Size: The width of the boxing ring is 7 meters and is square. The boxing ring rope is 6 meters from the inside, and is square. The tabletop should be at least 90 cm higher than the ground, but not more than 122 cm.

1.1.2 and angle pads: The building of the boxing ring should be solid. There should be about 50 cm of spare parts outside the rope. The four rope columns should be symmetrical, and the four corners should have soft padding devices to prevent harming the athletes. The left proximity of the referee's seat is the red side, the diagonal is the black side, and the other two corners are neutral angles.

1.1.3 Countertop covering: The countertop must be covered with felt, rubber or other elastic appropriate materials, the thickness should be appropriate, and it should be covered with canvas or other appropriate materials. Felt, rubber or other appropriate materials and canvas must cover all countertops.

1.1.4 Enclosure: Four enclosures with a diameter of 3-5 cm should be provided to tighten on the enclosure column.

1.1.5 Ladders: There should be three ladders in the boxing ring. Two ladders are in the red and black sides of the boxing ring for athletes, coaches and assistants. Another ladder is located at a neutral angle on the left side for referees and doctors on the field.

1.1.6 Plastic sanitary bags: Two plastic sanitary bags should be placed on the outside of the two neutral angles for medical staff to place used medical tissue and other waste.

1.2 boxing gloves

1.2.1 Athletes should use the boxing gloves specified by the competition organizer. The specifications of the boxing gloves are formulated by the Management Committee of the Chinese Martial Arts Sanda King Championship (hereinafter referred to as the Management Committee of the Championship).

1.2.2 For athletes with a weight of less than 60 kg (including 60 kg, and above and below that have not been specified in the following and below include the kilograms referred to) the weight of gloves is 230 grams per piece; for athletes with a weight of more than 65 kg, the weight of gloves is 280 grams per piece.

1.3 Handguard bandage

1.3.1 The bandages used by athletes are surgical bandages or competition-specific bandages. Each bandage must not exceed 2.5 meters in length and width shall not exceed 5 cm. Any bandages with drug ingredients are prohibited.

1.4 Clothing protective gear

1.4.1 Athletes must wear shorts, crotch and mouthguards specified by the competition organizer. The colors of the shorts are red and black. Red athletes wear red shorts, and black athletes wear black shorts.

1.4.2 Athletes are not allowed to wear any other clothing and protective gear, nor any decorations (except for use approved by on-site medical supervision).

1.5 Other equipment that should be prepared for competition

1.5.1 Advice board: 12 yellow boards with a length of 15 cm and a width of 5 cm, with the word "advice" written on the board.

1.5.2 Warning board: 6 red plates with a length of 15 cm and a width of 5 cm, with the word "warning" written on the board.

1.5.3 Counter-second card: 6 blue boards with a length of 15 cm and a width of 5 cm, with the word "counter-second" written on the board.

1.5.4 Card holder: 60 cm long, 15 cm high, 1 red and black each.

1.5.5 stopwatch two pieces.

1.5.6 One single and two-tone whistle.

1.5.7 A set of amplifier equipment with microphone (microphone).

1.5.9 A pair of copper bells, hammers and bell stands.

1.5.10 Counter 12 blocks. (minimum 8 blocks)

Chapter 2 Athletes, coaches and assistants

2.1 Athlete Qualifications and Review

2.1.1 The following athletes can participate in the Chinese Martial Arts Sanda King Competition:

2.1.1.1 Sanda athlete registered in the Martial Arts Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sports of China;

2.1.1.2 Athletes from the foreign Sanda team invited by the China Wushu Association;

2.1.1.3 Athletes with corresponding participation levels recognized by the Championship Management Committee

2.1.2 The qualifications of athletes participating in the competition will be formulated by the Championship Management Committee and announced separately.

2.2 Physical examination requirements: Participants must submit physical examination certificates issued by hospitals at or above the county level within 15 days, including EEG, EKG, Blood Pressure, Pulse and other indicators issued by hospitals at or above within 15 days.

2.3 Age limit: The age limit for athletes is 18-35 years old.

2.4 Athlete Insurance

2.4.1 Athletes must have a personal insurance certificate for participating in the competition.

2.5 body weight

2.5.2 The number of levels of each competition can be determined separately by the Championship Management Committee as needed.

2.6 Weighing weight (over-level competitions can be played if conditions permit)

2.6.1 Only after passing the qualification review can you participate in weighing your body.

2.6.2 When weighing weight, you must bring the "Athlete Registration Certificate" or other documents that can prove the athlete's identity.

2.6.3 Weighing weight must be under the supervision of the Championship Management Committee and the inspector shall be responsible for the prosecutor.

2.6.4 Athletes must weigh their weight at the designated location at the time specified in the competition. When weighing their weight, they will only wear shorts and weigh within 1 hour. If the competition is overdue, they will be disqualified from the competition.

2.6.5 Weighing starts with the light weight level. If the weight does not match and the registration level is not reached within the specified weighing time, you are not allowed to participate in all subsequent competitions.

2.6.6 The athletes who participate in the competition will weigh their weight once each time.

2.7 Lottery draw and round empty

2.7.1 The draw is held at the beginning of the year of the annual competition. The draw starts from the small level. If there is only one person in this level, you cannot participate in the competition.

2.7.2 The chief referee is responsible for the draw of lottery.

2.7.3 No athlete is allowed to get a ranking without participating in the competition.

2.8 Coaches and assistants

2.8.1 When each athlete competes, a coach can be sent, and the Championship Management Committee will equip each athlete participating in the competition with an assistant.

2.8.2 Only coaches and assistants can enter the ring. Game pauses or intermissions allow coaches to enter the ropes.

2.8.3 During the game, coaches and assistants shall not stay in the ring. Before each game begins, assistants shall evacuate chairs, towels and buckets from the ring.

2.8.4 The athlete shall bear the responsibility for the coach's foul.

2.9 Discipline and etiquette that athletes should abide by

2.9.1 Discipline

2.9.1.1 The sports team must abide by the rules, respect and obey the referees, and do not express any dissatisfaction on the court, such as quarrels, scattering protective gear or kicking competition equipment.

2.9.1.2 Athletes are strictly prohibited from using stimulants and cannot inhale oxygen during rest between the parties.

2.9.2 Etiquette

2.9.2.1 The athletes’ competition etiquette will be formulated separately.

2.10 Abandonment

2.10.1 Athletes may not waive for any other reason unless they are proven to be unable to participate in the competition due to injury.

2.10.2 When the game is in progress, if the athletes have a huge difference in strength, in order to protect the athletes' safety, the referee on the field can terminate the game and determine that the party with poor strength will lose the qualification for this game.

2.10.3 If an athlete abstains from the right without reason, he will be given the following punishment:

2.10.3.1 Cancel all my competition results.

2.10.3.2 The entire competition fee paid by the competition organizer before will be borne.

2.10.3.3 Depending on the circumstances, the qualification to participate in this competition will be cancelled for one year, two years, and four years. If the circumstances are particularly serious, the punishment will be given a lifelong ban on participating in this competition, and the Chinese Wushu Association will be reported to the relevant punishment.

Chapter 3 Scoring Standards

3.1. Available moves: offensive and defensive moves of various schools of martial arts, including boxing, leg skills, throwing and knee skills, but foul movements are not allowed.
