Monocular and binocular are mainly reflected in visual effects. The J-20's helmet sight is the most advanced of our army. It displays information on the eyepiece through projection. The pilot can see the required information by looking at both eyes at the same time. It can display the airspeed altitude climb rate and the aiming information of all weapons. The helmet will even show the target that the pilot misses. For example, if a threat comes and the pilot is looking elsewhere, it will issue an alarm to remind the pilot to pay attention. At the same time, this helmet also has a night vision function. When flying at night, the pilot can also put down the eyepiece and fly through the eyepiece.

In addition, the comprehensive aiming helmet has the function of "watch wherever you see", which is directly cross-linked with the fire control system of close-range air-to-air missiles.
