755. Far beyond everyone's imagination

【Tomorrow at noon】

On the fourth day of the local epidemic, the number of confirmed cases in Inner Mongolia rose sharply to 91 in a single day. As of 14:00 today, the cumulative number of confirmed cases reached 144. Except for the two exceptions in Tongliao City, the others are in Hulunbuir City, of which Manzhouli City is the center of the epidemic.

The third round of large-scale nucleic acid test in Manzhouli City, which began on November 30, has ended, and 57 positive cases were screened out. Among them, 17 have been confirmed, and the other 40 are waiting for clinical review.

"This epidemic is relatively severe and the situation is relatively complicated." Xu Hongzhi, secretary of the Party Group of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Health Commission and director, told News 11 earlier that according to the analysis, the number of confirmed patients will increase.

According to the report of the Manzhouli City epidemic prevention and control press conference held on the afternoon of December 1, among the 12 new confirmed cases that day, many of them were found by nucleic acid tests when they took the initiative to seek medical treatment. This shows that there are still undetected people in Manzhouli City.

At 8 a.m. on December 1, Manzhouli began the fourth round of large-scale nucleic acid testing. According to the notice, those who refuse to accept nucleic acid testing and cause the epidemic to spread will be held accountable and held accountable.

On November 21, 2020, an epidemic occurred in Manzhouli, and a total of 28 confirmed cases were reported, and the number of cases was cleared on December 25 of that year.

The epidemic is coming in full swing, with 20 confirmed cases the day after the outbreak. As of 14:00 on December 1, Inner Mongolia has reported a total of 144 local confirmed cases, including 106 reported in Manzhouli city and 36 in Hulunbu Zalai Nuoer District. Yesterday, there were 2 new asymptomatic infections, both reported by Xinbaerhu Right Banner, Hulunbu City.

Xinbaerhu Right Banner reported that this was a mother and daughter. The activity track showed that the mother had gone to Manzhouli City on November 20.

Affected by the epidemic, Inner Mongolia has added three more high-risk areas today, including Xinghua Street in Manzhouli City, the Third Street and the Fourth Street in Zhalai Nuoer District. So far, Inner Mongolia has 6 high-risk areas, 4 in Manzhouli City, and 2 in Hulunbuir Zalai Nuoer District.

Taking into account the use needs of residents' medicines and epidemic prevention supplies in closed communities, Manzhouli has coordinated 18 distribution units to carry out drug delivery services. As of 12:00 on December 1, Wulanqab, Chifeng, Tongliao and other places have dispatched 5 medical teams, totaling 145 people, and have successively entered designated hospitals in Manzhouli to participate in the treatment work.

Hailar District, Hulunbuir City, where people are frequently in Manzhouli, has increased its control efforts again today. The district announced that "adhering to not leaving home unless necessary, and not leaving the sea unless necessary." From now on, people planning to go out in the district must be approved by the work unit and the town (office) and submit to the Hailar District Epidemic Prevention and Control Command for approval, and hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before going out.

In addition, the district implements the control measures of "5 nucleic acid tests for 14 days centralized isolation and 5 times of nucleic acid tests" for those who arrive and return to Xinbah Right Banner, and those who have a history of traveling in Xinbah Right Banner within 14 days. The quarantine period is calculated from the date of leaving Xinbah Right Banner.

Due to the cluster infection of schools in this round of epidemic, the Inner Mongolia Education Department issued an emergency notice requiring all schools in the district to carry out health monitoring and trajectory surveys for all staff. Schools in the epidemic-related areas immediately launch a 24-hour epidemic prevention and control duty system. "Once a confirmed case occurs, campus closed management should be adopted immediately, and the isolation management of cases and close contacts should be arranged, and offline teaching should be stopped immediately to start online teaching."

The Inner Mongolia "Written Examination for Public Recruitment Classified Examination for District-level Institutions in the Second Half of 2021" originally scheduled to resume on December 12, 2021 has officially announced the postponement. The recovery time will be notified separately.

Xu Hongzhi told News 11 that the Manzhouli epidemic was screened out by regular "all should be inspected" among workers engaged in handling imported items.

He introduced that there are about 1,000 people engaged in the loading, unloading and handling of imported goods in Manzhouli, and less than 2,000 people. The port clearly stipulates that front-line workers are required to conduct another day inspection, that is, nucleic acid testing every other day.

As of November 29, about 10 timber workers or loaders were diagnosed. According to the "Emergency Call", the person in charge of a wood company in Manzhouli said that most of the wood raw materials in its factory were imported from Russia. Although part of the imported goods were loaded and unloaded by machines, it was inevitable that artificial touch was inseparable after entering the workshop.

"The Manzhouli Port is under great pressure to prevent and control. It is necessary to ensure the smooth flow of goods at home and abroad, and to prevent the challenges brought by imported goods from abroad to epidemic prevention and control. The more goods come in, the more frequent the environment for loading and unloading workers to contact, and the greater the risk." Xu Hongzhi said that at present, the Manzhouli Port has taken a series of closed-loop measures on railways and highways, and measures to minimize contact between people and goods. However, this round of epidemic also reminds us to always be vigilant and not relax.

After the Suifenhe Port and Manzhouli Port suspended some imported non-container goods and required manual loading and unloading, Erlianhot City, Inner Mongolia, also quickly followed up.

From 0:00 on December 1, Erlianhot City has suspended the production, processing, transportation and logistics of imported mineral products, plates, logs, pulp, fertilizers, grain, fluff, wood chips, etc. Since the resumption of work and production on November 20, all practitioners who have been engaged in the unloading, transportation, processing, packaging of imported goods will actively and orderly conduct nucleic acid testing on the basis of taking personal protection from now on.

On November 28, the Erlianhot Railway Port also suspended the import and access of non-container coal, petroleum, copper ore, zinc ore, iron ore, pulp, fertilizer, non-metallic ore, agricultural and sideline products and other goods (including other categories that require manual loading and unloading).

Xu Hongzhi pointed out that there are three very important links in epidemic prevention and control, including finding infected people as soon as possible, controlling migrant people as soon as possible, and treating infected people as soon as possible.

Based on this consideration, Manzhouli conducted nucleic acid testing on the entire population, striving to find the infected person from the population in the shortest time, and then isolate the close contacts and second close contacts as soon as possible to block the source of infection.

In addition to the establishment of a lockdown area, control area and other measures, Xu Hongzhi believes that he is confident that he will try to control the epidemic within 14 days.

The above-mentioned prevention and control combination punches have been proven to be able to block the spread of the virus to the society in a short period of time during the Dalian epidemic in early November.

On November 4, Dalian City added 1 new local confirmed case. Since then, the epidemic has occurred in clusters through units, families and schools, forming 4 main transmission chains. Through multiple continuous transmission chains, regions and groups of epidemics have quickly formed.

As of November 19, there was no new social situation in Dalian. As of November 23, Dalian City completed 5 rounds of nucleic acid tests for all employees, and Zhuanghe City, which reported the first patient, completed 11 rounds of nucleic acid tests.

Although there are already therapeutic drugs for HIV, so far, no drugs can be used to completely eliminate HIV in patients' bodies, which means that if you are infected with HIV, you have to take drugs for life.

Once something needs lifelong persistence, it will not be easy. Therefore, although the existing AIDS antiviral drugs are effective, a large number of AIDS patients still die every year. Among all statutory infectious diseases in China, AIDS is not the highest monthly infectious disease, but it is the most death-lost infectious disease. According to the "2020 National Legal Infectious Disease Report", the number of AIDS cases in China in 2020 was 62,167, and 18,819 deaths.

December 1st of each year is World AIDS Day. The theme of World AIDS Day in 2021 is "Life First End of AIDS equality". But 40 years have passed since the world's first AIDS patient was discovered. AIDS is still one of the most serious public health threats in the world, and people's fear of AIDS far exceeds the disease itself.

AIDS, i.e. acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (aids), its pathogen is human immunodeficiency virus (hiv), also known as HIV.

HIV targets cells of the human immune system, namely CD4 cells, which help the human body respond to infection. HIV replicates in CD4 cells and then destroys the cell. If it is not effectively treated with antiretroviral drugs, the human immune system will gradually become weaker to the point where it can no longer resist infection and disease.

Now, as more and more people can get antiretroviral treatment, many people with HIV do not develop HIV. If people with HIV are not tested, diagnosed too late, or stop or do not initiate antiretroviral drug treatment at all, it is very likely that they will develop into AIDS.

For HIV-infected people who have not been diagnosed or have not received antiretroviral treatment, signs of HIV-related diseases may appear within 5-10 years or earlier.

The time between HIV infection and HIV diagnosis is usually 10-15 years, but sometimes longer. A very small number of people who can successfully control HIV infection without receiving antiretroviral treatment, and these people are called "elite controllers". This is very rare, and most people need antiretroviral treatment to avoid illness.

Whether people with HIV or AIDS, they will spread HIV.

HIV is mainly found in the blood, **, ** secretions, pleural ascites, cerebrospinal fluid, amniotic fluid and ** fluid. It can be transmitted through sexual contact (including unsafe homosexual, opposite and bisexual sexual contact), blood and blood products (including intravenous injection of drugs with shared needles, unsafe and standardized interventional medical operations, tattoos, etc.), and through mother-to-child transmission (including intrauterine infection, transmission during childbirth and breastfeeding).

People with gay sex, intravenous drugs, people with sexual contact with Hiv/aids patients, people with multiple sexual partners, and people with sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are all high-risk groups.

Use condoms correctly and take safe sexual behavior;

No drugs, no needles are shared;

Promote voluntary blood donation and conduct Hiv screening of blood donor populations;

Strengthen hospital infection control management, strictly implement disinfection systems, control hospital cross-infection, and prevent occupational exposure and infection;

HV-related tests will be performed on the spouses and sexual partners of patients with hiv/aids, intravenous drug-dependents who share syringes with patients with hiv/aids, and children born to patients with hiv/aids, and corresponding consultation services will be provided;

For people at high risk of HV infection, antiviral drugs are provided under the premise of informed consent and high compliance to perform corresponding pre-exposure prevention (pre-exposure    prophylaxis, prep) and post-exposure prevention (post-exposure    prophylaxis, pep).

Pre-exposure prevention means that people who are HIV-negative but at risk of HIV infection should take specific antiviral drugs in advance to prevent HIV infection.

Post-exposure prevention (PEP) refers to a biological method that people who have not yet been infected with HV, after exposure to high risk of infection, if they have clear body fluid exchange behaviors with HV infected people or people with unknown infection status, take specific anti-HV drugs as early as possible (within 24 hours, no more than 72 hours) and take them continuously for 28 days to reduce the risk of HV infection. It can be used by both adults and children.

However, whether it is pre-exposure prevention or post-exposure prevention, it is an additional supplement to prevent and is used to compensate for unexpected exposure.

There are many ways to contact dangerously. How much risk is there in different ways? Let’s take a look at the answers given by scientific research:

Hiv infected people who take medication according to regulations can remain healthy if they fail to detect the viral load and there is no risk of transmitting the Hiv virus to their sexual partners. That is, u=u (continuously undetectable = non-contagious).

Since 1998, more and more clinical observation data such as partner research have supported u=u. At present, u=u has been authoritatively recognized by the United Nations Programme on AIDS, the World Health Organization, the American CDC, and the International AIDS Society.

Depending on the drugs used, infected people may need more than 6 months of treatment to achieve undetectable viral load or effective inhibition of viral load. Hiv carriers should continuously monitor viral inhibition in the body to ensure personal health and public health benefits.

For many Hiv-infected people and their partners, U=u opens up social, sexual and reproductive options they never thought of, and it is also an unprecedented opportunity to change the lives of Hiv-infected people and their families.

AIDS phobia is a specific mixed neurological symptoms that have a strong sense of fear of AIDS/HIV, which can be accompanied by various levels of anxiety, depression, compulsiveness, hypochondria, and other psychological disorders and behavioral abnormalities.

The most typical symptom of Evitra is that it will undergo repeated HV tests. Even if the result is negative, it cannot eliminate fear. According to daily manifestations, it can be divided into five types, including: anxiety type, obsessive-compulsive type, fear type, hypochondria type, and depression type.

It is completely normal to worry simply, but if the fear of AIDS has affected your normal life, you need to receive psychological treatment and overcome your fear with the help of a psychologist.

If you realize that there is a risk of infection, you should test it in time and proactively. There are still a large number of HV infected people in this world who do not know their infection status. If you do not know that they are infected, you cannot start treatment.

To do a test, it takes 4-8 weeks after the last high-risk behavior. During the "window period", all you have to do is to keep a calm mind. Of course, don't have unprotected sexual behavior with others during this period.
