Chapter 357: Surprised to Sweep the Floor(2/2)
Cao Yi looked at a courtyard not far away with a half-covered gate.
There was no movement at all, as if nothing existed.
Cao Yi walked over directly.
Jiu Jianxian, Jiang, Xiaotian, and Shenwang followed closely behind.
Entering the courtyard, a three-story wooden building called the Sutra Pavilion came into view.
Cao Yi flashed and appeared on the first floor of the Sutra Pavilion.
An old monk wearing a gray monk's robe, eyebrows and beard whiter than snow walked out from behind the curtain, holding a broom of a while ago in his hand. Every time he fell down, it seemed as if he was there.
"All dharmas originate from dependent origination, and the Tathagata says it is the cause. The cause and condition of that dharma is extinguished, and it is said by the great monk!"
The old monk spoke verses without raising his head.
Forehead!
The Sweeping Monk!
Whoosh! The Jiujianxian, Jiang, Xiaotian, and King Gan flashed in.
"I remember correctly what the master said, the verses from the Agama Sutra"
Cao Yi, who also studied Buddhist scriptures, said softly.
The old monk paused his movements and continued to sweep them up.
"Monster, stop pretending, follow us"
Jiang, who was worried about his granddaughter, had no patience at all.
He reached out and grabbed it.
Before he got closer, he was blocked by a golden air wall.
"The donor recognized the wrong person, and the old monk is not a monster."
The old monk continued to sweep the floor without raising his head.
"Who are you?"
Jiang asked.
"Who is the old monk?"
The old monk seemed to be answering, or asking himself.
"I'm asking you?"
Jiang's voice was much higher.
"It's too long, the old monk doesn't remember it."
The old monk shook his head slightly and continued to sweep the floor.
