Chapter 29 Civilization

How high the level of civilization is, you cannot look at the appearance alone. When Ying Yi traveled through time and space, many people often equated the level of technological development with the level of civilization, which is wrong.

In layman's terms, literature can be regarded as culture. And wisdom is wisdom. All external things, such as technology, are extensions of wisdom at the material level.

Wisdom is not only about material things. People say that the world is clear and knowledgeable, and the human nature is proficient in articles. This is culture and wisdom.

The level of morality and spirituality is also part of civilization, or the most important part.

In Ying Yi's view, the level of civilization in the time and space before traveling through time may not be much higher than that time and space hundreds of years ago. External and material things have developed, but internal and spiritual things have not.

And the inner and spiritual things do not mean that civilization will be higher than all human beings. Whether it is love, hate, love, love, and hatred, they are part of human nature and part of civilization. If they are removed, human nature will be incomplete, humanity will be incomplete, and civilization will not be a civilization.

War and killing are the same. They are also part of civilization, an indispensable experience for a civilization to move forward and develop, and a driving force.

The world of humanity is colorful. It is because of them that they are colorful. Without them, a pool of stagnant water will be stagnant.

The Yuanqi civilization of the Great Xia Empire was only part of it in its development process of a thousand years.

The degree of satisfaction of human needs at the material level, prosperity and development at the spiritual and cultural levels, is not lower than expansion and war.

In this thousand years, with the establishment and development of new core ideas, at the cultural level, the early retro style gradually returned to the Han and Tang dynasties. Then, based on the material characteristics of the Yuanqi civilization, culture and ideas belonging to the characteristics of the Daxia era were further born in the soil of the ancient civilizations of thousands of years in the Xia Dynasty.

There has never been peace inside, there are struggles, confrontations, and sins. But whether it is struggles, confrontations, or sins, as long as it is orderly, limited, and controllable, it is acceptable.

Unless people's emotions and desires are erased, struggle, confrontation and sin will never disappear. It will only be accompanied by the improvement of the level of spiritual civilization, becoming more controllable and orderly.

To describe it in one word, that is, "subduing".

For individuals, for example, monks want to subdue their own hearts - how can they be considered subdue? Self-control. People can control their own uncontrollable desires and know what is too much and what is not too much, then that's almost done.

If everyone does this, morality will be the best.

Benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and trustworthiness are not used to erase people's nature, but to subdue the deepest nature of people's hearts.

To erase is to erase, to subdue is to subdue.

If it is erased, it will no longer exist. If it is subdued, it will still be there, and it can be controlled.

So it is mean.

That is to subdue the uncontrollable and achieve the controllable.

For example, war, people are against war, but war is an indispensable part of the development of civilization. Eliminating all wars is actually contrary to the healthy development of humanity.

So it must be controllable - when the stage can be war and when the truce is quit, this is controllable. It is not about hitting the head and retreating when the egg is shrinking.

Nothing is too much.

Kindness is a good thing, but kindness who does not matter whether it is right or wrong or not, is a Virgin bitch, which is too much.

Order is the foundation of human existence. In civilization itself, order represents peace. In heaven and earth, order is the smoothness of the five elements and the balance of yin and yang.

In other words, it is the same in civilization itself. It is necessary to balance yin and yang. Eliminate everything uncontrollable, which does not exist. Good is evil, and sin is merit. As long as the mean balance between the two can be maintained and the requirements of order are met, that is right.

The way of heaven is divided into two parts, one is not human, and one is human. It is not human, from the world, stars, and as small as a grain of dust, they have no seven emotions and six desires, and everything is passive. However, people have seven emotions and six desires, and people are active. If heaven and earth are yin, people are yang, which is also a reflection of the balance between yin and yang in heaven and earth.

The principles of yin and yang can be vast to the extreme, covering the universe, or small subtleties can be reflected in any person.

When you are between heaven and earth, civilization itself must abide by the fundamental principles of heaven and earth.

What a quarrel, a monstrous thing, it's just a 2-part comparison.

It is part of the world itself, and defiance of heaven is against oneself.

In myths and legends, it is often said that the way of heaven is irreversible, and this is the reason.

Man conquers heaven, not against heaven. It is just that the yin and yang formed by the "man" and the heaven and earth are reversed. In a small corner, the yang overwhelms the yin. But in the invisible corner, there are countless places in the heaven and earth that suppress people. They maintain relative balance at all times.

If civilizations perish, civilizations must be born or grown. If stars are destroyed, stars must be born. One level of universe was destroyed by the void storm, but in the void, there are countless new level of universes that are being nurtured or born.

Heaven and earth have their own reasons, and the ultimate goal of civilization existence is to take the initiative to control passiveness and make civilization rational.

Or the birth of every cosmic level contains a kind of expectation. It is hoped that it will give birth to a civilization that can operate this cosmic level more orderly and rationally.

People say that rules are used to break. However, the rules of heaven and earth themselves cannot be broken because they have no initiative, so there is a human being. Heaven and earth need human initiative to achieve the goal of transcending themselves.

Yes, yin and yang are the ultimate truth. The chaotic universe must also follow this principle to operate, be born, develop, grow, grow, be brilliant, and finally perish and repeat.

Perhaps the universe itself also wants to break this truth. So He needs an initiative, and thus nurtures people.

A civilization develops according to the fundamental principles of the universe and eventually grows to the point where it can control the order of the chaotic universe, and through its initiative, it can forcefully lift it up and pull the chaotic universe out of a dead circle.

However, Ying Yi had a kind of suspicion.

The great characters in his mind cannot be understood even with his realm as an immortal today. But there is no doubt that they must have come from the deeper truth in the world. As the realm is higher, the deeper his understanding of the great characters becomes. Sometimes when he explores its secrets, he will fall into a state of darkness.

He has already realized the ultimate goal of humanitarian civilization, but he has more doubts about whether humanitarian civilization will truly transcend after achieving its ultimate goal.

Can the universe revolve back in the balance of yin and yang really transcend this balanced cycle? If an ant evolves into a human, it can be said that it transcends. But in fact it has just entered a larger balanced cycle.

The chaotic universe that contains the infinite universe level may be part of a larger existence.

But no matter what, progress and transcendence are the ultimate goal of initiative. Being proactive, whether intentionally or not, is actually moving towards this goal.

Ying Yi couldn't guess what kind of scenery it would be after the end.
