0472 Die Casting Machine

President Zhou was engaged in enterprise reform, which caused too much trouble. However, it became much quieter in the machinery factory because many unworkable cadres and employees were fired.

A security team composed of veterans and young people in Nantou Township are responsible for patrolling the factory. They have walkie-talkies connected to each other to ensure that the production in the factory is carried out normally.

Ding Wenjiang, who came from Wuhan, walked into the factory with his badge and saw from a distance that the high-power transformer outside the casting workshop had been installed.

With stronger power supply, the equipment in the factory is operating more stable. Several new projects have been launched in the reorganized machinery factory.

From 50cc to 250cc, there are a total of seven sub-models of two-stroke gasoline engines. This is an attempt to serialize the product line and a technical breakthrough.

Since the 1990s, many domestic products have been clamoring for imported technology. The engines of motorcycles are also "Japanese products".

Zhou Qingfeng aimed at import substitution. In the 1990s, a large number of automobile and motorcycle production lines in China would be launched, most of which would not last ten years.

But within ten years, China imported a large number of small-displacement engines from Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. The money was made by others, but its own industry did not develop.

It is better to be cheaper than others than to be cheaper than yourself.

The two-stroke gasoline engine is the simplest, just start with this. Hundreds of third-line engineers recruited by "Sacred Light" started working around this project.

Integrated inspiration, electronic injection control, turbocharger, high horsepower, low cost, low emissions, low fuel consumption, high reliability, and good maintenance, Zhou Qingfeng listed a series of dazzling super high indicators.

The concept is too advanced, and there are only one engineer in the company that counts one, and they all shook their heads and found it incredible.

But the president really brought out the corresponding model of the "Japanese imported" motorcycle engine and came up with the corresponding design plan.

Whether you can do it or not is one thing, but you have to work hard!

Zhou Qingfeng convened a meeting of engineers, "With our current technical level, it is indeed difficult to build this series of engines. But this is not a reason for us to lower our goals.

I have also talked about using the American standard instead of the Su flag we currently use. Now we need to consider what we can do in the American standard, but we cannot do it.

Among the indicators that we cannot do, those that we can overcome difficulties and those that we cannot overcome and those that we cannot overcome and those that we cannot solve. Those that we cannot touch our minds and have no idea.”

Just when the market was in chaos on Tianyang, the whole company was rushing the ducks to put them on the shelves to prepare for the "world's advanced level" two-stroke gasoline engine.

Ding Wenjiang is engaged in casting, and all seven models of engine cylinders must be cast first. In order to reduce costs and ensure performance, casting requires precision and reduce the timing of machining.

Lao Ding came to the casting workshop today to see the production capacity of Tianyang Machinery Factory on site.

Before entering the workshop, someone shouted loudly at the door: "Lao Ding, come, come, come, show you a good baby."

The call was Mr. Zhang, who Ding Wenjiang knew in his original unit, who was specialized in mold sand turning. He kept waving at the door and pulled Lao Ding to a large equipment in the workshop.

"What is this?" Ding Wenjiang looked at it at first, and felt that this equipment looked like a horizontal machine tool, but when it looked carefully, it was not a machine tool. "Is this a die casting machine?"

Lao Ding's soul was about to fly out in surprise.

Most vehicles use cast iron or cast aluminum, both of which have their own benefits.

Based on the domestic technical level, Ding Wenjiang recommended the upgrade route of cast iron engines.

He wrote a report of more than ten pages, only writing about the benefits of cast aluminum in the last half of the page, and mentioned by the way, "Casting aluminum requires a die-casting machine."

After handing over the report, Zhou Qingfeng called that night. The president did not mention the dozen pages he had written hard before, but only asked the last small section of the "died casting machine".

After asking for a long time, Zhou Dabiaochui said 'oh', as if he understood it. Dan Ding Wenjiang dared to bet that his president did not understand it at all. At most, he understood that the production efficiency of die-casting machines was high.

Die casting is to inject melted metal into the mold and cool it into molding. After opening the mold, you can get the desired metal part. It is like an injection molding machine, except that the latter injects melted plastic particles.

Ordinary sand casting is particularly troublesome, including molding, core making, pouring, cooling, sand dropping, cleaning, machine addition and heat treatment. There are too many processes.

As long as the die casting is prepared, the cooling after casting is basically the finished product. The casting is high precision, fast speed and low cost. It is often used for engine casting such as automobiles and motorcycles.

Publicly known as the competitiveness of domestic products is low labor costs. Such people are brainless and do not understand what industry is or what mechanized manufacturing is.

The biggest feature of industry is to replace people with machines, which compresses the proportion of human resources in product costs. In the face of large machines production, labor costs are low and there is an egg for it.

A hundred low-end laborers are not worth a good machine. The machine does not require five insurances and one fund, and it operates for 24 hours, and does not require leave or slacken off work.

Industrial development is constantly eliminating low-level jobs.

Let's talk about die casting.

Die casting has advantages and disadvantages. The biggest disadvantage is that if the equipment is not designed and manufactured, it is easy to leave air holes in the finished product and become waste products.

In addition, because cast iron has a high melting point, it is impossible to use die-casting. The materials of hot-chamber die-casting machines are zinc alloys and magnesium alloys. The cold-chamber die-casting machines can process aluminum alloys.

The current domestic electricity is not sufficient, and the output of aluminum alloy is not high at present, which is far less expensive than cast iron.

Lao Ding thought about it comprehensively and felt that good die casting machines were imported and they were too expensive. The raw materials were afraid that they were not easy to buy, so he recommended the casting railway line to Mr. Zhou.

This is also considering the domestic technical level.

But this damn Zhou Bapi, I wrote a report for a few days, but he only read the last few sentences.

Did you agree to be cautious when choosing a technical route? I, Lao Ding, racked my brains to fully consider it, but you brought a die-casting machine.

When we have agreed to refer to international standards, we must also consider the cost and meet the current domestic situation. Aluminum is more expensive than iron. Don’t you understand?

You Zhou Dabangchui, you keep talking while talking during the meeting. Could it be that you are farting?

Ding Wenjiang was both angry and happy, and turned around the horizontal cold room die-casting machine several times, laughing. He pulled the sand turning worker Lao Zhang and asked, "Where did this good thing come from?"

Lao Zhang said: "The equipment I just arrived today is looking for someone to figure out how to install it. Mr. Zhou said that with a die-casting machine, not only can the engine cylinders be produced, but many car body parts can be die-casted.

As long as we make the mold, whether we produce cars or motorcycles in the future, it will be like making sausages, and it will be squeezed out."

Lao Ding was so happy that he almost danced on the spot. But he danced for a while and asked worriedly: "Of course it's good to have a die-casting machine. But what should I do if the aluminum material is? There are not many aluminum materials in China."

Old Zhang lowered his voice, "I heard that Mr. Zhou smuggled a large amount of scrap aluminum from abroad. Isn't there a small steel factory in the city? That factory has now fallen into his hands and needs to be reorganized.

Also, many people have been laid off recently and have lost their jobs. "Harmony Recycling" has been recruiting people in the past two days, and they have to ask for 500 waste screeners.

It is said that it is because there are too many impurities in scrap aluminum and iron, which require manual cleaning. The salary is not low, but this job is not good, and many people are unwilling to do it.

But I have to say, this person can't be too pretentious."

Enterprise reform is naturally good. Maintaining it is not only the company dies, but also drags down the whole society to die together. Because the wages paid to those wastes are earned by people from other industries.

But now so many people are unemployed, it is quite miserable.

Lao Ding shook his head and sighed: "This Zhou Dabangchui is just impatient in his work. Can't he fire people slowly? He fired 20,000 yuan in one breath, and only he can do this."

After saying this, a sudden shout from the door of the workshop said, "Who calls me 'Zhou Dabangchui' all day long? Do you have any objections to me?"

The workshop suddenly became solemn, and everyone looked at Ding Wenjiang.

Old Ding was so scared that he turned his head to look at Zhou Qingfeng, and had to point to the die-casting machine that had just been transported to beside him, saying, "Mr. Zhou, I'm a misunderstanding. I'm praising the die-casting machine."

Zhou Qingfeng appeared in the casting workshop, with his waist on his waist, and said angrily: "Do you think I'm stupid? Explain it clearly to me, but if you don't explain it clearly, you will deduct half a month's salary."

"This 'week' is to praise the die-casting machine for its comprehensive functions. The 'big' means to praise the die-casting machine for its very large clamping force, and the 'rod' is naturally a very good die-casting machine. As for the 'maul'?"

Ding Wenjiang had been out for a long time without a "rack" and it was so why. He looked at Lao Zhang, who was already five meters away from him.

Zhou Qingfeng was so angry that he couldn't help laughing and crying, "Why are you a Wuhan native shouting 'Big Stick'?"

Lao Ding explained: "I am not from Wuhan, I am originally from Liaoning."

"Okay, no matter where you are. I'll install and debug this die-casting machine for half a month, and at the same time train at least ten qualified operators. Otherwise, I'll deduct your salary for one month.
