Two hundred and seventy-four chapters, feelings(2/2)

Wu Yuchong pouted her red lips and looked very cute: "No wonder I heard you reciting "The Preface to the Pavilion of Prince Teng" in your room yesterday with the door closed. Is there anything special about this painting?"

The traveler pondered: "When the water is gone, the cold pond is clear, and the smoke condenses and the mountains are purple at dusk... The sunset and the solitary owl fly together, and the autumn water is the same color as the sky. You can see the water and the cold pond in this picture

, smoke light, dusk mountains, purple lightning, green frost, falling clouds, solitary owl? There is only one pavilion in the picture, but can you really not feel it?"

Wu Yuchong's eyes narrowed and his expression became serious: "When Brother You Fang said this, I really felt it, even though grandpa didn't draw a single stroke of these."

You Fang nodded and said: "That's not all. Look at the date of signing, it is 1974. I checked and found that Tengwang Pavilion was destroyed by war as early as 1926 and was not rebuilt until 1989.

When your grandfather went to Nanchang, there were only broken tiles and ruins, but he drew this picture in his mind by building tall buildings from the ground up."

Tengwang Pavilion, a famous building in the south of the Yangtze River, was built at the center of Feng Shui where Lingshu gathers in Nanchang City. In fact, the settlement formed since ancient times is naturally the most suitable place for cultivation and living in this mountainous environment. It is also an iconic Feng Shui building.

According to legend, the building can embrace the aura of heaven and earth and gather the essence of the sun and moon. The legend has its absurd side, but it is not entirely false. As for what it is talking about, people like You Fang should know it in their hearts.

In 1942, Mr. Liang Sicheng, Wu Pingdong's mentor and Liu Li's classmate, and his assistant Mo Zongjiang inspected ancient buildings and passed by Nanchang. They drew eight paintings based on the ancient painting "Tengwang Pavilion" in the Song Dynasty and "Building Methods" written in the Song Dynasty.

"Sketch of the Plan to Rebuild Tengwang Pavilion", including plan, elevation, section and renderings, these drawings are the key reference for rebuilding Tengwang Pavilion after the founding of the People's Republic of China. Today's rebuilt Tengwang Pavilion has the same layout as Liang Sicheng's hand-drawn drawings, but the appearance is not exactly the same, and the proportions of the platform and base are not the same.

Slightly lower, the floor spacing is higher, highlighting the word "high".

Wu Pingtong's hand-drawn drawings contain elevations and angles that are not found in the eight drawings drawn by Liang Sicheng. They were made by himself while observing the scenery. The original drawings were meticulously drawn, and there was no background except for the empty space outside the platform base.

You Fang, however, seems to be able to naturally fill the infinite blank space left by his old man.

Wu Yuchong kept looking at the album, and suddenly blinked: "Brother You Fang, do you want to go to Nanchang? Look at that place, that building, not just that building, but also what's in your heart

pavilion?"

You Fang raised his eyes and looked at her, his smile not hiding his love and appreciation: "You are really smart. When I drew this picture, I knew in my heart that this level must be passed. The ancients said that if you have a well-thought-out plan, Shang

Some people can’t fully understand that this realm of building a castle in the mind, turning invisible things into a real scene in the mind, has really made me yearn for it for a long time.”

There was something else he didn't say. He was "living in seclusion" and "retreating" in this worldly world. You Fang seemed to have nothing to do, but he was practicing in every detail. When he drew this picture, You Fang understood

It’s an opportunity for me to turn my spiritual consciousness into spiritual thoughts.
