16. Please give me the demon

16, please give me the demon

That afternoon, in Qin Xiaoya's office, Feng Junzi, Zhou Song, Qin Xiaoya, Professor Song and others were listening to the night watchman in the warehouse telling a strange thing that happened last night. Feng Junzi had roughly known about the process of this incident on Zhou Song's phone in the morning.

The night watcher, Lao Zhang, is a laid-off worker in his fifties. After being laid off, he was introduced by someone to find a job to look at the warehouse at Qin Xiaoya. The following passage is Lao Zhang's description:

"Last night, I was almost asleep. Suddenly I heard something happening in the warehouse. I thought a thief came, so I quietly got up and looked. The door of the warehouse was locked, but the lock could be locked inside and outside. I thought the thief locked the door from inside after entering, so I gently opened the door with a key, and opened a crack and looked in quietly.

It didn't matter, but I was shocked. I only saw two figures, one was snow-white all over and the other was pitch black all over. I stood there motionless, not like stealing something. I originally ran back and wanted to call the police with the phone, but later I wondered if my eyes were blurred. When I went back, I saw that there was nothing left.

I dared to enter the warehouse after dawn today, but found that nothing had been lost, but a box was opened, which was a box containing leather shoes. Mr. Qin, don’t blame me for being timid but not going in to catch the thief. I really didn’t know why I was particularly scared at that time.”

Qin Xiaoya's face became paler and paler, and she couldn't help but hold one of Zhou Song's arms tightly, and Zhou Song's face was also very bad. Feng Junzi sighed in his eyes and said to Lao Zhang: "Lao Zhang, don't be afraid, look at Professor Song carefully. Is the black shadow you saw last night wearing Professor Song's clothes now?"

Old Zhang seemed shocked when he heard this, looked at Feng Junzi with a puzzled look, and then turned his head to stare at Professor Song for a long time. Feng Junzi stood up without waiting for Lao Zhang to answer, walked to Lao Zhang and said very calmly: "Lao Zhang, look at me carefully. Is the white shadow you saw last night wearing the clothes I was wearing?"

Feng Junzi wore a very strange set of clothes today, including white sneakers, white casual pants, white jacket, white sweater, and a white long windbreaker. Qin Xiaoya also felt very strange. She had never seen Feng Junzi wear clothes like this, so she asked Feng Junzi: "Feng Junzi, what's going on?"

Feng Junzi took out the warehouse key from his pocket and placed it on the table. He did not answer Qin Xiaoya's question, but then said to Lao Zhang: "Lao Zhang, you are too irresponsible. If the warehouse light is broken, you won't repair it. Professor Song and I went to see it last night and didn't see anything clearly. Then we heard a noise at the door. When we went out to see it, there was no one. We were shocked. It turned out that it was you outside."

Only Professor Song here knows that Feng Junzi is talking lies with his eyes open, because neither of them had been to the warehouse last night, which was exactly what Feng Junzi wanted to let him wear black clothes in the morning. However, Zhou Song and Qin Xiaoya didn't know about this, and they were shocked and suspicious when they heard it. Qin Xiaoya asked Feng Junzi again: "What did you and Professor Song go to the warehouse last night?"

Feng Junzi: "Why should I ask you for the key if I don't go to the warehouse? It was Professor Song who heard that the strange thing happened in the warehouse a few days ago and wanted to see it. I forgot to tell you that Professor Song is also a master of Yin and Yang. We also opened several boxes and studied it in the dark for a long time, but found nothing. I think it was Lao Zhang who was confused." Feng Junzi secretly observed Lao Zhang's expression while talking.

Lao Zhang's face seemed to be much nervous than he had just said, and he asked Feng Junzi: "Mr. Feng and Professor Song went to the warehouse yesterday. Why didn't they say hello to me? I thought they were having a thief again."

Before Feng Junzi could answer, Professor Song suddenly spoke: "Why didn't you say hello to you? When we walked through the duty room, we saw you listening to another person. Xiao Feng said hello to you, you seemed to be unable to hear it, so we went in by ourselves."

Lao Zhang seemed to have changed his face and asked stammeringly: "Who is talking to me? Mr. Feng, have you seen it clearly?"

Feng Junzi was also surprised. Why did Professor Song suddenly make up such a passage? But he immediately figured it out. Then Professor Song said: "I also saw that you seemed to be listening to someone, but I didn't see that person. Maybe it was because I didn't pay much attention. Professor Song's eyes were sharper." Feng Junzi specifically emphasized his tone when he said the five words "sharp eyes".

There seemed to be a little sweat on Lao Zhang's forehead. Then he said, "Mr. Qin, it's okay, I'll go back first if you have nothing to do." Qin Xiaoya saw that the incident was a false alarm, so she asked Lao Zhang to go back.

After Lao Zhang left, Zhou Song spoke: "Xiaoya and I met Professor Song for the first time. I am very grateful to Professor Song for helping me in Guangzhou. I will be a party tonight. Let's gather together to welcome you two." Professor Song originally wanted to ask Qin Xiaoya something, but after hearing Zhou Song say this, he was not in a hurry.

Feng Junzi and Professor Song came out of Xiaoya. As soon as they walked to the street, Feng Junzi suddenly stopped and turned around and asked Professor Song: "Why are you so sure that Lao Zhang has a problem?"

Professor Song smiled: "What you told me in Guangzhou is that only those who have ghosts in their hearts will see ghosts. You ask me to pretend to be a black and white ghost with you to comfort Qin Xiaoya. You are not afraid that Qin Xiaoya will be fine, but you will get into trouble yourself. Don't you know that if what Lao Zhang said is true, you have taken the ghost matter to yourself?"

Feng Junzi sighed: "The fear of ghosts and gods is just a kind of inner demon. I would rather leave this inner demon to myself than Xiaoya can't sleep well at night."

Professor Song said with a smile: "You really have nothing to say to Xiaoya, but it's a pity that I just have feelings for you, but I may not be interested. Didn't you see anything between Qin Xiaoya and Zhou Song? If you really have something to do with Qin Xiaoya, I'm afraid you have to think of a way."

Feng Junzi didn't want to talk about this issue with Professor Song, so he asked instead: "What are you doing to scare Lao Zhang? Lao Zhang probably knows that we are lying, and he won't believe what you said."

Professor Song said in a pretentious manner: "Do you have any experience in telling ghost stories? A group of people gathered together to tell stories, and in the end they often scared themselves. Whoever tells the most terrifying story, whoever tells the most fearful heart, even though they know it is fake. Lao Zhang is the one who tells ghost stories, and people who have ghosts in their hearts will feel weak. People cannot see ghosts. What is really scary is the feeling of shock and suspicion. Since you can let Qin Xiaoya give you the inner demon, I also want to try to return the inner demon to Lao Zhang. This method of transferring the inner demon is learned from you."

Feng Junzi: "It's a pity that we don't know who is behind Qin Xiaoya's back, otherwise we can try to treat him by using his own way."
