But the immortals who transcend the samsara, from the perspective of the origin of their practice, do not want to be foolish men and women in the world. Transcending the samsara is their own blessing, and guiding people to transcend the samsara is their own merit. Whether people love, hate, envy, or jealous is the choice of the world. Immortals cannot force them, nor can they force them.
The worldly monks or ordinary mortals who practice and make unswerving vows or are paranoid in themselves are all sentient beings in the cycle of reincarnation. As immortals who have transcended the cycle of reincarnation, they should not imitate others by each other, otherwise the world's chaos will sooner or later affect the immortal world and then return to the chaos of sentient beings.
All Bodhisattvas can say that infinite light shines through the ten directions of the world, which is the true enlightenment and transcendence. All heavenly demons can say that the world is my world, and they should point directly to their original heart to realize the freedom of other things. All golden immortals can say that they are quiet and free, and the creation of Dharma nature is what the Tao fruit seeks. The immortal Zhenyuan can also jump out and say, "All flows return to the sect, and the light is combined with dust."
It is impossible to say that they are wrong, maybe they are all right, but one thing is wrong. For example, Gabriel firmly believes that the brilliance of God shines on everything, but cannot ask the Buddha's kingdom to receive illumination in the way she expects. Her desire for verification may be admirable, but it has no meaning.
Gabriel can say that God's glory embraces everything, and then embraces the unlit world in the Ling Taichung, instead of forcing the immortal world to be illuminated by it. This is the difference.
In the worlds of heaven, all transcend the cycle of reincarnation, they cannot be called foreign teachers outside the teachings, nor can they be called heretics outside the sect. Immortals do not practice and seek but only talk about their actions. In fact, there have been similar precepts among all the teachings and sects, but this is not completely the case in the world of heaven. The meaning of this heavenly rule is wider - setting up the ring of heavenly precepts, and all immortals cannot imitate the mind of heaven.
The witty word "The Shrine" was sent out, and the Qing Emperor said the second sentence: "You cannot show your holy saints in the world and call yourself a god."
This article is even more complicated and difficult to understand. The witty words "The Shrines" only talk about how to distinguish the phenomena, but do not explain more reasons, so that the immortals can deduce them themselves.
All immortals transcend the cycle of reincarnation, and are not exiled from the cycle of reincarnation, so they can naturally go down to practice and witness it. No one should forbidden this. There are golden immortals, Bodhisattvas incarnate in the lower realm, such as Guan Zi incarnate in Miss Guan; there are immortals incarnate in the cycle of reincarnation, such as Emperor Donghua was Di Renjie, Bodhisattva Mahasthamaprapta was Wu Zetian, and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was Jin Qiaojue.

Some immortals have kept magic tricks to attract people from the world, guide their disciples, and establish Taoist priests. All of these are not prohibited by showing saints and calling them gods in the world.
The immortals left magic tricks to extradite sentient beings to transcend reincarnation, or personally go down to the realm to extradite his descendants, and have nothing to do with the Heavenly Order. There is a temple in the world, worshipped by believers, and worshipped by his disciples. That is a worldly matter, and it cannot be stopped by the Heavenly Order.
So how can I prohibit this every day? For example, the act of Lotus defeating Shaliya, regardless of their private fight, their way of appearing is prohibited by the heavenly corps.
Although Manichae monks and monks participated in the battle between the Uighur Fudifu tribe and Tubo, the battle was nothing more than the land, property, gold, silk, and population on earth, under the name of the Lord of Light or the protection of infinite light. Therefore, people in the world cannot fight and entangle in the name of gods and Buddhas, and gods and Buddhas must appear as "protectives".
Immortals can go down to the realm, keep the scriptures and scriptures to guide, enlighten, and persuade sentient beings, and also show the mystery of the descendants and keep the Taoist practice. If you have the fate to know you, then you will know yourself. If you don’t know, then you will not know you. For example, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva’s descending to the realm is Jin Qiaojue, and Mei Zhenyi is clear, but the people of Wuzhou do not know that, and Jin Qiaojue has never regarded himself as Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.
As for what happened afterwards, it was a matter for the world. Immortals should not show their saints to show their saints, and confuse ignorant people. Once they enter sentient beings, they describe them as being no different from sentient beings. They have no detachment in their actions in the samsara of reincarnation. If you cannot let the listeners realize the fruit status of various immortals, don’t regard yourself as various immortals.
If the listener can see, prove and realize it, it doesn’t matter. This is not a violation of the laws of heaven, but your merits. This is the limit of the immortals’ actions in the world.
This second and the first one are related to the rules of the immortals' practice in the world, and clarify the distinction between boundaries. Ordinary people may sound complicated and it is difficult to distinguish between various behaviors. However, the immortals who transcend the cycle of reincarnation have a clear mind and naturally understand the meaning of it.
Various sects of heaven have similar precepts. There are precepts in Bisang Cave. Disciples walk in the world and cannot regard themselves as immortals in front of people who have not obtained the inheritance of immortals. Therefore, Li Yuanzhong is just a beggar in the market. There are even stricter ones, such as the little monk Dharma Zhou, who is a monk in the world. Even in front of the world of heavens, he cannot call himself the future Buddha Maitreya.
You cannot claim yourself before you have attained it. You will receive this precept when you send a name and receive a seal. If you think of it inconsistently, you will be killed by yourself. As for others talking about Maitreya Buddha, it has nothing to do with the Dharma Boat. This precept is not restricting the world, but restricting the Dharma Boat itself, and is given by the seal of the infinite light.
However, this heavenly rule is even wider, and all monks in the heavenly world make a vow to keep it together, rather than the precepts of one sect and one religion.
After the second article, Emperor Qing said the third sentence: "Do not defraud others of their trust."
The witty word "Shrine" explains what deception is. For example, there is a saying that is called "Those who believe in me will receive eternal life." Is this considered deception? Ordinary people may not be able to distinguish, but the immortals can naturally distinguish them through their minds.
If Araha spoke in this way in the face of sentient beings who have not realized it, it would be a violation of the second of the Heavenly Terms. If the inheritance is left behind: "Those who believe in Araha will gain eternal life." This is not a deception of the Heavenly Terms, because this path of cultivation and verification can indeed go beyond the cycle of reincarnation, and there is a kingdom of heaven to prove it.
If the successor of the order proclaims: "Those who do not believe in Araha will not be eternal life." - This is deception, because there is no more than the kingdom of heaven than reincarnation. If this sentence is changed to "Those who do not believe in Araha will not be able to enter the kingdom of heaven." - This is not deception.
But there is one thing that people in the world may not necessarily obtain true teachings. People with all kinds of qualifications and understanding may also say things that those who do not believe in Arhaha cannot live forever, but that is because the world takes it and mistakes themselves, and the heavenly rule cannot control them. But as an immortal in the heavenly kingdom, one cannot be regarded as an angel in the realm of saints. In fact, these three heavenly rulers are inseparable, and one is often contrary to the third.
So what is the robbery? "People in the world must believe in Araha." - The immortals say this is the robbery.
Since ancient times, there have been too many people who "destroy others' trust" and are almost everywhere in the world. However, the Heavenly Territory only restricts the immortals who transcend the cycle of reincarnation. Its only punishment is to kill the reincarnation. People are originally in the cycle of reincarnation. Even if the Heavenly Territory has responsibility, there is nothing to blame. - The Heavenly Territory can only restrain the immortals but cannot control the sentient beings in the cycle of reincarnation. Arhaha is no longer there and is everywhere. The above mentioned him is just an example, otherwise it will be difficult to explain this witty saying by the immortals. Arhaha stayed in the human world with many factions of Taoism, and argued with each other and even harmed each other. The great archangels never came to the realm to interfere, and only watched the people of the human world take their own actions.
But the most important difference between the Heavenly Territory today is that it is not only the attitude of the Archangels toward the inner inheritance of Taoism, but the attitude of all the religions in the world. This is what the Kingdom of Heaven has never set up precepts. It is not only established for the Kingdom of Heaven, but for the world of heaven.
"The above three rules are the heavenly rules I have written. Please let the heavenly worlds learn together." Emperor Qing had finished speaking, standing on the Fengxiantai, his hands were spoken without saying anything, just waiting for the monks of the heavenly beings to speak.
Can these three points be well drawn? Can you draw out the other three points? This is hard to say, because according to the previous agreement, the heavenly rules drawn on stage should meet two requirements: one is to cut off the knots of today's human chaos, and the other is to not violate the origin of the world of cultivation in the heavens. But he didn't expect that if he had not decided to let the heavens guard it together, and the collapse of heaven and man and the end of the law came, where would there be Tubo or Huihe in the world? All the heavenly worlds are monks who transcend the samsara. They have passed through the sea of suffering early. In terms of worldly laws, the strong will strive for self-improvement for life and use all the talents and intelligences in the samsara. This is the cause and effect law in the samsara. The gods and Buddhas in the samsara can only persuade them but cannot force them.
Those who can guide the immortals to practice and realize their practice, and to make blessings in the cycle of reincarnation, and eventually they can transcend the other shore. However, the immortals can still find the heavenly tribulation of seeking karma, and they will also have the worries of falling into the cycle of reincarnation.
Almost all the immortals understood the meaning of the Qing Emperor. Many people couldn't help laughing, slid around and patted their foreheads, retreated to Zhongli Quan and stopped talking.
The world of heaven was speechless for a moment, no one refuted or supported him immediately, and they all looked at the masters in the square: Fazhou, Guanzizai, Dashizhi, Marxun, Michael, Raphael, Uriel, Remil, Luo Han, Mei Zhenyi, Taiyi, Yuding, Donghua, Bixia, and Yunzhongzi. They are the people who represent the witnesses of the heavens, especially Fazhou, Mei Zhenyi, and Marxun. The opinions of the three people are the most important.

However, when I came on stage to imitate the Heavenly Word Propaganda, the actions of the Heavenly Word Propaganda are in line with the actions of imitating the Heavenly Heart for your own heart."
There was a deep helplessness in the eyes of Emperor Qing, and he replied with a politeness: "What the Bodhisattva said is not false, but I have already drafted it. Let's talk about my misunderstandings, and only ask all the immortals whether they can make a wish to keep it together? If not, please write another one."
"If this heavenly strip is to stand, what do you think of it in that moment on the rooftop?" Maru, who had been trying to speak, finally spoke.

Facing the heavenly rules of the heavenly world, this great merit cannot be verified at will. The immortals' behavior should be combined with the immortals' fate. This is not a representative who holds a meeting on the human world. He can say whatever he wants. The opening of the sealed rooftop is to make great wishes to the heavenly world.
"Don't imitate the heart of heaven for one's own heart." Since Emperor Qing stood on the sealed sky platform and planned this "Heavenly Terms", it was proved by his "mixed state of mind", but he was doing the same thing. No matter whether this heavenly Terms are established or not, he could not get out of the stage.
