Chapter 10: Mistakes After Seventeen Years (Part 1)

Wanghen absorbed warmth in Luo Yan's arms. She turned her head and saw the man standing not far away. He looked at Wanghen indifferently, Wanghen raised his head, "Xiaoyao—"

Xiaoyao nodded, then turned around and left.

Wanghen and Luo Yan watched Xiaoyao leave, "Who is that boy?" Luo Yan asked softly in his daughter's ear.

"A--friend," Wanghen paused, "a good friend."

Xiaoyao walked faster and faster until he started running. He ran along the way and heard the sound of his heartbeat. Wanghen's smile narrowed in front of him, and he couldn't get rid of it.

Xiaoyao was exhausted and held the tree trunk on one side. He began to breathe heavily, and finally raised his head. The sky was clear, but his heart was mixed.

Xiaoyao hammered the tree trunk heavily, and his back of his hand was broken, and finally sat down against the tree trunk.

When Keba and his mother-in-law saw Luo Yan and Wanghen appearing in front of them at the same time, they looked at each other at the same time.

"Luo Yan--" The mother-in-law stepped forward and helped Luo Yan, "You are back."

Luo Yan held his mother-in-law and held his hand. He nodded heavily, "I'm back."

The mother-in-law couldn't help but burst into tears, "Child, you're back." Her old hand touched Luo Yan's hair, his forehead and eyebrows showed vicissitudes, "You must have suffered a lot."

Luo Yan choked, he turned his eyes and shook his head, "I'm fine, I'm fine."

The mother-in-law's eyes were not removed from Luo Yan. In 17 years, a person's personality could be changed. This time, Luo Yan came back, and only looked at the appearance and knew the transformation of his heart.

The mother-in-law patted Luo Yan on the shoulder. He was still tall. Wanghen and Keba stood behind the two of them. Keba looked at Wanghen, "Will you still feel sad when you see your father now?"

Wanghen looked at his father's back greedily. She looked up at the sky with her head tilted and shook, "I'm not sad, not at all."

Keba touched Forget's head, "Silly girl."

In the evening, Luo Yan and Wanghen were strolling by the stream, Wanghen jumping in front of him. Luo Yan looked at his daughter with his hands behind his back. She was so happy. Suddenly, Wanghen turned around and asked him, "You have been outside for so many years. Have you missed me?"

"Think," Luo Yan's eyes were like water, bathing his daughter.

"Then why don't you come back? Since you miss me so much, aren't you curious about what I look like?"

"I can imagine you every day outside, except looking for your mother, the most I do is to think about you and imagine you."

Wanghen seemed to have received a satisfactory reply. She went around and walked to Luo Yan and looked at him, "I am also imagining you, but I didn't tell my mother-in-law and Uncle Keba about this. I'm afraid they will feel that I will make them feel uneasy."

"Imagine what I look like, what do I look like?" Luo Yan was very curious.

"You must be very tall, but not as thin as you are now," Wanghen gestured, "I must be very similar to you." She nodded with satisfaction.

"Why are you disappointed when you see me?"

Wanghen shook his head, "Don't be disappointed, you are very beautiful." Wanghen smiled, his simple smile that could not be concealed.

"What's more than you imagined?" Luo Yan's mouth raised.

"I thought I looked very much like you, of course I looked better," she laughed, and Luo Yan also smiled, "But I didn't expect that they said I looked like my mother."

When he mentioned it, Luo Yan was sad again. He looked at the water with sadness, and the moonlight reflected in the water.

"Do I look like her?"

Luo Yan didn't look at his daughter, and he nodded, "It's very similar, so when I first met you, I even thought you were your mother."

Wanghen's eyes began to float with Luo Yan, "What kind of person is she?"

Luo Yan seemed to have stopped at that moment. When he thought of the unswerving moment, his time would stop. He walked to the water and looked at the water surface. The dark night was only around the bright moonlight. Luo Yan was so lonely that Wanghen walked over, "I really want to know what kind of person she is?"

"It's very beautiful and kind," Luo Yan slowly uttered a few words, "But the most important thing is that she is very persistent and has a countless amount of persistence in love that is beyond ordinary people."

"Does the fox demons be like this? I know a fox demon named Xiaolu, who is also persistent, and is amazingly persistent."

Luo Yan shook his head, "I don't know, but she is really persistent."

"Is it for Li Xiuyuan?" Wanghen's words woke Luo Yan up as if he was surprised. He looked at his daughter in surprise.

"How did you know?"

Wanghen squatted down, his hands swayed in the water, and rippled.

"I know Li Xiuyuan." Wanghen was so lonely.

"Do you know him?" Luo Yan opened his eyes wide.

"Is this a kind of fate in the dark?" Wanghen looked at Luo Yan, "I actually met Li Xiuyuan by chance. Later I learned that he was the one who made my mother's beloved person who wanted to give up his life. I was surprised." Thinking of Li Xiuyuan, Wanghen had an indescribable feeling in his heart.

Luo Yan's eyes were full of loneliness, he was speechless, looking at the silent water surface.

"I really hate him a little. He let my mother down, and my mother died because of him." Wanghen frowned. "Without him, I am a child with a mother, and my mother would not die so miserably."

"I'm also very curious about why everyone loves him so much. Is he a person worthy of a woman's lifelong entrustment? He can love everyone, but he just can't love my mother--" Wanghen burst into tears.

Luo Yan held Wanghen's head and asked her to lean gently on his shoulder.

The two of them didn't speak and remembered each other unswervingly.

Xiaoyao walked back listlessly, Xiuyuan looked at him and realized something was wrong, "Xiaoyao—"

Xiaoyao slowly raised his head, "Hmm?"

"Are you okay?" Xiuyuan asked him.

Xiaoyao nodded, "Very good."

"What happened?" He was obviously covering up.

Xiaoyao didn't know what to say, so he shook his head and Xiuyuan came over, "If you have anything, tell me, your parents are not here, I am your master, the only person you can express your heart. Why do you see me so much?"

"Master," Xiaoyao suddenly raised his eyes, "I fell in love with someone--no, to be precise, she is not a human."

Xiuyuan suddenly understood, and his eyes were stunned for a moment. He didn't expect that Xiaoyao would regain his mistakes.

"You know who I'm talking about, right?" Xiaoyao looked at Xiuyuan. Xiuyuan could not dodge her eyes when facing Xiaoyao's eyes.

"Are you sure you love her?" Xiu Yuan paused, "She is a demon."

"I'm sure," Xiaoyao lay down and looked at the roof, "I've never been so sure about something."

Xiuyuan sighed, and he looked ahead, not knowing what to say.

"Master, can't humans and demons really be together?"
