Extra Story Lupin
"Can you tell me why you are here?"
A short witch sat in a chair with restraint. "I came here for Wolfman's advice. He said you are a very wise man, who runs the largest multinational company in the world, and the man that the gentleman trusts the most; more than that, you still, still..."
He secretly looked at the person opposite him with his eyes.
"It's your kind." Lupin added. "Yes, yes." The man said. Lupin looked at the witch kindly. It was their first meeting, but he felt a familiar feeling, perhaps because the other party wrapped himself in a worn patched robe, cloak and scarf, with sick face, mixed with white hair and uneasy eyes. This is so similar to him back then.
"Mr. Lupin," the man received encouragement from Lupin's gentle eyes and spoke much smoother. "I have been living in the wild for more than ten years. I have only recently heard about things outside from a team of explorers. It's incredible. It's like a dream, a marginal person like us..." He opened his mouth.
Lu Ping and others stopped, nodded in agreement, and said:
"I have seen many examples similar to you. They were full of sorrow when they came in. They were probably the most helpless expression ever. They were at a loss for the changes in the world, but after the exchange, they left satisfied and started a new life. As far as I know, they are living well now."
"That's it!" said the man anxiously, his eyes revealing hope, "Wolfman said the same! He said you have a good way to transform the werewolf."
Lupin smiled.
"I don't remember any tricks that I have to keep secret. I did separate some practical skills from the werewolf transformation magic, and almost everyone in the werewolf group gave them one to help them learn from each other. I also founded the Werewolf Rights Association, and as long as I abide by the above rules, I can receive a wolf poison potion every month for a very small amount of money; by the way, the association is currently cultivating its own pharmacists, and we have mastered four methods of making the seven wolf poison potions. These benefits are for everyone and can be obtained without seeing me."
The man looked at Lupin in confusion, looking confused. He couldn't help but lean forward slightly and said tentatively: "But I think, there must be something special about you, right? Otherwise, why do all the werewolf respect you? Well, the above alone is completely worthy of respect, but these two kinds of 'respecting' are completely different, and I can feel it."
"Oh," Lupin smiled softly, "I am honored by your trust. I do have some stories and a few suggestions that may allow you to fit in the outside world better, but nothing special at the end of the day. Instead... I'd love to hear your story."
When Tonks came in from outside, he happened to see Luping and the witch coming out of the study. As many times had happened before, the strange visitor walked with a relaxed pace, as if he had lifted a heavy burden.
Lupin handed the man a business card.
"You can contact Miss Temple, she will properly place you, and her ability to work is unquestionable."
"Thank you, Mr. Lupin, thank you so much." The witch said gratefully, and he looked at Tonks who was walking over, "You must be Mrs. Lupin, right? People like me who are ignorant have heard of the love stories of the two. It's really enviable. Mrs. Lupin looks like a kind-hearted person..."
"I've found out," after the witch left, Tonks raised an eyebrow and said, "The comments I received from your friends are all 'kind and kind-hearted', as if I'm with you because of this!"
"I know. It's because of love." Lupin said seriously, "but in the eyes of other werewolfs, love is a luxury, not to mention that there is such a beautiful and intelligent witch as his wife."
Tonks hummed happily.
Lupin opened his arms and hugged her like he did at the wedding eleven years ago, without any change. He was satisfied with everything he is now - a smart and considerate wife, a healthy and lively son (without any wolf-like characteristics, inheriting his mother's disguise), a child (Harry's youngest son Albus), a bunch of relatives and friends, a good career and social status, nothing to be criticized.
He was extremely glad that he accepted Dumbledore's invitation.
Because he has been ‘geting’ since then. His heart is so full that he still has the energy to do something for his kind over the years—including the Werewolf Rights Association and the simplified werewolf transformation magic, as well as the study conversations that are almost once a week.
Over the years, werewolfs have been plucking up the courage to come out of the mountains, jungles, and wilderness, and observe the strange environment in front of them with a timid and vigilant heart. As perhaps the most famous werewolf in the world, Lupin has helped and comforted countless people.
The warm moment didn't last long, and a ten-year-old boy ran in and stomped the stairs and thumped. Lupin and Tonks looked at each other and looked at their children.
"Dad, mom, Sirius asked me to ask when you will be there!" shouted Teddy Lupin.
"Right now," Tonks looked stern, "if you're not making trouble."
"But if I don't make a sound, you will definitely hold each other forever!" Teddy shouted.
Tonks pouted and looked at the little boy up and down.
"What's going on with your hair?"
Teddy's hair was dazzling red, which was different from the ginger color when she had breakfast. But he inherited his mother's ability to change her appearance as she wanted, which naturally also included adjusting her hair color, so his mother's words were like finding fault. He shook his head proudly, "I met a little girl with red hair, stupid, I told her that I was a relative of the Weasley family!"
Tonks and Luping looked at each other.
"What's that little girl's name?"
"It's not Rosalie, is it?"
"How could it be?" Teddy looked incredible, "Sirius took her to our house for at least half a month in a month, and we met at the Godfather Harry's house for the other half a month-"
"Is it Viktova?" Lupin asked.
Teddy thought hard for a while and said slowly: "It seems to be called this name."
"Oh my God," said Tonks, "that's Bill and Fleur's kids, you guys played together when you were kids."
Ten minutes later, when Lupin came out of the living room, he saw Tonks and Teddy, the mother and son, staring in the living room, and their hair color changed like a revolving lantern. This was Tonks' specialty, but Teddy was not willing to be outdone. This was the first skill he had since he was born, which was earlier than shouting the first word.
Lupin leaned against the windowsill and admired the scene with great satisfaction. Ten minutes later, Teddy was defeated, and his hair reluctantly froze to black. On the contrary, Tonks seemed proud.
"Let's go." She said happily.
The sun was shining outside and the hotel was filled with tourists. They came to the third-floor banquet hall. At the entrance, before entering the door, they heard a deafening music. Lupin was a little stunned and had an unknown premonition in his heart. The next second, this premonition was fulfilled.
Sirius was singing happily on the stage, holding a guitar in his hand and dressed in a hippie; behind him was Bill, his fingers brushed across the keyboard like flowing water, his ponytail shaking from side to side, and the small fan earrings on his ears appeared and disappeared from time to time; Rov's drum set was obviously not up to the rhythm, as if he was rushing to put it on the shelves, Lupin guessed that if he had come earlier, he would be sitting in that position, but more likely he would look around like he was holding Saxophone, and seemed to have bought a ticket to the stage.
Lupin suddenly had the urge to close his eyes.
It was Sirius's "Hairy Band". What's more unfortunate is that he realized that he was also one of the members of the band (forced). Even the band name was given by Sirius to tease his new nickname "Hairy Bandy King".
The audience had different expressions. The performers' families all had expressions that they wanted to laugh but didn't dare to laugh. Perhaps only Luna really liked them. Her arms were each holding a bird with rainbow feathers, and her head was lighter intoxicatedly following the rhythm; Weasley and his whole family sat together with their expressions focused, Ginny desperately pulled a boy, James, trying to stop his increasingly swelling desire to perform; Mrs. Weasley and Fleur stared at Bill's ponytail at the same time, but Lupin dared to say that their ideas were completely different - they were written on their faces! Severus sat in the corner, his mouth slightly opened; Slughorn next to him chatted with Draco and Astoria with a smile; the students taught by Sirius at the next table were whistling enthusiastically.
"To be fair, it's not bad." Moody, a crazy-eyed man near the door, asked in a muffled voice: "What are they singing?"
"A great victory." Lupin said subconsciously.
"Yes, that's it." Moody laughed and hummed to the melody. With his hoarse voice comparing it, Lupin could also hear the beauty of Sirius's singing.
When Harry, the organizer of the banquet, saw the scene of everyone singing. Sirius and Bill's stage style became more rough, making him a little confused. His godfather really has the talent for singing? Didn't Amelia say that only Clice praised him?
Harry understood that as a ‘tall without principles’, just as if he asked Dobby, who definitely thought his singing was wonderful.
