Chapter 540: The Value of Ancient Runes

At nine o'clock in the morning, Felix was dressed neatly in front of the mirror, packed up and prepared to go out.

"Shi?"

Valen looked at him with a small scarf with anticipation.

"I can't bring you, Valen." Felix lowered his head apologetically: "I'm not sure if there will be any danger. The best choice is to stay at home."

He took out a memory disk from the ring, which drew an arc in the air and landed steadily on the small square table in the office.

A dense circle of magic script circuits on the edge of the memory disk was lit up, and the central location was shrouded in smoke.

"In addition to being able to recreate memory, the employees in the company have found new application scenarios for it. Tsk tsk, it is becoming more and more similar to the future I expected..." Felix waved his hand again, and a plate of snacks and a pot of juice appeared, "You can watch the live screen through it."

"Hmph!"

Valen walked towards the sofa dejectedly.

The hall was filled with shadows, and many students looked at the DL stone steps outside the hall. The exhaled air melted the ice on the castle walls, and the wet water flowed down the rough walls.

"Why don't we go and see it? It's obviously in Hogsmeade! What is Principal Dumbledore thinking?" a student said angrily.

"I heard it is for our safety reasons..."

"You are kidding! What danger can there be with Principal Dumbledore and Professor Hepp? Even if it is a mysterious person..." His voice lowered.

Harry, Ron and Hermione stood in a corner of the foyer, and Ron said expectantly: "Can't Sirius take us with you?"

"He was left behind himself," Harry said in a muffled manner.

Ron looked at Percy on the steps with jealousy, and he was talking to Dumbledore with a blush on his face: "It's much more than expected! I mean - they are all the best in their respective fields."

When Felix got down the spiral stairs, the hall suddenly became quiet, and then the discussion became louder.

"Professor, we support you!" a student shouted.

Felix smiled at him, "Slytheringer three points." The student was stunned, and then the support in the auditorium became louder. Felix finally squeezed out of the crowd and said to Dumbledore and Percy: "Let's go, are you all ready?"

"Everything is ready," Percy said hurriedly, "the ministry has dispatched two hundred staff members, including fifty Aurors and strikers, and has given a day off for this purpose."

Felix nodded, then looked at Dumbledore quietly.

"Alasto is there," he said briefly.

"School here-"

"There are other professors here, and Fox will call me at critical moments."

Percy was obviously confused about the conversation between them, but he could answer Felix's question next.

"Where is Ms. Bones?"

"Also in Hogsmeade. She is hosting the ministers of magic from some European countries and the principals of magic schools from all over the world." Percy said enthusiastically: "Some of them came early and walked around Diagon Alley for several days, probably with a lot of problems in their stomachs."

They walked down the DL stone steps and walked towards the main entrance of the school, leaving behind a group of eager students.

Harry and Hermione looked at Professor Happ's distant figure in a complicated mood. Ron murmured in a low voice: "Every day with the professor, I almost forgot how much difference I have with the professor. No matter how we catch up, we can only see a back like we are now."

"The professor will become a legend like the most famous wizards in history." Hermione said biting her lips, but her expression on her face was very unwilling.

"Then do you think there are our names in his legendary story?" Ron asked with interest.

Neither Harry nor Hermione spoke.

"There must be." said a firm voice.

The three people looked at Neville, who was startled by their eyes. He stuttered and said, "It's like a story book, there must be more than one character appearing, right?"

"You mean those supporting roles?" Ron muttered dissatisfiedly, "It sounds like Marfalda's argument. By the way, Harry, how did she arrange you recently?"

"You tell her serial story?" Harry said gloomyly: "She described me as a ranch worker whose daily job was to shovel horse manure."

...

Felix stood in the center of Hogsmeade Square, surrounded by wizards on the inside and outside. They came from all over the world, with various purposes in their hearts, but at this moment they turned their eyes to the young man in the center of the venue.

"As we all know, every research field cannot be improved by one or two people, but continues to contribute to the foundation of my predecessors. This is why I stand here-"

"Isn't it because of the old wand?" a wizard asked in a hoarse voice.

"It is not ruled out that this part of the influence is caused by this factor," Felix looked at him and smiled. "But the misunderstanding brought by my own wand is a private matter, and I will explain it in the gap of the speech. Of course, it is not impossible to experience ancient magic in person, but you need to sign up first..." He pointed to a table in the corner, where two Aurors were guarding.

"I continue to say that any advancement in magic discipline will bring us practical benefits. Take wolf poison potions as an example... For hundreds of years, we have been helpless about the werewolf virus and cannot be cured once it is infected. But now we have finally broken the first brick, and I can almost foresee the future: those more perfect and cheap potions formulas will be developed; the analysis and papers of related potions are emerging one after another; of course, new theories will also appear; some people have even invented more targeted spells based on the principles of potions..."

"All this is not a fantasy. It has been repeated over the past few thousand years, like an invisible hand, driving the entire wizard group to make progress little by little."

Lupin stood under the huge projection screen and clenched his fists with excitement. If what Felix said was true, he would be willing to put out all his savings to support the cause.

The wizards were obviously more interested in Felix's speech. They watched him pace in the middle of the venue, telling their experience of studying ancient magical scripts:

"...and therefore, any subject of magic has meaning." Felix smiled: "They explain our innate ability - magic from different angles, slowly and firmly improving our understanding of magic."

Hundreds of magical devices in the sky, shaped by Billy Viggos scan the scene and record the excited faces. The white light and purple mist of the magic camera flash from time to time in the corner, and hundreds of quills trembled excitedly at the same time.

In addition, Felix's words were also transmitted to thousands of wizard families through magic radio.

Felix held both ends of the wand with his fingers, but the wand was no longer as attractive as it was at the beginning. More than two thousand wizards from all over the world stared at his face, staring at his tiptoe slightly because of his excitement.

"And a new discipline is obviously more valuable, such as ancient magical literature. Why do I have to dig it out from past history? Because it does have a lot of potential that has not been discovered yet, and under the modern magic system, it can be combined with many magical disciplines, such as modern spells--"

He waved his magic wand, and the "flowing" magic text and the iron armor curse combined to form a light green water-shaped magic barrier; the "light" magic text and the fire curse combined to make bright and white flames swim around him; more and more magic texts appeared in the air, combined with modern spells, forming colorful magic ripples.

"Or alchemy—"

He pointed to the huge projection screen standing behind everyone.

"We have little knowledge of ancient wizards, and can only find a few words from the incomplete letters and abandoned monuments. This fault not only makes it difficult for us to inherit the legacy of ancient wizards, but also makes us have wrong judgments about that era."

"For example: the power of ancient wizards is based on the extreme weakening of other abilities. I discovered from some ancient letters that an ancient wizard - at that time was a master-apprentice system - even though he mastered several powerful ancient magic at a young age, they still had more secular troubles than modern wizards. They needed to organize dozens of boxes when they moved their house, and the most advanced means of transportation that could be used for a long trip was a flying broom... They might even have to clean the house and cook by themselves, because not everyone can live in magic."

Wizards fell into thinking, and with the emergence of Felix Hepp, a question was constantly mentioned: Are the ancient magical texts and the ancient wizards represented by it really as powerful as legends?

Wizards also have myths, or legends. But many people automatically attribute them to the same existence as "Stories of the Poetry and Bidou", and few are willing to believe that the magic miracles shown in the story have actually happened in reality, breaking mountains, dividing the sea, and a magical magic destroys the world...
