Chapter four hundred and fourteenth dance(1/2)

There was a noisy sound in the auditorium.

The surrounding walls were covered with shiny silver frost, and the ceiling was a starry night sky, with snowflakes falling from high places, disappearing before falling to their heads.

Hundreds of flower fairies were flying high in the sky, sprinkling a handful of colorful pieces of paper.

Felix stood at the door and glanced around. Four college tables were gone, replaced by hundreds of small tables with lanterns lighted, with about ten students sitting next to each table.

In front of the auditorium is a long rostrum with the referees sitting in the competition. There are two faculty tables on both sides of the rostrum for the professors of Hogwarts and other guests from afar.

In front of the rostrum and the staff table are two spacious round tables belonging to the warriors.

Bagman and Percy walked to the rostrum side by side, while Felix came to a staff desk and sat between Snape and Professor McGonagall, who was still wearing his black robe, and Professor McGonagall was wearing a red tartan robe with a circle of thistle garland adorned on the brim of the hat.

"Mileva, it's such a rare outfit." Felix quipped, "Severus is still..."

Snape stared at Felix, watching him look through the small menu placed on the table with interest, and slowly said, "I don't remember you learned to dance while you were in school. Maybe you can patrol the castle with me later?"

"Oh, don't let it go," said Professor McGonagall.

Felix turned the menu in his hand to the back and stared at the name of the row of desserts above, "No problem, but I'm going to try this first." He said, pointing to a line of small words.

"Opera?" Snape glanced and commented: "It's so sweet."

"The name is very good." Felix said with a smile.

After staying for a few minutes, Professor McGonagall got up and left, "I'm going to organize the warriors to enter the venue." She said, holding the pointed hat on her head, and strides towards a corner of the auditorium.

There was a quick clearing space near the gate of the auditorium, and the warriors stood with their dance partners. Professor McGonagall was preaching to them about the precautions for entering the venue: "Wait a moment, and when the people in the auditorium are almost there, you will line up in, and the warriors and dance partners. You must pass through the entire auditorium from the left aisle, and finally turn a corner and sit on the big round table to the right of the rostrum. Do you understand?"

At this time, Harry and Ron hurriedly ran in from the auditorium. Ron finally changed into his new robe in the bathroom, and they hurriedly rushed towards the rostrum.

"Here! Porter, Weasley." Professor McGonagall shouted.

Harry and Ron froze in place, turned their heads barely, looking at Professor McGonagall with a stern expression and the warriors who were gathering together, and the burly warrior Alyfendi of Vagado was much taller than Crum next to him, and Nona Lebert, who was also tall, stood on the other side as if he was dependent on him.

Harry and Ron bowed their heads and walked back. When they passed by Draco Malfoy, Draco shouted: "Potter, Weasley, have you forgotten the time when practicing dance steps?"

His dance partner, Pansy Parkinson, made a "tsk tsk" sound.

Harry glared at them, Draco Malfoy wearing a black velvet robe, looking like a country parish priest, who secretly despised his aesthetic. The two walked to the end of the Warriors, and the Pettiers held their shoulders and looked at Harry and Ron dissatisfied.

Professor McGonagall walked over with great strides and said quickly: "Line up, you two! No, it's not to let you stand together," she looked at Harry and Ron with a headache: "It's standing side by side with your dance partner. Oh my God, you won't not understand what the dance partner means, right?"

She walked forward and separated Harry and Ron one after another, then she looked at Sister Pettier with a hesitant expression. She couldn't tell which one was, and simply ordered: "Stand next to your dance companions, girls. You need a little tacit understanding... To be honest, it's a bit too late to say this."

Professor McGonagall soon went to the front row of the team again, and they could barely hear Professor McGonagall's faint voice: "This... Mr. Ellifendi, please stand in the team. You are too close to Mr. Crum. Where is your dance partner?"

"She's still on the way," Krum said in a deep voice.

Professor McGonagall looked unhappy and confirmed: "Are you sure she won't miss the time? If you need it, I can find a replacement..."

"No, thank you." Krum said with a gloomy face.

Harry and Ron looked around at the end of the team, and Ron said incredibly: "I can't believe that Crum doesn't have a dance partner! He is a big star, which girl will break the appointment? Oh, oh, oh, Harry, block me..."

He bent his knees slightly and hid behind Harry because Fleur Delakure looked back. She was wearing a silver-gray satin robe and looked amazing. Beside her was a tall and handsome boy. Harry had a little impression of him. He should be a seventh-grade student of Slytherin and the president of the boys' student union.

Only when Furong turned around did Ron straighten up.

"Actually, I can't blame you, she is really beautiful." Harry said fairly. When Furong invited Cedric in the hall two days ago, Ron seemed to be insidious and walked up to invite Furong as his dance partner, but naturally failed.

After that, Ron kept hiding from her and had not recovered yet.

At this time, a beautiful girl in a flowing light purple blue robe walked into the auditorium and passed by Harry and Ron. She came to Krum and spoke quickly, as if apologizing for her lateness, but they were at the end of the line and it was difficult to hear the sound of the head position accurately.

"Oh, sorry, Krum... I was preparing a few hours in advance... but... I didn't expect to be so surprised..."

"Sniff? Are you talking about the magical animal that digs gold coins in the soil? Did it send you a gift?" Krum's low voice was recognizable and it reached Harry and Ron's ears.

"Valun is not making holes in the soil! Oh, Valun is its name... Yes, it did send me a gift... I think it might be because I gave it a Christmas gift first... Maybe Professor Happ also helped to choose..." the girl explained.

Harry and Ron looked at each other.

"The sound sounds familiar," Harry said uncertainly.

"She also mentioned Valen and said Valen sent her a Christmas gift. Is this possible?" Ron looked at Harry hesitantly.

"If I heard it correctly, it was the gift she sent first... Valen just gave the gift... Wait, I seem to know..." Harry's speech was getting slower and slower, and his eyes moved from the girl in a flowing robe to Ron.

The two looked at each other for two seconds, and said in unison again, "Hermione?" This guess made them unbelievable. They could not have imagined that the beautiful girl who was more than ten feet away would be the person they were most familiar with.

Harry stared at the girl's back and she didn't look like Hermione at all. But if it were true, she must have done some tricks on her hair. They were no longer matte, but became soft and shiny, and were tied into an elegant bun behind her head.

At this time, Professor McGonagall walked to the front row of the team and said to all the warriors standing at the door: "Please prepare the warriors. The lady holds the men's arms and enters the court as I said before."

The team began to move forward, and Harry and Ron also wanted to confirm whether Crum's dance partner was Hermione. As a result, both of them felt their arms were being pulled at the same time. They turned their heads and looked at their respective dance partners-

The two sisters Pettier held their arms and had bright smiles on their faces. Parvati tweaked the gold bracelet on his wrist, lifted the pink skirt with his other hand, and said in a whispering voice: "It's our turn." Then he dragged Harry forward with force.

The warriors lined up into the auditorium and walked through the gap between the small tables. The people in the auditorium applauded enthusiastically, Fred and George whistled loudly, and Harry's nervous mood calmed down slightly. They walked around the auditorium for a short half circle and filled the two large tables in front of the rostrum in order.

Their seats are very distinctive, both men and women sit down between them, and each one is dressed up, and Harry finds that many familiar faces are a little more handsome and beautiful than usual.

Especially Hermione.

Harry finally confirmed the candidate for Crum's dance partner. Although he could only see the side face, he was too familiar with Hermione. However, after she removed the several large books she had with him in the past, her temperament completely changed, which made him not recognize him for a while.

At this time, Hermione also noticed their gaze, turned her head and waved at the two of them through a table. Harry couldn't help laughing. Hermione's iconic big teeth were too conspicuous, and he could not have imagined anyone else at all.

Hermione had complained to them before that her parents, as dentists, were very resistant to linking the words shrinking and magic, and she had never found a chance to get Mrs. Pomfrey to agree to fix her teeth.

...

The Warriors were the last to enter the market - when they took their seats, the dinner naturally began. Harry stared at the empty plate with golden light, and he looked around, and Dumbledore looked at his menu carefully, and then said very clearly to his plate: "Pork chop!"

The pork chops appeared immediately.

The students suddenly realized and picked up small menus to choose their favorite foods.

Not far from Harry and the others, Roger Davis was sandwiched between Collins and Fleur, with a dilemma in his face. Fleur was facing him and the Slytherin's boys' student union president criticized Hogwarts' decoration.

"That's nothing," she looked at the starry walls around the auditorium and said contemptuously: "At Busbaton Castle, our auditorium is filled with ice sculptures at Christmas. Of course, they won't melt...the food is also superb. We also have the Fairy Choir of the Mountains, and when we eat, they serenade for us..."

The expressions of the boys and Roger Davis next to her were getting more and more intoxicated. Harry guessed that they didn't listen to what Furong said at all. When Davis stroked her hair with a fork, Collins next to her snorted heavily.

He tried to smooth things over and said stammeringly: "I think both schools have different beauty. There are big squids in the Black Lake in Hogwarts. In summer, you can swim in it and pretend to drown, so the big squid will come to save you; and Buspaton, I mean... Although I haven't been there, you can tell how beautiful it is just by listening to Furong's description."

As a result, he offended two girls in an instant, and Collins and Fleur each turned their heads, which made Davis a little embarrassed.

Collins moved the chair out, leaned over from the next table, and whispered to Ron, who was closest to her: "Have you unlocked the secret of the Golden Egg?"

"What?" Ron asked dullly, staring at Krum and Hermione - they seemed to have resolved the misunderstanding and were having a good conversation at the moment.

When he came to his senses, he saw Collins staring at him fiercely, his body chilled, and his mind desperately recalled the question just now: "Uh, not yet, but it's almost there, maybe it's been in these few days."

Collins showed a skeptical look and she quickly said to Ron, "...if... try in the water..."

"What did you say?" Ron asked quickly without hearing it clearly, but Dumbledore stood up with a goblet, and Collins moved the chair back.

"What did she say, did you hear it?" Ron asked his titular partner.

Padma rolled his eyes at him and said angrily: "I don't know."

"bite!"

The crisp sound of a fork hitting the glass penetrated the chaotic auditorium and landed accurately in everyone's ears. Everyone calmed down and looked at Dumbledore on the rostrum.

"Students please stand up. I need to move your table away to make room for the dance floor." He said with a smile.

Then he waved his wand and all the tables flew to the wall, leaving a clearing in the middle. The students stood with their dance partners, and Harry noticed that Parvati's arm was wrapped around his arm again. He tried to struggle twice without leaving.

Then Dumbledore cast a spell against the wall on the right side of the auditorium to create a long and narrow stage, with a set of drums, a few guitars, a lute, a cello and a few organs on it.

The lights around the auditorium completely dimmed, leaving only the dance floor in the center brightly lit.

"Dear students, professors, foreign guests - enjoy the wonderful music!" Dumbledore said happily with his arms open, and the strange sisters rushed onto the stage together, and the audience burst into warm applause like thunder.

Dumbledore had his left hand behind him and his right hand invited Mrs. Maxim. The two slid into the dance floor and danced to the gentle and soothing music.

Felix was very glad that the seat he sat in was close to the steps and was not within the moving range. He sat steadily on the chair, watching the weird sisters in strange clothes pick up the instruments, and then turned the menu to the last page.

"Opera." He pronounced clearly.

The next second, a delicate and seductive piece of chocolate and coffee frosting cake was placed in front of him. He raised his fork and noticed a stern look.

"Do you know what to do at this time?" Professor McGonagall said, pursing his lips.

Felix was stunned for a moment, looked around, "Oh..." He stood up and bowed slightly, and asked politely, "Can I have the honor to dance with you, ma'am?"

"Of course." Professor McGonagall smiled and reached out, "Drop the fork in your hand, Felix." She whispered.

The two walked towards the dance floor.

At this moment, Felix's mind was running at high speed, and everything in the auditorium turned into slow motion - he could see Dumbledore holding Mrs. Maxim's hand, his pointed hat tip just touched her chin; Mad-eyed Han Moody dragged Professor Sinista, looking at Professor Sinista's expression like a dark wizard who was unfortunately arrested, and also saw Ludo Bagman bent down and invited Professor Sprout...

He applied his mind-accelerated magic to the extreme.

Everything that happened in the auditorium came into his mind. Basic postures, dance steps, hand-held movements, matching beats... After he finished the dozen steps from the faculty seat to the dance floor, he had gone from a layman to a dance floor rookie.

"Waltz, Minerva?" Felix asked, bounced away a flower fairy flying off the ceiling, and the unlucky little guy stumbled on Harry's shoulder with a stiff expression.

"Of course." Professor McGonagall said.

The two danced gracefully, and Felix continued to absorb the essence of everyone present's dance moves while moving his footsteps. He unexpectedly discovered that Dumbledore was the one who was best at dancing.
