Chapter 40 Malfoy

Harry felt that the lockdown was terrible because Malfoy kept muttering in his ear and constantly provoking it. This made his efficiency plummet, approaching noon, but he had just copied ten pieces of parchment.

The thickness is not as thick as a little finger.

During lunch, Harry complained about this with Hermione and Ron. He collapsed and said, "I never thought he would talk so much, buzzing non-stop."

Ron advised him: "You can harass him too."

Harry was speechless. He didn't say that much to Malfoy.

Hermione thought, "You may be able to provoke him and take the opportunity to ask if he is Slytherin's heir."

"Stop talking, how could he say it unless it's someone close to him?" Ron retorted.

Harry also felt that this idea was unreliable, but it was easy to alarm the enemy. "By the way, Hermione, what should we do about the signature?"

"Why don't you find Professor Hepp?" Ron suggested.

"This is not a good idea." Hermione sighed, "He is not like Professor Lockhart, that..."

"—Like a fool." Ron answered, and was glared at by Hermione.

"However, I can try it tonight, I can only say give it a try." Hermione did not give a positive answer.

After lunch, they returned to the ancient magical literature office and continued their copying tasks.

Harry also had to endure Malfoy's provocative eyes. He tried to pull out his wand several times to impose a evil curse on him. One was not enough. It would be better to issue three spells in an instant, leaving him with no power to fight back...

In the afternoon, Felix looked at the results of several people and nodded with satisfaction, "It's not bad, you three will be able to complete the task tomorrow afternoon. And Mr. Malfoy, your progress is faster, just seven or eight pages away."

Draco Malfoy almost cried, but he had to pay a lot of money for his mouth, two big books, the kind that was completely handwritten.

It took nearly two months, although he escaped a lot of confinement in the middle to participate in Quidditch training...

Malfoy wrote quickly, and even Harry didn't care about it. Finally, he copied the entire content before supper.

Felix couldn't help but praise him, "Very good, OK, Mr. Malfoy, your confinement ends here."

"Yes, professor." Malfoy whispered.

Seeing him sorting out his stationery, Harry and the others were very envious. They still had a whole day of confinement tomorrow.

"Oh, by the way, Mr. Malfoy," Felix called him, frightening Malfoy.

Will you not arrange a few more books for him?

Fortunately, Felix didn't have this intention. He waved his wand and flew out a thick stack of parchment paper from the corner - densely packed handwriting. Under his magic, the parchment paper was divided into two and quickly bound together in the air.

Two book covers flew out of the suitcase, wrapped around parchment paper, and the gold-toned text slowly emerged on the cover, looking like two books.

"Mr. Malfoy, this is the fruit of your labor, I will give it to you as a gift."

The two books fell in front of him, making Malfoy stunned.

Felix said: "Although you are from glorious pure blood and have outstanding talents, Muggles are not useless. I think you have learned this." He pointed to the two handwritten books in front of Malfoy.

"Through this confinement, I hope you can remember that weakness or strength is not an obstacle to survival, arrogance is."

Malfoy held two books, his lips opened and closed, but said nothing.

After he left, Felix said to the other trio who watched the show: "Okay, your mission today is over, and you will continue tomorrow."

Hermione whispered to Felix, "Professor, can I continue to learn magical writing with you tonight?"

Felix was a little surprised. He thought for a while and said, "In principle, I don't object, but your homework..."

Hermione said happily: "It's okay, I've completed all my homework." Her expression seemed to have won the grand prize.

When the three of them came out of the office and headed to the cafeteria, Ron looked at Hermione with an incredible look on his face: "Have you really finished your homework?"

"certainly!"

"When did you write it?" Ron seriously doubted that her time was different from Hermione's. Did she spend several more hours every day than herself?

Hermione was in a very good mood. She said proudly: "Since you know that you have to be confined to the weekend, of course you have to complete your homework in advance. Isn't this common sense?"

Ron murmured silently, Harry looked ashamed.

...

Malfoy returned to Slytherin common room and put down his schoolbag.

He sat on the chair with a gloomy face, his eyes shining through the green lights of the lounge, looking at the black lake outside the window, and from time to time, one or two swimming fish passed by the window.

The two followers came over, "Draco, do you want supper?"

"Crab, Goll..." Malfoy looked at them seriously, "Forget it, go."

Crab and Gole shrugged and left quickly.

Malfoy shrank himself in a chair, his light blonde hair and slightly pale face half hidden in the shadows.

He was still recalling Professor Haip's words.

Although he tried to refute this absurd point, the two months of copying punishment have brought some of the contents of the book into his mind.

This reminded him of the scene when his mother took him to visit a pure-blooded wizard when she was a child and met her aunt.

The aunt was his mother's second sister, but she was removed from the family because she married a stupid muggle wizard.

The two of them had a fierce argument at that time. My mother advised her to go back and admit her mistake, but was rejected mercilessly.

He had little impression of this, and the only thing he remembered was his aunt shouting at them loudly: "What else do you have to be superior to magic?"

He remembered that twisted expression now.

Somehow, he suddenly picked up his schoolbag, took out the two books, and stared at the cover.

A book "The History of Muggles' Struggle: Starting from Millions of Years ago", and a book "How Muggles Think".

He is very familiar with the cover, after all, he has been mailing it for two months, but it is slightly different -

Below the author, several new words have been added - transcriptionist: Draco Malfoy.
