Chapter 203 Flitwick's Seventeen Duel Teaching

For the little wizard of Hogwarts, the duel class on the second and fourth week of each month is definitely a large-scale competitive social event that regulates the body and mind and moves hands and feet.

In the eyes of many people, this course is expected to be comparable to the Quidditch event. At least they can really participate, rather than being a spectator on the court.

The auditorium was silly. Before the professor arrived, the students were talking enthusiastically with each other. Harry saw Percy talking loudly about how he obtained 12 OWLs certificates. Hermione's eyes lit up next to him.

"I'll be back in a while," said Hermione, leaving Harry and Ron.

They saw her rushing into the crowd and whispering something. Percy was a little careless, but his eyes were widened soon. The two quickly passed by the crowd and rushed to a corner of the auditorium with four long tables.

When passing by the twins, Percy stopped and warned them: "I don't know what methods you used to avoid my sight, maybe a search curse or something-"

The twins looked at each other, and Fred squeezed his eyes and said, "Did you hear it? George, the search curse... Another day of harvest!"

George saluted exaggeratedly, with one hand behind his back: "Neighous behavior, Percy! We will leave you a name only to contribute to the great prank career."

"The size of a palm-"

"No, the big badge is enough. We only need to write down the two words "Big Head Boy" and it is obvious at a glance."

Harry, not far away, laughed out loud, and he quickly changed his gaze and stared at Ginny beside him. Her face turned red quickly, as if she was fainting in the arms of her good friend Luna Lovegood.

"Do you need me to tell you a cold joke?" Luna said suddenly with her eyes. Harry was used to it. He knew that this little girl had always been like this.

"Are there any clever insights, Luna?" He glanced at Percy in a hurry, and they were already standing under a helmet and whispering.

"Your mind is a mess. Recently, a group of harassed flies in your mind must have built a nest..." Luna shook her bracelet seriously, "I can help you drive them away."

"How?" said Harry, who caught a glimpse of Professor Happ's figure appearing at the door of the auditorium.

"You need to calm down first and become less attractive to harassing flies..."

"Thank you, I don't think I have such a weird thing in my mind," Harry said quickly.

Professor Hepp and Snape walked in, not as expected, no, there was another professor, Flivie, who had just missed it.

Hermione in the distance hurried back, and the little wizards consciously stood according to the academy.

Felix blessed himself with a loud voice and said loudly: "Welcome back to the duel class, little wizards! I saw many familiar faces, and many new faces..."

In front of their respective academies, a row of little beans looked around with restraint and curiosity. They were the freshmen of their respective academies this year. Harry saw Colin Crewe pulling his brother, the boy named 'Denis'.

"Please allow me to introduce you before the course begins, we welcome the third professor of resident duel, Philius Flivie!"

The short Frivi walked forward a few steps. He was dressed in a formal manner today, in a rigorous little suit, and he gracefully twisted his wand, as if holding a baton.

There were warm cheers from the Ravenclaw Academy, and clusters of sparks were released from the crowd, and finally they formed an eagle that symbolized the Ravenclaw Academy.

Harry believes that they must have borrowed the pattern on the answering parchment—the two look very similar.

Students from other colleges were also applauding desperately. When it comes to popularity, Flivi is definitely the best among the deans of the four colleges.

"Thank you, thank you-" Frieve was so excited that he burst into tears. He took out a handkerchief embroidered with Ravenclaw's pattern to wipe the corners of his eyes. "I was so excited today, like I was standing on the podium for the first time."

Today is Flivi's special show. Flivi and Snape deliberately downplayed their existence and allowed Flivi to show his charm. Flivi bowed to the two professors, and then cast a spell to his heart's content. In his hands, casting spells seemed to be equated with art.

After a few minutes of showing off his skills, Friwei got to the point. He shook his magic wand and sprinkled bronze smoke from the tip of the wand. The smoke condensed into blurred figures and stood on the gilded stage.

These bronze figures confronted each other in pairs, as if they were fighting a duel. Each pair had a small wizard, and that should be Flivi.

The little wizards counted carefully and there were seventeen groups.

Flivie screamed: "Please allow me to find out the moment of glory in my memory. It was more than 60 years ago... After seventeen duels, I was awarded the title of Wizard Duel Championship in 1931."

He waved his wand and made the first group of bronze figures move: the tall wizard raised his hand and shot a spell, the short figure lowered his head to fight back, knocking down his opponent in just one moment.

Flivi acted as a commentator and said, "Did you see it? My opponent underestimated the enemy. He thought I was short and my level was not very good, but this was one of the easiest wins I have ever won."

"It's short, but it's also wonderful. We can learn a lot from it..."

"First, never underestimate the enemy in duels. Many of you can think of this, but there are not many wizards who really do it;"

"What else? Yes, seize the opportunity. Instead of standing in place to defend, I launched a counterattack. This also reminds us that wizards are the most vulnerable when attacking, and you must protect yourself and learn to leave room for anything;"

"Then it's not easy, does anyone know? I'll remind you that it's related to my unique height." Flivi looked at the little wizard in the audience expectantly.

Harry's eyes lit up, he had heard similar expressions from Professor Hayp!

He was the first to raise his hand and after being called, he said excitedly: "Combining personal characteristics, create a combat system that suits you the most."

Frieve laughed, "Very great, Potter! That's right, personal characteristics, this is very important. Each of us is unique. You have to accept everything about yourself, okay, bad..."

"I used to be troubled by my height and size. Most of the time, I had to raise my head in duels. The small man also brought another disadvantage. My movement speed was not fast enough, my arms were not long enough, and my opponent could easily tell the extent of my spell."

The little wizards listened quietly, wondering how Professor Flitvie solved these problems.

"—But I later walked out of the shadows, and I accepted my imperfection. After a while, height became my advantage. Few wizards had the experience of duels like me. They always deal with mistakes, either because of mentality or habit."

"My body size makes it easier for me to avoid spells. I no longer pursue movement speed, but exercise more flexible steps..."

Flivi said with emotion, and a burst of warm applause rang out from the audience. He heard someone in his college shouting, "Dean, you are the best!" He couldn't help but wipe the corners of his eyes again.

"Next, we watched the second duel and I met a very interesting person, and we later became friends."

...

More than an hour passed, and Flivi used his personal experience to depict real duel scenes to the little wizards, and the students felt that they gained a lot.

Harry even thought he could put these words into his paper and hand them over to Professor Hepp.

But this kind of thing can only be thought about.

Felix walked to the center of the gilded stage and smiled and said, "There is less than half an hour left. I discussed it with the two professors and then changed it to a guided war.

Students select professors to get one-on-one guidance. I believe that after a whole year and a summer vacation last year, many of you are very confident in your level…”

He looked around and saw faces eager to try.
