Chapter 175 Magic Riot
Felix asked, "Potter, are you here to buy books in Diagon Alley?"
Harry seemed a little uneasy, and he said in a vague way: "Well, I currently live in Diagon Alley... Room 11 in the Broken Cauldron Bar..."
He couldn't say that he had blown Aunt Maggie and had no place to live. He was arranged by Magic Minister Connelly Forge in the Burnt Cauldron Bar?
Felix was a little surprised by Harry's attitude, and he asked tentatively: "You are the only one?"
Of course there were many tenants in the Breakfast Bar, but it was obvious that Harry understood the professor's meaning, "Yeah, I'm the only one." He added quickly, trying to distract him: "I'm very comfortable alone, shopping, eating, and doing homework at the Florin cold drinks shop... By the way, Dobi and I are with me."
Felix smiled, too, "If I remember correctly, should he work in the Breakfast Bar?"
Seeing that Professor Hayp did not continue to ask, Harry breathed a sigh of relief in his heart. He responded enthusiastically: "Yes, Dobby is in the Break Cauldron Bar. He woke me up these two mornings, but at this time he should be busy greeting guests in the bar."
The two walked and chatted, and Harry introduced more about this slightly weird house elf.
"Dobi sent me a birthday gift and a greeting card! He said on it that he earned it himself. I was always curious about where he worked. I didn't mention it on the letter of work, but I didn't expect it to be a broken pot." He suddenly came to his senses, turned his head and looked at Felix in surprise: "Professor, how did you know?"
Felix said briefly: "Dobby and I are friends, what we mentioned in the chat."
Harry nodded, and then Felix asked him: "So, did you see me while shopping? It's a coincidence that I might have left one minute later."
Harry explained, "Actually, I saw your patron saint's silver swift, which Hermione mentioned to me. I felt a little like that, and I waited in the shop next to me for a while."
"Is it? It's very sharply observed," Felix's answer was a little careless, his focus was entirely on Harry himself. From just now, he had always felt something was wrong with Harry.
He quietly switched his perspective. In the world of black and white, the magic power on Harry kept jumping, appearing extremely active.
"professor?"
Harry felt his gaze, and Professor Hayp was looking at him with a scrutiny look, which made him feel a little uncomfortable.
"Potter," Felix whispered: "This matter must have had a great impact on you..."
Harry stood there in a daze, and he stammered, "You, do you know everything?" He felt a chill in his heart and explained in panic: "I didn't mean it, it was Aunt Maggie who insulted my parents first, and I was so angry!"
The professor won’t have a bad impression of him, right? He just bought the textbooks for ancient magical texts yesterday.
"No, you misunderstood, Potter."
The two walked through the wall and left Diagon Alley to the Burnt Cauldron Bar. As soon as they passed by the bar, Felix heard a sharp greeting: "Dear Mr. Hepp, Dobby didn't expect to see you and Mr. Porter at the same time. Today is a day worth celebrating!"
The other people in the bar looked over and they were talking loudly.
Felix looked back calmly, his voice lowered, and then he looked at the elf: "Doby, long time no see."
Dobby widened her eyes and wiped the corners of her eyes with a dirty rag, "Oh~ Mr. Happ still remembers Dobby, it's so touching..."
"Doby, please arrange a seat for us, Porter and I have something to say." Felix looked at him gently.
"Dobi understands, two gentlemen, please come with me."
The elf took them to a relatively secluded elegant seat, delivered food and drinks, and respectfully retreated.
Harry looked at Felix with a blank expression. After he was caught by Minister Foggy at the bar door, the two of them sat in this position to talk.
Felix was not in a hurry to speak, he was thinking about how to start the conversation.
Harry stared at the doorpost in front of his right, where a wanted warrant was hung. He had been very familiar with the painting after two days in the Burnt Cauldron Bar.
"Potter"
Professor Hayp's words brought his consciousness back to his body, and he listened quietly.
"I heard you like duel classes?"
"Yes, professor," said Harry. "I think this course is great and you can learn a lot. It's only two weeks before you go on it, and some spells are hard."
"I am not very skilled in the iron armor curse until now..."
Felix nodded, "So, do you need some personal guidance for a while, Porter? I'm happy to serve."
Harry was stunned. He really didn't expect that such a good thing would happen, so good that he couldn't believe it.
He felt that since he swelled his aunt, all the acquaintances he met became strange. Dobby skillfully greeted guests in the bar. Magic Minister Connelly Forge turned a blind eye to his illegal behavior. Now, even Professor Heip has offered to train him?
"Of course I do, but why?" he asked cautiously.
"Potter, honestly, your current state is very impressive. The magic is in a very active state, and from my perspective, it is like a pike of constant leaping and burning flames."
“All in all, I think it’s very research-worthy.”
Felix decided to tell Harry directly that there was nothing to hide in the whole thing except that he wanted to study Potter's words sounded a bit strange.
But to put it another way, he is concerned about the little wizard in a special state. Isn’t it much better?
Harry swallowed when he heard this, "I don't quite understand what you mean."
"Harry, if I read it right, you should have experienced a magic riot in the last few days?"
"Magic...Rampage?"
"You should have heard similar sayings, magic power is out of control, magic awakening, magic riot... Many people regard it as a sign of magic power in childhood, but in fact it has always been there. But sometimes, due to violent fluctuations in emotions, the little wizards will show all kinds of magical powers."
Harry listened quietly, his memory back a few days ago. Aunt Maggie, who was raising a dog in the country, came to visit, a rather rude and mean woman, and using these two words it was impossible to describe one-tenth of her character.
Every time she comes, it becomes Harry's nightmare.
But in order to get Hogsmeade's signature, he endured it for a whole week, allowing her to humiliate herself verbally. On the last day of her visit, she was drunk and insulted his father and mother without hesitation, which made him angry.
He didn't have a wand in his hand, but he was a wizard. By the time he came to his senses, Aunt Maggie had swelled into a balloon, like the huge pumpkin that Hagrid had planted in the ground last year, but an ugly pumpkin with small eyes.
He ran away from home angrily and never wanted to return to the Ligustworthy Road. He only started to be afraid until he calmed down. He was afraid that he would be fired, and even locked up in Azkaban to accompany a group of dark wizards.
He thought of wandering around the world and avoiding the pursuit of the Ministry of Magic all his life, but he needed to withdraw some money first. But things always exceeded his expectations and reached the door of the Burnt Cauldron Bar, and was caught by the Minister of Magic.
Fortunately, Fudge not only did not hold him responsible, but instead opened a room for him in the Broken Cauldron Bar, allowing him to stay in Diagon Alley until the start of school and not return to the Muggle World privately.
What reason does he have to refuse?
...
Professor Hayp's voice seemed to come from a distance, "But this situation basically happened in childhood, and it basically won't happen after the little wizard entered school. So, Porter, your situation is very rare."
