Chapter 139 Peeves
Felix stayed in the office until noon before going to the auditorium to have dinner hungrily.
Instead of sitting in the teacher's seat, he chose a long student table, and a few young wizards were discussing the morning events not far away.
"In just one morning, Pipi Ghost attacked the Slytherin students in the auditorium, pushed down the statues in the corridor, covered the armor with mud, and wrote on the ceiling..." A student counted Pipi Ghost's crimes with his fingers.
"I think he must have spent the whole day yesterday thinking about how to celebrate, so today is so efficient."
Felix listened, and at this moment, several Slytherin students walked in with anger on their faces. Their angrily shouted that they could hear clearly through the seven or eight seats.
"...It's too much, I actually ran to the common room and made a fuss! I must tell Professor Snape..."
Their voices gradually faded away.
Felix walked out of the auditorium and planned to visit Belby, but his office door was locked.
When he was about to leave, he saw Belby's tall and thin figure, and he looked joyous.
"Dharmocles."
"Oh, Felix, are you here to come to me? I went to Professor Snape's office, and the improvement of wolf poison is progressing well..." Belby said enthusiastically.
The two exchanged a few greetings, and Belby suggested, "Why go have a drink?"
Felix readily agreed.
"Please wait, I need to clean up..." Belby said vaguely, and the two walked into the office of the Black Magic Defense Class, which was very different from when Lockhart was there.
On the contrary, there were several large cabinets located near the wall, each with various bottles and jars; on a long table, there were rows of glass cups and crucibles.
One of the crucibles was boiling potions, with orange flames underneath it and the mouth of the pot was filled with heat.
Felix looked at it and saw a slug of creamy stuff in the crucible, but the color was an uncomfortable dark green.
“Is this some kind of ointment?”
"Yes, it has a miraculous effect on the big boils caused by the knot spell. I discussed with Mrs. Pomfrey. Oh my god, she is simply a treasure house, and she is well-known for all kinds of small injuries and diseases."
Felix agreed, "I agree very much with you, Damocles." He discovered this when he was in school.
Belby lifted a curtain in the corner, inside which were two metal cages and two red hats were sleeping quietly.
But when he took out two thumb-sized glass bottles, they opened their eyes and screamed "chirp", with their paws slamming on the fence of the cage.
Felix could actually read the 'desire' emotion from their thin faces.
Belby sent a tone, and the red hat immediately calmed down, put his head against the cage, and his mouth grew bigger.
He poured the bright red liquid from the glass bottle into their mouths, the red hat looked intoxicated, and his body shaking, as if he was drunk.
Then, Belby covered the curtain and came to Felix, stuffed two green leaves into the cauldron, and gently tapped the edge of the cauldron twice with his magic wand. The dark green thing began to rotate.
"Okay, it's resolved. Let's go." Belby said.
As they walked down the steps to the ground, they saw several Slytherin lower-grade students running in a mess not far away, hiding the back of their heads with the hood of the wizard robe to avoid the ubiquitous chalk heads.
"Oh, ten, ten, great, one hundred!" A little dwarf who looked very much like a dwarf was chasing behind in the air, with two small short hands constantly waving.
"Pippi ghost."
Pipi ghost stopped and looked at the two professors next to him, "Oh, I didn't see it~ These little pitiful people attracted all my attention..." He stared at his evil eyes and unnaturally grabbed his pointed hat.
Felix waved and let the pointed hat on Pipi's head fly into his hand, "This shouldn't be your thing, Pipi's ghost?"
"Yes, it's mine, professor." A Slytherin boy came over and whispered.
Pipi Ghost glared at him fiercely, "Master Pipi Ghost remembers you!"
The Slytherin was startled and stopped halfway through his hand, with a very hesitant expression.
Felix waved his wand, and a silver light hit Pipi Ghost, his eyes became dissipated. His whole body was fluttering, and he kept muttering: "Don't, I hate class!"
"Don't pull my hair..."
"I hate the history of magic!"
"Why can he get the highest review!"
These little Slytherin wizards looked at Felix in awe, and even Belby's eyes were a little straight. He could deal with Pipi Ghost, but this effect made his scalp numb.
Pipi Ghost seemed to have divided countless ideas at once, and they were from different people.
"Don't look at me like this, just a simple confusion spell to mistake it for it to think it's just born," Felix said.
"Is there any explanation?" Belby asked, but he didn't think it was just a simple confusion spell.
"Pippi is a special ghost, or it is more appropriate to call him a noisy ghost. He was born with the completion of Hogwarts, but it was not until the school recruited a large number of students, and with the help of the students' playful emotions and the magic that they spread, they had a specific form."
The students who were just chasing listened quietly, exchanging excited eyes with each other.
"He won't always be like this, right?" Belby asked.
"No, it will be restored in one week at most, but the process will not be too good... I thought he would remember this feeling." Felix said regretfully.
"Teacher, professor, is there any good way..." said the little wizard who was robbed of his hat.
But Felix didn't seem to hear it. He asked Belby with a clear confusion on his face: "You said, do we want to tell the little wizard that the tongue-locking spell can also deal with ghosts?"
"Not very good, it may cause trouble for some ghosts..." Belby said in cooperation.
"The ghosts in the castle are very friendly. If any young wizard dares to use the ghost, he will be in jail for a whole year." Felix said.
Belby's eyes twitched a little. Are you serious?
These Slytherin students were also startled and said restrainedly, "Professor, let's leave first."
"Your hat." Felix threw the steeple hat on his hand to him.
