Chapter 2881: Take the Transfer Station easily

After figuring out the distribution of the enemy sentry, Sokov said to Olgao: "Captain, we will pretend to be the troops of the 7th Armored Division later and enter the transfer station to see if we can successfully seize the transfer station. If our identity is exposed, we will immediately order the troops to launch an attack and must end the battle in the shortest time. Do you understand?"

"I understand, comrade brigade commander!" Olga replied loudly.

"Okay, get in the car." Sokov ordered everyone to get in the car and walked towards the front car.

Lieutenant Zhu Kewen, who was sitting in the cab of the front car, saw Sokov coming over, quickly opened the door and got out of the car, and asked respectfully: "Comrade Major, what instructions do you have?"

Sokov said briefly: "We change our seats, I'll take the cab of the front car, and you go and take the cab of my car."

Unexpectedly, after hearing this, Zhu Kewen did not execute Sokov's order, but turned around and said to another soldier sitting in the cab: "Get down and go to the brigade commander's original position behind."

After the soldier got out of the car, he ran straight to the back without saying anything.

After Zhu Kewen and other soldiers left, he explained to Sokov: "Comrade Major, you are wearing the military uniform of a German major. If you don't have an adjutant around you, but an ordinary soldier, it will definitely arouse the enemy's suspicion."

Sokov thought about Zhu Kewen's words and thought it was still very reasonable, so he nodded and agreed: "Okay, then you can take the front cab with me."

After the vehicle restarted, Zhu Kewen asked carefully: "Comrade Brigade Commander, how do you plan to seize the transfer station?"

"Comrade Lieutenant," Sokov said to Zhu Kewen, "First of all, we pretended to be the troops of the 7th Armored Division and said we were ordered to take over the defense of the transfer station."

"But what if the enemy doubts our identity and does not allow us to enter the transfer station?"

"Then we can only take a strong attack." Sokov said with a serious expression: "But in this way, our actions will be exposed. Even if we can end the battle in a very short time, we may alarm the nearby enemies. It may not be realistic to take away the supplies from the transfer station."

Soon, the convoy arrived at the gate of the transfer station.

There were five sentries on duty at the door. One of them came forward and came to the next to the cab. He looked up at Sokov in the car and asked expressionlessly: "Your ID!"

Sokov took out the soldier certificate that did not belong to him and handed it to the German soldiers.

After taking the document and checking it, the German soldier looked up at Sokov again and asked, "Mr. Major, what is your purpose for coming here?"

"Corporal." Sokov said after seeing the other party's military rank clearly, "We are ordered to take over the transfer station. Where is the commander in the station?"

When the German corporal heard Sokov say this, he couldn't help but feel full of doubts: "You are here to take over the transfer station, why didn't I receive the notice?"

"This is a temporary decision by the headquarters, otherwise we would not have come here overnight." Sokov raised his voice and said, "Corporate, why are you going to be too late? Why don't you take me to see the commander of the transfer station soon."

Sokov's attitude shocked the German soldiers, and he quickly said respectfully: "Mr. Major, please wait for a while, I'll call first."

"Go!" Sokov knew that if he stopped the other party from calling, it would definitely cause suspicion, so he pretended to be generous and said, "Tell the commander of the transfer station that I will go in and meet him soon."

When the German corporal entered the booth not far away, he called, Sokov whispered to Zhu Kewen: "Second Lieutenant, order everyone to get off the car and take over the sentry at the door!"

Seeing Zhu Kewen nodding to show his understanding, Sokov pushed open the door and got out of the car, walked to the crossbar blocking the entrance with his hands behind his back, took out a silver cigarette box produced by Hanau, and took out a cigarette from it. After closing the cigarette box, he knocked the cigarette on the box twice before slowly holding it in his mouth.

After hearing the orders issued by Zhu Kewen, the soldiers brought by Sokov had already got off the car and lined up beside the car.

The German corporal who was on the phone at the booth could not help but turn his head and look outside when he heard the movement outside. This time, he was shocked. After getting off the train, the officers and soldiers of the "Seventh Armored Division" actually sent people to the sentry at the door. Now his four subordinates are surrounded by more than a dozen people.

"Mr. Major!" The German corporal hung up the phone and ran out: "This is our sentry, how can you just let someone take over?"

"Corporal, I think I've made it clear to you just now." Sokov said to the German corporal with a stern face: "We are ordered to take over the defense of the transfer station and send someone to take over the sentry. Isn't it normal? Okay, don't be too late, take me to see the commander of the transfer station soon."

The German corporal dared not neglect and quickly said to Sokov respectfully: "Mr. Major, please come with me, I will take you to see the commander of the transfer station."

When Sokov followed the German corporal into the transfer station, Zhu Kewen made a gesture to Sergeant Zub. The latter nodded when he saw it, and then followed him in with several soldiers.

When he came to a wooden house, the corporal stepped forward and knocked on the door, shouting, "Sir Captain, there is a major from the 7th Armored Division to see you."

However, there was no movement inside. The corporal explained to Sokov in a panic: "The Captain may still be sleeping. Please wait a moment and I will call him again." After that, he knocked heavily on the door a few more times, and repeated the words just now.

Before there was any movement in the room, a second lieutenant came from a distance. He came to Sokov and asked the German corporal who led Sokov: "Corporate, where is the commander you mentioned on the phone?"

"I'm here." Sokov stepped forward and said, "I'm from the 7th Armored Division and was ordered to take over the defense of the transfer station. Who are you?"

After seeing Sokov's military rank clearly, the lieutenant raised his hand to salute and said respectfully: "Mr. Major, I am the garrison platoon leader of the transfer station..."

Sokov interrupted his words impatiently: "Why is there only one platoon of guards at such a large transit station? Are you not afraid of being attacked by Russian guerrillas?"

"Mr. Major, there are about a dozen transfer stations like this, and they cannot draw so many troops to defend." The lieutenant quickly explained to Sokov: "Besides, the Russians were defeated by us, and the regular army is no match for us, let alone those guerrillas that don't even have a few guns."

Seeing that the German lieutenant underestimated the enemy so much, Sokov couldn't help but feel secretly happy, which shows that his chances of winning the transfer station have greatly improved. He then asked: "What's going on with the person in charge of the transfer station? Why haven't he woke up yet?"

Hearing Sokov's question, the German lieutenant was a little amused. This was the most sleepy time. In addition, it was cold and cold. If he didn't hide in the house to sleep, would he still stand outside and drink the northwest wind?

Fortunately, the lights were on in the house at this moment, and then a sound came out: "Who is, who is outside?"

Hearing the sound in the room, the German corporal quickly stepped forward and laughed and said, "Sir Captain, the troops that came to take over the defense of the transfer station have arrived."

The door opened and a bald captain appeared at the door.

He looked at the lieutenant standing at the door and asked dissatisfiedly: "Lieutenant, why didn't I receive the notice when taking over the transfer station?"

"Captain." Sokov saw that the German lieutenant was speechless when asked by the bald man, and hurriedly stepped forward and said, "I am the major of the 7th Armored Division. I received an order from my superior two hours ago to take over the security work of the transfer station. Now, you immediately gather people and formally hand over the defense to us."

After the bald captain looked Sokov, he asked with a stern face: "Mr. Major, where is your ID?"

The German corporal standing by the door quickly handed the soldier's certificate that had not been returned to Sokov to the bald captain: "Sir Captain, the major's certificate is here."

In order to make the bald captain see more clearly, he also turned on the flashlight to light the other party.

After reading Sokov's fake ID, the bald captain frowned and said, "Mr. Major, please forgive me. I did not receive the order from my superiors. I cannot let you take over the defense of the transfer station for the time being. I think it is better to wait for dawn to contact my superiors. After I get confirmation, it is not too late to let you take over the defense."

"No, I will definitely not." As soon as the bald captain finished speaking, Sokov said with a stern face: "Now the temperature outside is below zero. You let my subordinates freeze outside for a few hours. If there is a problem with the freezing, who is the responsibility?"

Sokov happened to see Zhu Kewen walking towards him with the remaining soldiers from the guard platoon, and raised his voice and said to him: "Second Lieutenant, you will immediately take over the defense of the transfer station. If you encounter someone who refuses to execute the order, you will be dealt with by military law."

His order was given in German, so Zhu Kewen could understand it naturally. He quickly agreed and walked towards the tent far away. Just now, he led people to take over the sentry at the door, and learned from the German soldiers where the tents were lined up.

After walking a few steps, Zhu Kewen was worried that there were too few people he brought, so he called a soldier and whispered a few instructions. When the soldier nodded and ran towards the door, he continued to walk towards the tent where the guard platoon was located.

A few minutes later, hundreds of officers and soldiers were crowded from the entrance. These people were all from Olga who received a notice from Zhu Kewen to assist the guard platoon in controlling the transfer station.

The bald captain couldn't help but stare at the sight of so many people coming in from outside the transfer station. He said to Sokov dissatisfiedly: "Mr. Major, before I contact my superiors to confirm whether I should hand over the defense to you, please order your subordinates to withdraw, otherwise you will be responsible for all the consequences."

Hearing the bald captain's dissatisfaction, Sokov just sneered and said, "Captain, what consequences are you going to let me bear?"

The bald captain has not yet discovered that Sokov and the others are pretending to be, and he still said with striking remarks: "Mr. Major, although your military rank is higher than mine, do you believe it or not? With just one word from me, you can lose the Major's epaulette."

When Sokov was amused, he thought that there was a bald captain at the transfer station, who had a background, could take off a major's edict in just one sentence. Unfortunately, he never dreamed that the German officer standing in front of him was actually disguised by the Soviet army. However, before Olga and Zhu Kewen's men controlled the entire transfer station, he wanted to tease each other.

"Really, Mr. Captain?" Sokov deliberately pretended to be surprised: "You can lose the Major's epaulette by saying a word. I wonder what kind of backstage you have, who can actually say such big words?"

"My uncle is the deputy chief of staff of the 2nd Armored Cluster Command." The bald captain raised his neck and said in a rebellious tone: "As long as I say hello to him, your superiors will dismiss you immediately. This is the end of offending me."

"Captain, I don't think I offend you?" Sokov said humbly: "I just ordered my troops to take over the defense of the transfer station. This is just a performance of official duties. It should not be considered offending you, right?"

"Your people need to exit the transfer station immediately before I get my permission." Sokov's reaction confused the bald captain. He really thought his background scared Sokov, so he talked to himself in a humble tone. He said arrogantly: "Your people are not allowed to enter the transfer station without my permission."

"Captain, the temperature is now below zero, and my subordinates lack winter clothes, so they are allowed to freeze outside for a few hours. What if there is a problem with the freezing problem?"

"That's your business, it has nothing to do with me." The bald captain threw Sokov's fake certificate on the ground and said impatiently: "Major, take your people out of the transfer station quickly, otherwise I will be rude to you."

When Sokov was accompanying the bald captain, he suddenly heard a noisy sound from behind and quickly turned his head to look. Zhu Kewen, with the soldiers, escorted a group of untidy German soldiers and walked towards his place.

Seeing this, the German lieutenant hurriedly looked at Sokov: "Mr. Major, we have not officially handed over defense yet. Your people have arrested all my subordinates. This is not appropriate."

Sokov ignored him and asked Zhu Kewen who was walking over, "Second Lieutenant, has the defense of the transfer station taken over?"

"Of course, of course they all took over." Zhu Kewen nodded and said, "Not only did all those who were sleeping in the tent catch them, but even the sentries distributed in the transfer station were all given up their weapons."

"Confirm that there is no escape?"

"Don't worry." Zhu Kewen said carelessly: "With the help of the scouts, we controlled every sentry on duty, and there was no one who escaped the net."

When the German lieutenant heard the conversation between Sokov and Zhu Kewen, he couldn't help but ask in surprise: "What scout? Mr. Major, why can't I understand what you are talking about?"

Confirm that the entire transfer station had been controlled by his subordinates, Sokov showed a relaxed expression on his face. Then he turned to face the German lieutenant and the bald captain, and said with a smile: "Two gentlemen, I will introduce myself. I am Major Sokov, the commander of the Infantry Brigade of the 16th Army of the Soviet Army. Now you have become my prisoners."
