Chapter 7 Traps

Outside the city, an orc walked timidly in front of him. Behind him were more than 10 vampires, led by a vampire count.

There is some correlation between the title and strength of a vampire, but it is not a strong correlation. However, those who can become count must at least have the strength at the white robe level.

The Count looked at the orc leading the way with a little dissatisfied, a little dissatisfied with his speed: "Boy, how far is it? You should hurry up."

The orc turned around and hunched over and said, "Sir, it's not far away, not far away. There is a valley in the mountains ahead. I saw it when I went to chop wood. What you said, as long as you take you to find the orc resistance army, you will give me strength. Is that true?"

Before the count could speak, a young vampire behind him couldn't help but laugh at him: "What kind of resistance army? It's a group of rebels. Will the Count deceive you a dirty slave? It's your honor to be able to serve our noble blood clan if you are as lowly as you."

The vampire Count reached out to stop the other party from continuing, although he himself deeply agreed with this statement.

"As long as you take us to the rebels, you will be fulfilled."

When the vampire who had just spoken heard this, she couldn't help but sneer from her nose: "What's the point of getting a gift even if she's betrayed by her own tribe."

He lowered his voice, but it happened to be heard by everyone. The other vampires also showed the same expression, and even the Count of the team did not stop it. The leading orc did not speak, but his waist was even more hunched. Seeing his appearance, the vampires' contempt expressions became even more serious.

The vampires are very arrogant and look down on orcs in all kinds of ways, and they look down on them especially at orcs who surrender to them. No one thinks that they should be gentle. They even think that this humiliation can better disintegrate the orcs' will to resist. After they really accept that they will never be as good as vampires, they will no longer defend against each other. As long as they have a little reward, they will be grateful.

The orcs walked in front in silence, and the vampire lost interest after saying a few words. Soon, they came to the mountains.

The vampire Count waved his hand to surround him and instructed: "Around him, immediately send a signal after discovering the person, and call people in the city to support him. Don't do it easily. We have few people and cannot stop everyone from leaving. If you are really discovered, you will be given priority to kill the leader."

After saying that, all the vampires dispersed and quickly surrounded the valley.

In order to keep it secret, not many people came, and even a vampire was not brought by them. However, as long as they were sure that the Orc Resistance Army was in the valley, their large troops would come immediately.

...

Soon they gathered at the bottom of the valley. The Count reached out and waved his hand, grabbed the orc who was hiding aside, pinched the other party's neck and threw it to the ground: "Didn't you say there are orc rebels here? Where are the people?"

Blood was overflowing from the orcs' mouth and said stammeringly: "I... I did meet those rebels at that time, really... I really don't have any adults. They are here, I don't know why they disappeared... I... I saw them moving a huge iron ball into the cave."

At the end of his speech, he seemed to have grabbed a life-saving straw and pointed to a cave in the corner of the valley.

A vampire frowned and said, "I just saw that cave. The cave is very shallow. If there are orcs inside, it is impossible to escape my search."

His eyes at the orc were full of suspicion.

The orcs rolled and crawled into the cave, lay on the ground and searched carefully, and soon he called out: "Look here, the soil under this stone is new, they must have buried something under it."

The vampire came to the cave with doubts and looked at the stone he mentioned. It was a large stone. It leaned against the innermost part of the cave and looked ordinary. However, under the stone, you can see some scattered new mud. Although the stone was carefully placed back to its original position, you can indeed see traces of movement.

If the orcs had not searched so carefully, it would be difficult for them to find the abnormalities here.

The Count waved his hand and asked someone to leave the stone. A dark energy emitted from his hand. He moved the stone away. With a wave of his hand, the energy was like an excavator's grabbing, digging the ground and digging out a huge iron egg.

He put the iron egg on the ground and looked at the orc in confusion: "What is this?"

"I, I don't know, just look at how they looked at that time, and it seems that they attach great importance to this thing."

The orc was also confused, slowly approaching Tiedan and carefully stroking Tiedan, as if stroking the skin of a female orc, full of emotion.

A vampire came over and pulled the orc with dissatisfaction: "Get out of the way, let me take a look."

But he didn't pull it, his expression was slightly angry, but he saw the orc turn back and smile strangely. His hand had reached Tiedan's butt at some point. The vampire suddenly felt cold, as if he was under great threat. He suddenly grabbed the orc's arm and pulled it back, scolding: "What are you doing?"

But his movements were slowing down for a moment, and he saw a small security button in the hand of the orc who was pulled apart. He spread it out to show it to the vampire, and at the same time showed a bright smile.

"Get away quickly!" The vampire count shouted loudly and suddenly turned into a bat and flew out quickly. But before he could fly out of the cave, he saw a huge oil mist suddenly emitted from the iron egg, covering the valley. The oil mist was then ignited, "Boom!" The entire mountain was shaken, and the trees on the mountain instantly carbonized and radiated outwards. The mountain where the cave was located was even more tragic, and the entire mountain was eliminated by half.

As for vampires, they are invisible at all.

...

...

In Bruch City, the Great Elder looked at the vampire in front of him with dissatisfaction, and asked in a low voice: "What's wrong with the front line? Why did more than 10 tribes suddenly die, and even one count fell? Don't tell me that the undead monarch has come out."

The Great Elder was holding back his anger. Vampires were already poor. Although they could only be considered low-end vampires through initial support, they could only be considered low-end vampires with no development potential at all. They could only be considered slaves, and they may not even be considered by vampires as their same clan. The vampires' strength grew even slower, and many times their bloodlines determined how far they could grow.

The loss of a vampire count is enough to make all vampires angry.

The vampire below lowered his head and waited for the great elder to calm down before saying, "It's an orc. It is said that they found the traces of the orc rebels to pursue them. In the end, they were killed. Half of the hills where they were killed were blown up, and even a complete body was left, and only some remaining burnt traces were found."

"Orc. Have you found out what the reason is? Is there any way orcs can threaten our tribe?" The elder stared at the vampire below, his eyes showing deterrence.

The vampire below swallowed and whispered: "I haven't found out yet. Maybe the orcs have found some weapons, but the orcs who are so powerful must not be avoided."

"Since I'm not sure, then I'm not going to check it out." The elder suddenly roared and his eyes were fierce, as if he wanted to eat ghosts. "The land of the undead cannot be relaxed, speed up the clearance and preservation. The construction of front-line cities should be accelerated, so that the orcs can rush to work."

The vampire below was shocked and wanted to speak, but he didn't dare to say anything when he saw the appearance of the elder. The orcs are now very tired, and when strengthening their work intensity, the casualty rate will definitely soar.

The Great Elder replied calmly and said lightly: "A count and more than ten tribes died. Orcs must pay the corresponding price. However, building a city is considered a cheaper one."
