Chapter 470 Lumumba School

As two important figures in the external department, Serov and Andropov were the first representatives of the Soviet Union to win over Sudan after the coup. Their ranks were not low. You should know that Andropov was the secretary of the central government. Although Serov did not have such a high status, he was the chairman of the KGB in the most powerful department of the Soviet Union. They were fully qualified to represent the country to visit abroad.

In the Sudan Prime Minister's Office, Selov met his students again after half a year. Before they left the Soviet Union, the KGB had already begun to change the color of Sudan, so he selected less than ten of the Sudanese students of more than 80 people. In less than two weeks, he selected this group of important backbone forces. Half a year later, these students stood in the Sudan Prime Minister's Office and became the real controller of the country.

These students who were originally just middle-level officers were all less than 30 years old, but what does it matter? Don't be surprised if anything happens in Africa. Gaddafi was only twenty-seven when he launched a coup. Hafiz Assad was already one of the important leaders of Syria. He is only in his thirties now, so there is no problem. Age is not an obstacle to controlling the country, especially in the third world. If you have a big fist and strong strength, you can be king in Africa.

"We have arrested about 4,000 people, including the culprit of this turmoil. What remains are some of the more powerful capitalists in Sudan. Should we continue to expand the results? Teacher?" In the Sudan Prime Minister's Office, Major Seram explained to Serov and Andropov the current situation in Sudan on behalf of these Lumumba students.

"No one of these people can be kept. After killing them, they will nationalize their property so that you can gain a foothold. As for continuing to attack other forces, you don't need to be so anxious." After hearing Major Seram's introduction, Selov spread his hands, "You are all young people under thirty years old. If everything goes well, at least the Sudan will be under your control for thirty years. Don't worry, the international situation in Sudan is much better than we were back then."

Major Seram nodded. Among the students who went to study in the Soviet Union, they naturally learned the history of the founding of the Soviet Union. Of course, they were supplemented by Selov to understand why some of the Soviet policies had emerged. Twenty years after the establishment of the Soviet Union to the beginning of the Patriotic War, they first had to fight a civil war, and then Polish invasion. In the 1930s, there was a threat from Japan in the Far East and Germany began to prepare for war. At the same time, the Soviet Union needed to achieve complete industrialization, attack Belarus, and where there was an independent thought after the collapse of the Emperor and Russia. Twenty years were not enough when the whole world was enemies. So the road before Stalin at that time was fast, speeding up and accelerating. As long as the result was good, some losses in the process could be tolerated. Stalin was completely using people as machines.

But the situation in Sudan is different now. Even if the situation is worse, it is stronger than the Soviet Union at the time. At least the socialist camp is supporting him, not alone. So Major Seram can fully understand what Serov meant. Many problems in Sudan can be adjusted slowly over the next thirty years. There is no need to be accelerating like the Soviet Union today, urbanizing tomorrow, eliminating the bourgeoisie today, and eliminating traitors tomorrow, as if there is a wolf chasing behind him.

"All the people you are arrested can be kept. The bourgeoisie is eliminated first. The bourgeoisie in Sudan is relatively fragile. This is not difficult at all. Remember, our struggle is not tolerated. The Communists and proletariat are harvested like weeds all over the world. The enemy has never thought they should be equal to us. While you succeed, I don't know how many Communists' heads are falling on the ground, so it is necessary to have blood on both hands." Selov told these students from the teacher's perspective as if he was giving these students substitutes at Lumumba University.

These Lumumba students had just succeeded in the coup and had not changed their minds for a while. If they had been in one or two years, they might not have been so obedient, but now Selov's authority still exists.

At least they, Lumumba students, have now completely controlled the army, but it seems that it is not enough to fully gain a foothold. They have learned the political structure of the Soviet Union, but the situation in Sudan and the Soviet Union is not exactly the same. Some difficulties still require following the suggestions of Serov and Andropov, mainly Andropov, who is the central secretary, and is not sure how high his posture is in politics than Serov.

"The parliamentary system must be abolished, and progressive people are selected to form a government. Some forces boasting about the parliamentary system are ridiculous. You should know how many members of a country can have in total? Can they manage the country? The people who really manage the country are the government's civil servants. I have never heard of any country's civil servants being elected." Andropov had a good understanding of Western countries. In fact, a large number of Soviet cadres in this era were well aware of the enemy and their own strengths and weaknesses, far less than the many mentally retarded cadres who had talent gaps in the late Brezhnev.

It was not said that there was no talent in the late Soviet Union, but Brezhnev was in power for almost twenty years, so a large number of Soviet cadres also did not move for almost twenty years, resulting in the ability of reserve cadres not appearing where they should appear. It just so happened that an idiot was climbing faster than a normal person, so the tragedy occurred.

"Religious forces must be strictly restricted, and I believe you all know why this is." Selov attracted the attention of his students and said, "The greatest impact of religion on the country is to interfere with the operation of the government. For us Communists, the greatest negative effect of religion is to compete with us for the people. This negative effect is unforgivable. So before you eliminate the impact of religion on the people, you can only be considered as managing this country in name. When will you deprive the influence of religion to truly be qualified to lead the progress of this country."

"Teacher, how do we fight against religion? And if we have the strength, under what circumstances can we eradicate the influence of religion?" Major Seram's words resonated with these students. They were students who stayed in the Soviet Union and were completely pro-Soviet factions from beginning to end. The Soviet Union's harsh attitude towards religion had a profound impact on them.

"First of all, the student group must be in your hands, establish a good relationship between the military and the student group, and develop organizations similar to the Communist Youth League at an appropriate time. Of course, in recent years, do not use the name of any Soviet organization. Just remember that you are the Communist Party and the Communist Youth League. Before you defeat all forces 100%, don't establish organizations like the Communist Party and the Communist Youth League." Selov hopes that these students will not be anxious, and do not be anxious. Before success, you need some adventurous spirit, but after success, you should change your mindset first.

The Lumumba students who he had substituted for were of good quality and understood the painstaking efforts of his teacher. All day long, Serov and Andropov were both introducing how to establish a system that could control the Sudan. Serov focused on what attitudes to take to treat different forces, when should ease and when should be cleaned. Those forces had the greatest threat and should focus on cracking down on them. Andropov mainly introduced many problems encountered by socialist countries. This was a problem in the same socialist country, and how another socialist country solved it. Andropov was the minister of the Central Liaison Department. He had contacted more communist parties than anyone in the Soviet Union, and had a certain understanding of each country. When talking about these problems, Major Seram and others were eye-opening.

When talking about Sudanese politics, Selov proposed that the system that these students should adopt was actually a distinctive system of China in later generations, led by the Central Presidium. These students are equal here, not the leadership of the General Secretary of the Soviet Union who decides everything or the three-horse structure, but a system of equality in the name of the seven members of China in later generations.

"Sultan is not an effect. Although the population is at the current level of 10 million, the population can be born and the Sudan's territory can be kept. It would be great if you can lead a country well together." Shelov looked at his students and said seriously, "I hope you will always be united. You must know that you have many enemies and don't fall into internal strife."

"Don't worry, teacher, we don't know!" Seram and Rahim said no, but Selov didn't take it seriously. He could only say that he hoped that it would not be possible. He really hoped that there would be a decent country in Africa. If the blacks in the province would run out if they had nothing to do, it would be fine to go out. It would be great to go to the United States...

The two lived in the Prime Minister's Office for a few days. During this period, Seram, Rahim and other Lumumba students formed a new Sudan Military Commission. They were not idle. According to Serov's suggestion, they ordered the secret execution of nominal imperialist spies to be arrested, which must be secret. This group of people, including the large Sudanese merchants, some religious people caught by the hare and the hostile people who were dissatisfied with them, totaling more than 4,000 people, began to be escorted out of the capital in batches and sent to the desert in northern Sudan. These people would disappear in the desert forever.

"Your students are as cruel as you." Andropov said sincerely as the two walked side by side.

"If they weren't cruel enough, we wouldn't be here today. We might welcome news of the Sultan breaking up diplomatic relations with us in Moscow, Hum!" Shelov sneered on his face, "There are many such coups in the future, and the Sultan is just the beginning."
