Chapter 10 The Assassin's Home

Fei Yuan just opened the car door, but felt a chill behind him. A spearhead came out of his chest and appeared in front of him with the spurted blood.

He couldn't help but let out a painful cry, and his body wanted to roll back, but was blocked by the spear. The pain was heart-wrenching and irresistible, pressing his breathing.

Looking at the back with his light, he saw Ron, who was supposed to be asleep, half kneeling to face him. A long spear continued from his hand to his back and to the tip of his chest. The entire length exceeded six meters, but the gun rod was indeed held in Ron's hand.

"How could his gun suddenly become so long?"

This was the last thought of the assassin. The spear had pierced his vitals, pierced his heart, and tore his lungs. Then he felt his eyes turn dark and he fell down.

The mercenaries were awakened by the previous cry of pain. When they turned over, they found someone was actually next to the carriage. The surprised mercenaries exclaimed "assassin", and then quickly got up and pulled out their weapons to move closer to the carriage. These days, Ron has given them a lot of guidance to them, telling them how to deal with the unexpected situation. But the situation in front of them was at a loss. The assassin had actually arrived by the carriage, "Is it too late?" This was the thought that the mercenaries thought of.

After working hard for so many days, the assassin has been repelled continuously, and the dawn of victory is right in front of me. Has it still been a failure?

When they approached the carriage, they were shocked. Ron's spear had pierced the assassin. From the tip and blood that emerged from the assassin's chest, they hit the vital point. The assassin had already stopped moving, leaning against the support of the carriage and spear, it seemed that he was half lying there, but he had lost his vitality.

Ron poked the assassin with a spear without any reaction. The crowd suddenly burst into cheers. If the previous cheer was to celebrate victory, this cheer was to celebrate the complete end.

The assassin was dead! The huge pressure on the mercenary team disappeared. The mercenaries held their weapons high and shouted loudly around Ron. As early as the mercenaries cheered, Bledsoe had already opened the car door. He was surprised to see the assassin lying in front of the car door and said in surprise: "Ron, did you actually kill the assassin?"

Although the successes of the previous few times inspired Bledsoe and felt that the probability of escaping this disaster had become very high. Even so, Bledsoe made the worst plan. He even wrote a suicide note to let his servant Brandon hide it. If there was anything unexpected to him, Brandon would take Thorton back to his family and accept his career.

Sometimes he was thinking about how to get out of Thorton and how to make Thorton successfully become his successor. When all this was not yet thought about, Ron had already given him the biggest surprise. The assassin was dead, and Ron perfectly completed the guard mission.

Bledsoe grabbed Ron's shoulder and laughed passionately, releasing the pressure he had been in the past few days. The mercenaries also celebrated each other, and Ron was particularly happy.

The sneak attack, ambush, design, and the struggles over the past few days have exhausted Ron. Finally, he successfully attacked and killed the assassin from behind. Ron was also extremely satisfied. He laughed loudly in the crowd to celebrate this victory.

In fact, Ron also had another purpose in his heart. This was the first time he had completed a high-level task since he recovered from fighting spirit, and the result also made him very happy.

At some point, Ron fell asleep, and this time he was really worried.

Ron slept until noon the next day, and no one disturbed him.

When he woke up, the mercenaries around him greeted him, expressing their joy and respect. The performances in the past few days made them admire Ron. Orcs have always been the most powerful. These orc mercenaries sincerely regarded Ron as the leader of this temporary mercenary team.

The assassin's body was placed not far away, and no one could pass by it. They all waited for Ron to wake up and asked him to deal with it. After all, Ron had much more experience, and no one could guarantee that there would be any mechanism poison on the assassin's body. If he was not careful, he would lose his life.

After Ron finished preparing, he and the mercenaries carefully took down some of the assassin's personal belongings. What is really valuable is a certificate of the assassin's assassin's power of attorney. This certificate is not a real power of attorney, but just a thing that matches the power of attorney, and is for the assassin. After the assassin completes the task, he can go back and compare it with the original power of attorney to prove his identity and task. Unfortunately, this certificate is blank and covered up with magic.

Ron handed over the ID to Bledsoe. Bledsoe said that he had some friends, and maybe he could try to reveal the person behind him and see who was assassinating him.

Every time he talked about the employer behind him, Bledsoe was very puzzled. When searching based on his memory, he really couldn't find someone who could have such hatred with him. Bledsoe told Ron clearly about this, hoping that Ron could give him some opinions.

But Ron was at a loss for this. He suggested that Bledsoe consult with powerful and intelligent friends after he arrived at the dungeon.

"Yes, I'm really going to ask. Actually, I went to the dungeon this time mainly to meet someone, and that person should know."

"Mr. Bledsoe's friend?"

"Yes, to be precise, a good friend," said Bledsoe. "I have a lot of trade with humans, he is the most important of them, and..."

“And what?”

"He is a royal family of humans. As a friend, I learned a lot from him. You know, Ron, if it were a few years ago, when I encountered assassination, I would never let the mercenaries leave, let alone take out gold coins to send them away."

"It was all taught by your friends?"

"It can be said that, but he never uses a tone of teaching. He only tells you in practice. Those around him will be attracted by his demeanor."

"It's really desirable, Mr. Bledsoe."

"When I arrive at the dungeon, I will definitely recommend it to you. I think you will definitely become good friends. You all have the same temperament and will definitely get along well."

"Same temperament?"

"Yes, sincerity to friends, Mr. Ron."

"Thank you for your praise for friendship."

"This is absolutely the truth, Mr. Ron. I want to thank you again for your help. By the way, how should the assassin's body be handled? Do you need to hang it up?"

"The assassin is also a warrior. He has lost his soul, but he still has dignity."

"Your kindness is like my friend, and glory will accompany you."

In the grass by a lake, a small tombstone marked a person burying here. The cemetery is relatively simple, but tidy, and the surrounding weeds have been cleaned up, giving this sleeping person a clean home.

If it were a person passing by, perhaps he didn't know who buried a person whose name was unknown. The buried person had already gone away because the footprints around him had already blurred and were filled with wind and sand, leaving only faint traces, indicating that someone had come.

A figure suddenly appeared nearby. He saw the tombstone keenly, and then the figure quickly appeared next to the tombstone.

"Flying Ape, it seems you have failed," the figure said lightly.

He looked up at the surrounding environment again and said to himself: "It seems that the environment is pretty good. They have also made a grave for you. The man named Ron is really interesting. For the sake of his colleagues, I will let Bledsoe accompany you."

"You are so lucky," he said, looking at the tombstone.

The figure then disappeared in front of the tombstone, leaving behind the lonely tombstone. A gust of wind blew, and a piece of paper covered the tombstone. After turning it over a few times, it was taken away by the wind, and the tombstone was revealed again.
